I came here for an oil change. I pulled into bay number two and the mechanic helper asked what kind of oil i need. I told him, fully synthetic. I stayed in the car the whole time while my dash cam was recording everything. I seen the mechanic helper spray something into the engine oil fill hole. I dont know what it was. 10 minutes later, the mechanic came and looked at the engine for a while then came up to the driver side window to tell me that my transmission fluid looked yucky and I needed new fuel injectors. I did not need fuel injectors and I keep the transmission fluid and filter regularly serviced.During the time in the shop, I seen the mechanic helper pour oil in my car using a dirty container. He claims that the oil change was done but when I checked my oil a few hours after leaving the shop.. I let my vehicle sit for 3 hours because the oil will make its way to the oil pan. The oil is still black. The oil still smells like used oil. Clean oil is supposed to have an amber colour to it and it doesnt have a pungent smell. I suspect they didnt service my vehicle instead to top it off with their oil and claim they done the job.The whole process took less than ten minutes for $67. Do not go here. I will be filing a claim against them.

Im moving out of town and sad to let this shop go! 😩 If your vehicle is like your baby this is the place to go. Its a very warm environment. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. I went in on an emergency repair and they even gave me a ride home while they fixed my vehicle. Pricing is always fair as well. Highly recommend!

Horrible place i took my vehicle there was told the issue definitely sounded like one thing. Called Toni the next day was told it was something completely different went to pick it up the following day just to find out they said it was the original issue that was brought up first. So just got screwed for $650 and the vehicle is still doing exactly what i needed them to fix. Just worthless

My dear friend went there and got something broken on his vehicle. Instead of fixing the issue they made excuses saying parts were worn out, and It’s a 2016 vehicle.My friend and his wife said they heard it when it happened, the mechanic admitted to it, and they still didn’t assist in repairing the vehicle and tried to act as fixing their mechanical issue was a courtesy. I dislike how they treated my friend at their business and I don’t believe I will ever go there, if they can’t hold their self responsible for damaging my car

I walked in 5:30 p.m during operating hours and was told earlier to come back for an inspection. I walk in and tell the man Im here for the inspection. Man says sorry bud we are closed!. I tell him the sign says 6:00 p.m is when operation shuts down. Man says well its 5:45 p.m and lies to me. I tell him its 5:35 p.m man says well not my problem should of been here sooner. Other employee smirks and has his feet kicked on the counter. Im an honest hard working man and expected the man to check my new tires which is the reason I was it didnt pass the first time. Tires are all changed and brand new cant take 1 min to check. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Ive come 3 times the first time the owner turned me back and wasted our time. I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO IT IT IS THE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

These people are just Really Polite and Professional, I went there close to 5 pm on a Friday, I didnt have to wait but 2 or 3 and was able to get my high mileage oil change and state inspection done so quickly. Thisnis my 2nd time here and I will be back even though I have many places closer to my house then this one but the customer service is really on point here and I would drive a few extra minutes to come here the next time I need to get my oil changed! Kwik Kar Killeen tuned my vehicle up and it is running better the mechanics let you know upfront the problem and what you need to have did they arent overpricing and they dont try to get over on you with stuff you dont really need did to your vehicle this is my first experience with them and will continue to bring my vehicle to them for service.

I googled closest place for auto inspection and Kwik Kar was 1.6 miles away. Wow lemme repeat wow no seriously WOW. That was the easiest auto inspection EVER. I pulled into driveway and John came right out. 5-7 minutes later I drove away with my current inspection in hand and only $7.00 less on my pocket. AWESOME. Quick fast and professional WOOT WOOT 😄

Very unprofessional took my 2010 Dodge Journey here and it came back with a hole in my seat rat droppings on the floor and rat piss every where.The manager answer was I will see what I can do.I will be filing a civil suit because this is unacceptable.Do not take your vehicle here worst ever. 3500 overpriced job cost me more than a fix now need detailing and upholstery to my leather seats.

This place ripped me off and charged me $70 to get my oil changed trying to tell me because the oil I used is an expensive kind of oil which is a lie they didn’t even put my filter on all the way it was loose and caused oil to leak all over out of it I will be contacting the better business bureau and I will be getting my money back.. women beware places like this like to take advantage of women because they think they don’t know about cars well guess what you picked the wrong female

I have come in three times now, and I would highly recommend using them. The first time it was just for a state inspection. But they advised me I should get my fuel injectors cleaned. I did not heed their advice, and 4 months later my check engine light came on, 3 of the 4 cylinders were misfiring! I took it to the dealership to have them do the service, but they told me the car shouldnt need it done yet (2012 Kia). They were going to charge $100 just see if there was an issue! Then the labor/parts on top of that. Plus, they argued with me that it did not need to be done.So I brought it back to Kwik Lube. The service here is excellent, fast and courteous. Kwik Lube only charged $70 for everything! My car runs great now and no check engine light. I will come here now for all of my basic maintenance. I am always treated with respect, and I believe they have their customers best interest in mind.

So I initially wrote an amazing review for these guys on 8/24/19 because they went above and beyond to get my AC fixed and oil changed which they didn’t have to do and I am incredibly grateful. Tony and OT were very helpful at that time.Now....I am going to amend this because it doesn’t seem they checked my antifreeze so now I am stranded in Tennessee since my check engine light has come on and I have to wait for my car to cool off before I can put any in. If I pay a facility over $630, I expect the results to be up to par. I spoke to Tony who was the “acting” manager but he was entirely useless in assisting, telling me “not to be rude” and “well that wasn’t my job. I didn’t do that”, when I am literally stranded at a truck stop as a lone female, moving across the country and just need answers as to what’s going on with my car. OT, the real manager, called and told me “he checked everything and my car must be leaking or burning coolant” yet it hasn’t had any issues until now. Very disappointed in this situation and thanking god that I had the sense to pull over immediately before my engine overheated and I was completely screwed. OT is very nice and helpful but I don’t really believe that this was checked or if it was, it wasn’t filled or I wasn’t notified. He acknowledged that he knew I was moving 1400 miles away away so my car being in good condition was incredibly important. I’m disappointed because everything else had gone very smoothly with these guys and I would have been a repeat customer if I wasn’t moving.

They used to be great but I got some new jerk of a manager, who is a total scam artist! He charged me for things he never did or used. He said he ran tests and diagnostics to figure out why my ac wasnt blowing cold air anymore. That was over $150. He said it was just low on freon and he put some in so it should work fine. He put in 2 lbs and charged us $60 a pound. 5 minutes driving away and the ac was no longer cold. My husband had a friend at work he knows a lot about ac units. He and my husband got some items from Walmart for $30 and were able to diagnose that there was a leak. This was a test we were charged over $100 for that clearly was not done. My husband and I went back to question the manager who worked on the vehicle. We explained what happened and noted our receipt. He said too bad. At that point we asked for a refund. I stated that we were obviously charged for things he didnt do, and price gouged on the freon as it is typically $30 a lb. He stated screaming at us saying we can get our money back when he gets his freon back (as that was empty now too from the leak he never tested for). I told him he could go filter it out of the air since it all leaked out in his shop and that I was calling an police to file a report on this. He immediately changed his tone, but not his attitude, and gave us our money back. The guy who manages this place is a crook and I will never return here. I was a loyal customer and the mechanic I used to always have, ALWAYS did a great job. It is a shame they put this criminal in charge.**Update/Point of information** this is the correct store and location. This event happened a few months ago, but google only just prompted me to review it today. I wrote management a while back when this happened, with no response. I have emailed the person who replied below informing them of this, and am waiting on their response.***Final Update*** the store recently took over new ownership. The manager who acted this way is allegedly no longer there. The GM who contacted me let me know the new ownership happened in May and have since replaced all of the staff and renovated some of the shop. He was very responsive and helpful in his emails.

Got my alingment done for $55 out the door.. This shop is under new ownership and boy can you tell the difference. Prices are very reasonable. The place looks much better. Workers are very pleasant. They were a little slow so the let me watch them do the alignment. Explained everything to me. Oil changes are synthetic blend shell and are priced low. $19.99 cant beat that for name brand oil.

Called and was told an oil change was $35 dollars. Went in was asked what type of oil I normally use, Said Mobil 1 he said good that whats we have. I did not know and was not told that automatically means synthetic and was not told that so I did not expect the up charge. Once inside after my car was in the bay, a tech came in an with a very serious tone said sir, I need to see you. I followed him to my car where he told me told me I needed a break system flush because my fluid was brown, also injector cleaning was needed. Funny thing, I just watched a serious on YouTube about this and everything he said was exactly what the shops on the series were saying and then they did non of the extra work. I only did the oil change but it ended up costing me $96 because I did not say non-synthetic. Very unhappy with the whole experience and will never go back or recommend to anyone I know. Big time scam. Oh, and the prices on the board are 2 yrs out of date and the guy laughed when I told him the bill was over $30 more than the posted prices. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Got a bad vibe right when I got out the car. I came in to get an inspection and oil change and was recommended to get a engine flush. I told them that Ill come back when I get paid to get the engine flush and oil change since it makes no since to get an oil change twice. They dont care. They just want extra money. Wont be back here.

Three days ago I visited this place and asked for repair to change the brake ped. After a while, the owner said that the nut of the wheel broke and he would fix it until the next day.Three days later today, I finally went to pick up the car, but I found put the wrong size wheels on it, and Owner said that you go on the ride, its gonna be no problem and come back on Monday. OMG!I protested that it was a ridiculous thing, and it was not my fault but rather angered me.He will fix it until Monday, but I can not believe what happened. You guys believe that?

(Aug 2013)I HIGHLY recommend this place. The men that run this shop are very friendly. The mechanic who worked on my car was named Dan. He replaced what he initially thought was the problem. Turned out, it was the throttle body itself that was bad. He drove to the ford dealership, and picked up a new one. Instead of charging me full price for the part, and even labor. He took responsibility for not fixing it correctly the first time. He charged me %50 of what Ford charged him for the throttle body, and even waived labor costs. Im only 21, and have very limited experience when dealing with mechanics. It would have been so easy for him to take me around the block, and have gotten much more money out of me. Everyones biggest fear is getting screwed by their mechanic. But these guys make sure that their customers leave feeling more than satisfied. As long as Im stationed here. This will be the place that has my business.

Ever drive past a company and wonder why you never see a customer?Heres why... Customer service: lacking, pretty heavily. Its awful! Why bother? Go up a few blocks.Going on my first impression when I called I expected completely different service.Simple state inspection - check lights, seatbelts, horn, windshield wipers. Simple easy breezy should be out in 10 minutes top on a truck that is over 25 years. Now,these people arent going to pass a vehicle with old oil or Power Steering fluid under the hood. Literally had that fixed, sure my power steering fluid was a little low, but, what does that have to do with brakes? Not to mention, him talking down to you. Not giving a explanation or reason, just saying how bad a job the others have done in the past. What a waste of $7 dollars but, Ive learned my lesson. These guys are a joke.Even with 1 star is too many stars.

These people are a joke! I have went here several times due to me having no experience with cars at all, and every time I went they would come up with something new my car “needed”. Later learned that all of this was actually not needed. I guess all they want is to take your money, and they get very rude if you say no to whatever unnecessary thing they are “suggesting”. Will never go there again!

Do yourself a favor & do NOT take your car here! I payed to have my A/C fixed. After diagnosing the issue, OT, or whatever the blonde guy with the ponytail’s name is, initially reassured me that my only issue was my compressor. I payed for parts and labor. It was over $800. Upon completing the AC job, (or so I thought) the blonde guy with the pony tail asked me to complete an online review. I silently & immediately decided not to do so until a few months out IF my new AC consistently performed well. HOWEVER, my A/C AND HEATER STOPPED WORKING LITERALLY AFTER JUST A WEEK. It was such an INCONVENIENCE to have to go back to the shop & coordinate around my busy work schedule. Once I returned to the shop, I was told my car needed to be dropped off at the shop, as early as possible, and left there until their business hours concluded. (End of the day) I did so & was eventually called by another “mechanic”, stating that my “fan” ALLEGEDLY & SUDDENLY needed to be replaced. They expected/demanded me to pay another $300 for this part & labor (OVERPRICED) when I was initially reassured from their “diagnosis” that my ONLY issue was my compressor. We attempted to negotiate with the person on the phone but there was no compromise or sense of responsibility on these ppl’s part. He demanded more money. Perhaps I should’ve spoken with the owners. Regardless, why would I continue to take my car back to an obviously INCOMPETENT & CROOKED shop that can NOT BE TRUSTED or merely “diagnose” the culprit of a car issue anyways...THEN, literally 2 days later, my ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON, although, it was not on prior to my car being in the this shop’s care. A few days after that, my car engine begins to drive differently, making noises, & my car engine literally BEGINS TO SMOKE as I’m driving to work! I’m pursuing legal action. Thank God my situation happened as soon as it did because my Mother was going to have her A/C & heater repaired by the blonde ponytail guy as well. It would’ve been a costly nightmare of an experience for her as well! Instead, now she knows never to give these people a penny or step foot on this CROOKED property. I wouldn’t even trust these crooks for an oil change anymore. Do yourself a favor & AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, I repeat AVOID this CROOKED, INCOMPETENT place! Again, VERY INCOMPETENT & CROOKED!

Took my car in for routine maintenance. Work was done on my car in a timely manner, and best of all no surprises.

Went there twice for oil change; both times was told my vehicle needed 300$ worth engine flushing etc. Went to a different place I had no problems. These guys have integrity.

I went in to inquire about a diganostic check . He was very rude and did not take the time to hear what my concerns with that car where . He told be $70 to check the spark plugs and take a visual check and my coil packs ONLY, even though my car was pulling up at least 5 codes and it was just to verify it looked okay not to actauy tell me what I needed to do fix the issue. I said okay sir and went back to my car, for I had to take a phone call. Fiveonuyes later as Im still on my phone in the lot there was a knock on my window and I was told to leave the property is I was not going to get a service done . Sorry Mr. Patel but seem like your more unprofessional than the last management . STAY AWAY From this location !

Friendly service. They asked the right questions and made sure I had the right oil in my new car, as opposed to another shop who gave my car hybrid synthetic.

My husband purchased a care package from Kiwk Kar that was a pretty good deal. It had a free oil change, several tire rotations and half price oil changes among other discounts for 40 dollars. While at our free oil change (we paid 40 for discounts so I dont consider it free) they told us that our car was showing signs of sludge in the engine. My car had 25k miles at the time. They told me I needed my break fluid flushed and replaced and my filters changed. Even though I had discounts here I called around to price these services. I called Midas and they told me that none of these services should be needed on a car with my mileage and age. I took it in to them for an oil change at 28k Miles. Guess what, my break fluid checked out ok and doesnt need to be changed, no signs of sludge in my engine and my filters wont need to be changed for another 3k miles. Midas charged me $26.88 to rotate my tires, change my oil and check out all these problems. Kwik Kar wanted to charge me 70 to flush my engine, 35 to fill it back up with oil,, and another 35 I believe to flush my break fluid. I didnt ask them how much they wanted to charge me for filters. I tried to leave a review on their website but they dont have a section for that, I wonder why?
