All I can say is that Im glad I found some shorts to buy. This morning I had a very rude interaction with one of the female employees working. Employee was BBOLING. I needed a key to use one of the fitting rooms to try on some shorts. I asked the nearest associate if I could use one the rooms. She mumbled something through her mask and when I didnt hear her the first time she rudely said I said I would meet you back there 3 times! and then rolled her eyes at me. I apologized for not hearing her. She then told me to go on when I met her back there. After I was done, she walked up on and me and said What did you say to me when you went back there?! I told her I apologized for not hearing her and she said oh okay because I aint playing no games. She wasnt wearing a name tag like the other employees. Shopped here for years and have been fine with it. If the manager is reading this I would highly suggest removing this rude girl before she treats other customers this way.

I would give them a negative 5stars! I have not shopped with goodwill in over 5 years. I buy something ask what the return policies on the products I buy. Which in this case was a filing cabinet, bag, and clothes. All they tell me is 7 bus days. Try to return the filing cabinet today and they said no furniture. This filing cabinet wouldnt even work with a conversion kit. So they are making another $15 off of this stupid item. Not going back there!

Theyve rearranged the store again after having new flooring put in. Im not a fan of the new layout. I mainly shop for my little ones clothing since they outgrow everything so quickly. The infant/toddler section is half of size it used to be and everything is so tightly packed in the small space you cannot look at what they do have. Toys are now where the shoes used to be at in loose basket type shelving. Good luck finding a toy in that chaos that mainly consists of stuffed animals and broken toys. Pricing has continued to go up on anything. If its something decent plan on spending close to what it cost new Staff has changed again exception of the managers. New staff isnt friendly just like 90% of the management. I miss the old staff but I can only assume they left due to the working environment. I have been twice since the overhaul and Im not planning on returning. Ive since have given other thrift shops my business.

You can find some good books and antiques here. Clothes-well I see lot of people buying happily here. They have name brands clothing in goo, practically brand new state.

It supposed to be a goodwill but the prices be ridiculous wanna sell like if its new the only goodwill I gone to where the prices are to high they need to chill out especially the manager!

Was a really nice place to shop until the present manager took over and started price gouging. Many of the items from target and other retail stores that they obtain their items from are priced near the value the store was selling them for. I approached the manager about a Harbor Freight central pneumatic paint sprayer that they were selling for $30 which I showed the manager that Harbor Freight was selling for 23.99 and she refused to change the price so I can purchase the item. I believe the long haired chunky manager with the glasses is receiving kickbacks from the owners of Goodwill for ripping customers off with their high pricing that people who need to shop there cant afford. How can you call this GOODWILL?

Today will be my last time going in there until some staff changes are made...I frequent this store weekly, and today was treated like a thief! I spend roughly 200.00 a month here and make donations...but i will not patron here anymore.My son had some blocks on the bottom of our buggy and i told the cashier how much they was and she rang them up...The chunky worker with brown hair and glasses acted like i was stealing them...went as far as getting them from under my buggy and putting them on the counter and going around the worker to see if they was rang up...im so livid! I loved goung to the goodwill but i will find a new place to shop and it wont be goodwill!

Usually has good quality items. Theyve recently rearranged and made it easier to find what you are interested in.

Good place to find inexpensive summer clothes...Never found much in the way of long sleeve or long pants in my size...but have found some nice shorts and a few other.odds and ends...my wife loves to shop here!

Ever changing merchandise. Decent, not great prices. The management seems to be getting proud of their stuff. Too bad, since this is close to the lower income side of Kville. Since they get the stuff for free, you would think they would have half off days and othet fun instead of just throwing it to the bins.

Abit shocked to see used DVDs went to $3 each :0 Seriously??? You can go to.any. nearby Pawn shop and get DVDs for $1ea Goodwill seems to be getting higher and higher on everything. Ill be taking my business elsewhere!

I like just going in there to see if anything matches my motif. Ive gotten a lot of antique glassware from there.

They get their stuff FREE and charge RETAIL price for most of the things there... not much Goodwill to me. If you donate your stuff here, go in and see how much they charge for it!!!!!!!! Like $70 for an outside table umbrella.... wth... if the stuff is broken they still charge a lot and wont let you return it.
