I took my Chevrolet Traverse LTZ to get the wheels aligned and the bushings fixed but when I got my car back the steering wheel panel was damaged because there is not supposed to be a gaping hole above the steering wheel...They denied responsibility for it and they wouldn’t fix what they broke... If it had been broken prior to taking it to them; I would have obviously paid to have them fix that as well but either that takes too much logic for them to grasp or they just don’t want to take responsibility for breaking it.They won’t be getting anymore business from me as a result.

Everybody is so nice and informative they can answer any questions you throw at them they can do everything from changing a headlight bulb to engine and transmission removal, replacement and overhaul you name it these guys can do it. I do not recommend this shop. Took my vehicle for free diagnostics and was charged $150+tax to be told battery is bad. I would stay far away from this place. My battery is in fact fine after it was charged. Verified from Advance Auto.

This business was always timely and professional. Unfortunately, that has changed. Here is the story if you are up for it. I arranged for my disabled vehicle with an ignition interlock to be towed to the shop in the late morning on 3/4/2020. I explained the situation that the vehicle has to be running so I can make my monitoring appointment by 8:40 am Wednesday 3/11/2020. The technician assured me that they would have a look at the vehicle and help me to get it running for me to make my appointment. I received no word from the shop about the issue and called at 2 pm on 3/5/2020. I was told that they had been very busy and would have a look at it very soon that afternoon. Forward to 4 pm 3/6/2020 - today, I called and I got Stephanie. She informed me that they have not had a chance to look at the vehicle and that they would get to it first thing Monday morning. I explained to her the situation. She said she would see what she can do and promptly hung up on me. I received a call back from her moments later to be informed that I can come pick up the vehicle because they do not be the reason that my license would be jeopardized in a mildly rude manner of tone. I have never had a bad experience with this business in the past. Always honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable. I would like to give Diamond Automotive the chance to turn this 1 star into a 5 star review. Get to my vehicle in a timely fashion as you stated you would. Or keep this 1 star.

After paying ridicoulously high overhead charges at dealer service locations and paying jack leg mechanics for a attempt at fixing, I was so happy to find this outfit.Excellent service and very reasonable charges. Best location in town for oil change pricing. Highly recommended.
