I had some issues with my new phone and service plan. Colin helped me out and got everything fixed quick. He looks young but knows his stuff. He was polite and professional.

Went there the other day the person I spoke too for my problem literally had terrible attitude and his customer service was horrible. Had to go to the store in temple just to have them help me out. Will never be back to this one again.Maybe next time the verison rep could trouble shoot and see what other ways he can help instead of giving up after 5 minutes of his time.

The professionalism Joseph brings to Verizon is outstanding. He has been fantastic with helping set up my services as well as understand and find my way around all the info. Hes straight to the point, responds fast when working remotely, and has an answer for every question I throw at him. So Verizon i am giving yall 5 stars and will be a long time customer! BOTH MANAGERS ARE VERY POLITE, FUNNY, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS VERIZON STORE TO EVERYONE. THE FEMALES ARE VERY YOUNG BUT EDUCATED AND WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP FINALIZE MY PURCHASE.

Friends staff overall. I personally work with Iycess and she was very helpful. It did take time due to the fact that I was transferring over from another carrier and was activating 10 lines. However she was always patient with me.

I take back a previous positive review I’d written about the Killeen mall location. I felt misled with the jet pack service, I was told that it would fulfill my streaming needs and it did not. I was not happy with the service and was still ordered to pay a restocking fee. I thought since the manager, Joseph, sold me the product, he would have my best interest. But I guess anything for a sale.

They where very helpful. Didnt let me leave unhappy. Helped with my needs to get a phone. I will always go back and let them help me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me with my horrible phone stay on the phone for over 2hrs with tech support, than again when I came back and my phone did the same thing. Even for the short time when the store wasnt busy they helped each others moral by teaching each other a dance move to the music that was playing.

So I pulled up to the store and one of the representatives Cartaira had helped me out with a screen protector that i only needed but she offered a couple good deals to me she was extremely helpful and friendly, and she got no bubbles in my screen protecter so i recommend this spot

Went in to transfer from another carrier. Was greeted at the door and taken back only to find out our phones weren’t even unlocked. They tried everything, then laid out our options for us. We decided to go with the new phones.Update: since I’ve been in, I’ve had to go back multiple times, for a broken tablet, that looked used, and for them to charge me for the trade in. They didn’t have the phone in the color I wanted, it took them almost 2 weeks to get it, then to find out they ordered it under someone else account, which delayed the process of getting it on my account. Now I have to go back again, because now the phone promotion is not on my account again. Not to mention all the information that wasn’t explained and how we walked out to find we have an outrageous first bill.

I really enjoyed the way I was treated today. I’m happy to be with the Verizon family and I’m planning on staying forever 💯

Typically I cant stand Verizon, and I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 15 years now. I was up in arms about upgrading and extending my time as a customer, and it just so happened today was the day that my phone just quit cooperating so I headed to the only Verizon location that I knew was still open after 8pm, in the Killeen Mall. I was actually greeted by two young ladies and they both were extremely helpful with upgrading my device, and adding an eighth line, yes, eighth line to my account which took awhile because I was grandfathered into an old plan that I wanted to keep, and they assisted me with keeping it, even with the amount of devices on my account. For that, I thank the ladies!

Marcelo was one of the best customer service rep I’ve ever had to deal with. Very professional along with the manager.

I went in yesterday to look at Apple watches, the sales person OPENED an Apple Watch without me saying that I wanted to buy it & since he “opened it” for me he was refusing to show me the other watches i was interested in and said i had to buy the watch he opened mind you, he opened this knowing that i was not 100% wanting to buy it. I went back today to return it and they made me pay a 75$ stocking fee. Which is ridiculous because i only purchased the Apple Watch due to the fact that the young man opened it WITHOUT my permission. I will be calling corporate as well as making a complaint. This is ridiculous and outrageous! I will not be going back and my entire family is furious and will be switching to a different carrier.
