Got pretty uncomfortable purchase experience there. Staff even so lazy to say greetings to their customers. Looking for a pair of soccer shoes for my son. The tag shows price $ 49.95 but $70.00 after scanning. Nice shoes though but really arrogant and rude attitude to customer. I just have no time to look for shoes somewhere else. Definitely no more visit to this store.

Always go there to by some new shoes !!! And if they dont have them the workers always say the can order them. Very nice and well price merchandise. The clearance racks are always the best! As well got a pair of cleats for only $11.98 which was a steal! The workers are very helpful and on their a game.

5 minutes till closing time I forgot my mask in the truck went back for it next thing I know they running towards the door to lock it 5 minutes left all I needed was a shirt

Staff is friendly and helpful. It is great to have a sports store in Kernersville and not have to drive to Greensboro or Winston. My son bought a soccer ball and forgot to use the coupon I told him about to save $10. I went back the next day and the manager helped me out with no issues at all without having to bring the ball back (just return/repurchase using the receipt). Have been shopping for sneakers as well for #2....just havent found right shoe or fit, but staff is very helpful during try-on process, making recommendations, and offering to order online or other stores.

I ordered online and Clearly on the email it lists I have 7 days to pick up of which curbside pick up is an option upon arriving to the store I call the number on the order to be told I must come in. When I asked for the manager he was extremely rude and refused to tell me his name. I finally got a Thomas Rosario out of him. On hold now for corporate because he snarky told me to go ahead after speaking with an attitude. Look like during covid times someone would just walk my order out! I do hope someone speaks to this young man about his tone and how he speaks to customers!

Depends on who is working at the time. One gentleman was the rudest Ive ever encountered. I guess we interupted his day by going in to shop. Others are very helpful and happy to be there.

The store manager would not exchange the same item for a different color with out me paying full price for it when I originally had a coupon of $10 off. I have spent a lot of money with this store and I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I will not return to it and go to Footlocker from now on.
