Seem like Kop location rarely answers the phone call, or put you on hold forever.Worst customer service. The owner guy of King of Prussia location completely ruined the good image I had about Target optical.

If you complain about your glasses and they need to fix them more than once, somehow it is the customer’s fault. Won’t issue a refund for the difference.

I have never had problems here. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and help me navigate my insurance. You cannot beat their prices and they have a good selection. When I get new glasses it usually only takes a couple days for them to arrive as well.

Horrible customer service. No one calls you back ever and trying to get a hold of a doctor is literally impossible. They recently left a voicemail saying that they cant help me with a claim and to stop calling them. They were also very rude to my insurance provider. Very unprofessional! Youre better off going to a real eye doctors office!

Affordable, extremely friendly and great service from the Doctor. He’s very attentive and efficient at the same time. But please find a new receptionist - there is a very rude lady that works there and she almost made the other receptionist cry while we were there. When we were leaving she asked us if “she was mean or not to her” - which was very inappropriate. She also couldn’t figure out how to order my contacts in the system and said I’d have to physically come back some other time to do that. Which is the main reason why I went elsewhere to buy contacts.

I dont usually take time to write reviews but my experience here was so horrible that I felt the need. I had been for my last exam in 2017 and everything went well. I went back in 2018 and it was a disaster. They werent able to figure out my insurance and stated theyd call me back about ordering my contacts.... which I desperately needed ordered as they were my last pair. I called and called and received no answers/no calls back. I left messages and was never called back. Apparently I need to physically show up and demand my prescription information so I can take it elsewhere. Never again. I like the optometrist but their customer service out of this office is unacceptable. I seriously would expect more out of Target.

O Stars -- I was very frustrated with the poor customer service at the K.O.P store, so I decided to check out the the Abington store. Sure enough, I had issues there too. My transactions never go smoothly its always some type of issue. The prices are no cheaper than any other optical store so I do not find it worth going there again. The eye exam was good and professional every transaction after that is very less than professional at both stores

The eye exam was one of the most through I have had. Im 65 and was worried about my vision. Dr. Savochka put my mind at ease. Janet the Optometrist helped me pick out the coolest frames in the exact right color for my coloring (Irish). I was told they would take 10 days. It took 6. AND the prices are affordable. I dont have vision insurance. GO to Tarjay Optical in KoP.

Be advised. While, my experience with Dr. Savochka was a textbook eye exam, my experience in ordering glasses from this location has been an odyssey. Maybe not on Odysseus level, but in eyewear terms - I think it compares. The long and short of it is, I ordered glasses on July 22, and after a month of miscommunication I still have no glasses. The not-so-long and short of it is this:On July 22, my husband and I went for our annual eye exam and ordered new glasses and contact lenses. We were initially told to expect our glasses in 7-10 days. Ok, we said, Great.A few days and I got a call that the sunglasses I ordered had arrived, but that was all. My husbands order and my glasses were still being processed. We waited.Time passed. July 30 rolled around, and now, a second call. My husbands glasses had arrived. No mention of my glasses and no sign of his contacts, but he was excited for his new glasses, so we went to pick them and my sunglasses up. When the team member lifted the sunglasses out of their case, a lens popped out. (I should have know then how this would go.) They were cut improperly, the clerk told me. He apologized and said hed send them back to be reprocessed. Though disappointed, my husband had his glasses, and I thought to myself, Just a little more time. No big deal.Time passed again. Two and a half days, not that long, but it had been 11 days since my order had been placed. One more day than was initially promised for it to be completed. I called. My order was still being processed, but I would receive a call as soon as they came in.Now, to be honest with you, this was when my patience began to wear thin. If it was going to take longer than 7-10 days, why give an estimate at all?Fast forward to August 10. It was nearing three weeks since our visit. I called the store and spoke with an employee. They informed me that my glasses had been lost in the mail. That was news to me.I was then given a bounty of reasons as to why I wasnt contacted, but the issue remained that I wasnt contacted and I still had no glasses. The employee reordered my glasses and I thought, F***ing hell. What next?Well, heres what happened next.On August 16, after receiving a text that my glasses had come in, we went to go pick them up. (I was still waiting for my sunglasses at this point in time too, if you forgot.)We got there and the clerk went to find them and came back with my...sunglasses.Disappointment, but also relief? No. Mostly just disappointment.I then asked the employee if my glasses had come in. The employee hadnt seen them in the pick-up drawer, but I was told that they might have come in the order that day. I hoped against hope and...HALLELUJAH! They HAD come in!But they werent the frames I ordered.I was so beside myself with frustration that the employee threw some free lens cleaner my way, like that would help the situation. Thats like giving a bald man a comb for a present. Then, to add to it, my husband asked about his contacts. (You may have forgotten about those. I mean, it has been three weeks.) Apparently, those were lost somewhere in the postal ether too. The employee reordered them. They did not reorder my glasses because, at that moment, I had no words and needed a beer. I told them not to order the glasses again. I needed to think on it.I wasnt given long to think because I received a call on August 17 from the employee that had ordered the wrong frames and was apologized to, but was then told that my glasses had been ordered again. I was confused at this considering I had just told the other employee not to do that very thing. And alas, I should have known that my confusion wasnt misplaced. So, here it is, August 23. One month and a day since I ordered my glasses. You may be happy to know that my husbamd finally received his contacts in the mail. I, however, have one pair of sunglasses and was just informed over the phone that my glasses were, in fact, NOT ordered again.I will be returning my sunglasses, and I will be getting a refund.
