This place is Awesome! Dr. Kozak is amazing. She was so thorough and genuine. I had a medical issue as well as needing an exam and she had me seen somewhere to treat it that day!!! Her staff is just as great. Melissa on the sales floor was helpful and showed me different options. I love coming here!

Dr. Kozak (Lenscrafters in the Plaza near Primark) is wonderful! Shes patient & thoughtful. She didnt rush my daughter to decide Which lens is better? She made sure nothing would trigger a migraine (my daughter suffers from chronic migraine). She answered my questions about colored lenses & gave suggestions about what else might help with avoiding migraine triggers. I love that she didnt have to dilate my daughters eyes - they have a machine to test for glaucoma - its a game changer!

LensCrafters, more specifically Melissa has always gone the extra mile to make sure I am pleased with my glasses. Plus several years ago Dr. Kozak offered an eye exam where she could see the back of the eye. She found that I was starting to have a torn retina and immediately got me into a doctor who could do surgery.Thank you Dr. Kozak and Melissa!I tried to adjust to my new glasses for almost a month. I just could not see clearly for reading and computer work. As true to the LensCrafters promise, Melissa made adjustments to the lens thickness and sent for a new pair of glasses which I will receive in two weeks. Thank you!

After having a terrible experience at another LensCrafters location where I felt very mistreated after buying a very pricey pair of designer lenses, I called the King of Prussia location and spoke to the most helpful gentleman named Brad who went above and beyond to help me and make things right!! I am beyond satisfied with my customer service experience at this location, after the previous location made me want to write off LensCrafters forever. 10/10 would recommend the KOP location and ask for Brad!

I made a big mistake to go there today and got really disappointed. The front desk ladies are sweet and helpful but Dr. Perlin needs to learn how to speak with patients. He was rude and insulting. Will not go back there again.

Dr. Kozak and the sales team are AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is my third eye exam with Dr. Kozak I have never felt rushed out of her chair, she takes her time, listening and going over my vision care needs. I have a history of swollen nerve endings and its amazing how she can compare previous retinal scans with one another, to ensure her current finings are correct and to better evaluate what my medical plan should be going forward!

I had an eye exam and ordered prescription Oakley sunglasses at this location. While placing the order, I had asked if I would get the original pair of non-prescription lenses that come with the frame, and was told by the sales associate that they would be included in my order for pickup. I was told that the order would be ready for pickup by the 18th but did not receive any updates by that date. I had to call three times to check on the order status before I was told that they order was ready for pickup on May 21st. Upon asking, the manager told me they had sent me an email, which I never received.Finally, when I went in to pick up my glasses the original lenses were not available and I was told that the lab sometimes sends those back but not always. I was told that if I had an issue, I should just return the sunglasses. I would have kept the order even without the lenses but the store manager was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, and that made me decide to return the sunglasses. I have shopped at other Lenscrafters stores several times in the past but have never experienced such poor customer service and therefore felt obligated to report it.The store should not have made a commitment to provide the original lenses if that wasnt possible. One of my primary reasons for selecting that specific frame was that the lenses could be changed easily. I would have accepted the order as it was if the store manager was courteous in general and had if possible, at least offered an attempt to retrieve the lenses from the lab. I liked the sunglasses and will probably have to get them at another store that has polite and professional staff.

The girls were friendly and helped me pick the right frame. I’m not sure why this store dosent have higher reviews. It was a great experience.

It’s always fun when your insurance is billed for an appointment you canceled weeks before.... I wasn’t even there and I definitely won’t ever step foot in Shereen Hakkis office again. I should have known something was fishy when they couldn’t even answer the phone properly without hanging up on me twice before I finally reached someone with the WORST customer service skills.

Wow! The same thread broke again in less than 45 days, seems like they never fixed it in the first place. I have given mine at the shop on Friday afternoon, and after two days, I am still waiting for a call from them. Every time I call, I get to hear a new excuse. Thank you for a great service. (Finally, they gave my glasses back on Monday.)

This place is truly one of the very few businesses that I would not come back to even if I were paid to do so.I initially went here in May to get my eye exam and contact lenses. After my exam and contact lens fitting, I made an appointment the following week to come back for a check up on the trial lenses. When I came back, I saw a new doctor, who prescribed me a different type of lens, but they didnt have it in stock, so I would have to come back. I set an appointment for June to return. That was fine, but keep in mind that I live about an hour away, so driving 2 hours each time is not how I would choose to spend my day. When I returned in June, the associate told me that my lenses were never ordered...and so I would have to come back again in July...no apologies were given or acknowledgement that they had done something wrong. Instead, a couple of the associates and the doctor who saw me the first time started trashing on their colleague (the second doctor who had seen me previously). At this point, I was already drafting my yelp review.When I came back in July and finally got the proper trial lenses, I requested that they send the non-trial lenses directly to my home - at a charge of $10. OK, thats fine, its better than driving 2 hours. Five weeks later in August when I called them to inquire about where the heck my lenses are, they tell me that its been sitting in the store...as if I was suppose to pick it up!Needless to say, I will never come back to this establishment again - which is unfortunate as there were 2-3 pairs of glasses I wanted to purchase there. Oh well, thats the cost of doing bad business.So all in all, a process that should normally take, at max, 1 month, took 4 months and an abundance of headache.

Bruce was extremely helpful in repairing my sons glasses. The glasses had been stepped-on and bent badly. Bruce was patience and kind, taking the time required to return the glasses to their original shape and fit. Many thanks Bruce!!

Exam was good, Dr.Perlin was above average informative, I could find nothing to complain about. I went to another optometrist last year that wanted as much for similar Oakley frames there as I paid for the glasses and 1 year of contacts here. Doc got me to 15/20, probably more like 17/20 crystal clear. Im in my 30s and have been wearing contacts since I was 12.

I went in for a regular appointment, as I am monitoring my retina health through 6 month scans (Im in a high risk AMD demographic). I was sat down to fill in the typical clipboard visit form. Another person was sitting there doing the same thing - completing the familiar glasses-buying exam form. There was only one Doc on duty and she was not working or examining anyone at the time - we sat across from the exam rooms with their doors open. The scheduled time came and went, and then 10 minutes later they came and took the other person, who was a walk-in, before me. This was during my lunch hour (25 minute drive back to work) and I was prepared to extend a bit. I was fed up and walked out. Time to find a real office. Why two stars? Because the regular Eye doctor is professional and really seems to know her field. I also doubt she would allow the exam queue to get screwed up this way. The staff and less professional eye doctor are to blame and I am concerned this will keep happening. I forgot to mention, on the day before I threw away my lunch hour plus 10 minutes - the office called me to confirm my intention to keep my appointment!!!

First experience was the best [5 stars] so I went back. It took over 3 months to get my glasses and when they gave them to me they were wrong due to an operator error. So they sent them back and fixed them but refused to fix my reading glasses that had the same error. Its only in the left lens. The right lens is perfect. I would not go here nor would I recomed others to go here. They will take your money and not fix errors completely. A complete rip off.

I love that they are very polite and have an answer to your questions. They know what they are doing where theres not really a wait at all when you show up. I would go back there all the time for my glasses.

Two of the staff members were extremely rude to me when I just came in to ask about getting measured for a pair of frames that I wanted to order online. They were giving me an incredibly hard time about why they wouldnt do it and then told me to come in at a different time when they are not busy because other customers are more of a priority than my needs at this store. I was extremely upset and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I will NEVER go back to this location EVER AGAIN! I highly recommend other locations over this location.

I went to the store the one in KOP right outside JC Penny. It was the worst experienced. I spend $995. I came back to adjust my glasses. They are so rude. I just want to get my glasses fix and she keep refused to do so. Then I raised my voice and she said Im yelling at her. I dont think I will ever go back there near future.Please anyone who want to go there to review and check everything. Be firm.

Very bad customer services, called twice 2 weeks in advance scheduled appointments, called 3 days before the appointment to confirm and make sure they account my insurance, the answer was yes, you are good, I went there filled the paperwork and she said they couldnt verify my information through their system!! Called my insurance they talked to them and confirmed my insurance yet she said I NEED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND !!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful, wasting people time and they say I am sorry, totally not recomend them to anyone

Worst experience ever!!! Did not put any effort in assuring my contacts were correct for me and the customer service was at best horrible. If at all possible go to a Lenscrafters at another location.

Total incompetent employees. I had to call them 3 times in one day for a prescription email. TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE

Beware: I did NOT get Rayban lenses in my Rayban Rx sunglasses, had to return.They even touted, with rayban Rx sunglasses, rayban does the lenses, etc; got them and there was somewhat of a rough cut around edge of lenses, no Rayban P on them like I had seen on previous pair and they were too thick to close (odd because high index hadnt had this issue before)I confirmed with my previous pair, Rayban website AND another Lenscrafters that RayBan should be written on the lense (another hint they were done in only 3 days instead of 10 to send them out to Rayban)This was a bait and switch, beware of this when looking for Rayban sunglasses. It was 40% off sunglasses so they may have been swamped and thought I wouldnt notice, but still, unacceptable!
