Ive been to my fair share of small, family-owned practices that I would have imagined are the best in the business and Pearle Vision KOP blew these out of the water! I am thoroughly impressed. Not only did they fit me in for a last-minute appointment, but everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful. Ill be a returning customer/patient so long as I live in Philly.

I recently had a routine eye exam & purchased reading glasses at the Pearle Vision King of Prussia office. As both an E.R. physician retired from clinical practice and eyeglass wearer for many decades (prior to Lasik surgery in 1997), Ive had a great deal of personal & professional experiences with eye doctors. Searching for someone close to my home, I had the good fortune to find the very intelligent and personable Dr. John Lieto. Honestly, its rare that Im so pleased with medical care to take the time to publish a review, but my experiences with Dr. Lieto and his tech Matthew were truly exemplary. Although my initial prescription was filled properly, I wanted to push my reading distance out a bit further and my request for a small adjustment (new lenses) was cheerfully accommodated without any pushback. I really can’t speak highly enough of their competency and commitment to great customer service.

The optician (Matt) who helped us was excellent—so patient and helpful with my 8yo picking out her first pair of glasses. Everyone in the store was kind and pleasant. It was a great experience—would definitely recommend!

The doctor was very nice and made my 7 year old feel comfortable. He spoke so that we both understood what he was referring too. She was extremely nervous at first and even thanked him for helping her at the end.

Easy to make an appointment online. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Dr. Brown was wonderful & thorough. As I was purchasing the glasses, things were explained in easy terms. The staff was very professional and helpful. The owner introduced himself & thanked me for choosing his store. Such wonderful service! I will certainly return for all my future glasses purchases.

My son is a diabetic and Dr. Lieto took the time to explain to him exactly what he is looking for since diabetes can effect his vision. Dr. Lieto has a wonderful personality and made the experience that much easier. The front staff, Cora and Matt, were also very helpful, professional, and very nice to deal with. I look forward to our next exams and this truly was a wonderful experience.

When I came in I was greeted with a pleasant hello and the young lady told me she’d be right with me.Doctor John Leito introduced himself and advised me he was cleaning and preparing the exam room.Dr. Leito gave a very detailed exam and addressed my concerns. With the Pandemic the office handled customers professionally and safely.Additionally the gentlemen handling payment and merchandise was professional, answered my questions and continued with the respect of COVID!!!I appreciate the dedication. Thanks guys!!!!

Very helpful staff. The sales associate Danielle was great in helping me pick out awesome glasses from the latest up to date styles. Curtis was easy to work with to get my the lenses filled for the frames. Would definitely recommend.

I was a new patient at the KOP office and had my appointment with Dr. Lieto. Simply had a wonderful experience. He was very good in explaining everything in detail and was very polite.
