Not a single chair in this place and both change machines out of order. Ran down. I would gladly have driven 15 minutes to go somewhere better.

This is the worst place in Kernersville to wash clothes. I highly recommend that you dont go here unless you plan on giving away lots of quarters. When it first open it was a great place however now the machines are not well kept up. One customer said when you call the service number they wont even answer the phone. I used 75 cent in quarters before I found the correct dryer that worked. This is a wash slum-lord. Someone should make this owner repair the machines here and stop taking hard earned peoples money.

I dont come here because I want to... I come here because my fav other laundromat is closed. Not awful - not great. No attendant.

I had to go later in the evening and the parking lot gets very dark. The change machine worked fine for a $10.The dryers for two loads took 2 quarters each to dry, but a few things got thrown into another dryer for another 10 minutes (waistbands and pockets weren’t quite dry enough).No one else was there. But it seemed clean and maintained. Just slightly uncomfortable to be a female alone.

First time in this place. Very clean neat. I really like it. I will start going now on.

Washing machine at the end by the bathrooms didnt work when i used it which took my money and some of the dryers doesnt get hot or work at all.When you try to call the owner about the problem he or she never answer the phone or call back.

First visit here, dont think I will be back, it was filthy, garbage cans were full and garbage all over the floor, some dryers blow cold air only and the washing machine eat two coins, no chairs or bench to sit down while you wait and no attendant on site.
