Purchased frames with progressive lenses. When I picked them up, the technician barely made any adjustments to make sure the glasses felt fine . More importantly, my medium and long distance vision was fuzzy with the new glasses. When I went back to complain about the vision, they had told me to back to the optometrist for another examination . If the prescription was wrong, they would replace the lenses.I went back to the optometrist, they made a few adjustments to both the lenses, frames and nosed pads in about 10 minutes, and my vision improved. WALMART, TEACH YOUR TECHNICIANS HOW TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR GLASSES
I called to ask about the services and I was put on hold for 10 minutes . The woman who answered was very rude and said they dont have a doctor for anything until January . I was even polite and said thank you. She just slammed the phone and hung up. Unprofessional!
My eye exam done by the doctor was great but as for the people handling frame orders they didnt give us any details whatsoever about the warranty. When I went to Exton they gave us all the details about my new glasses and even gave us a free case and glass cleaner spray bottle. The King of Prussia location sucks, go to Exton.
Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to see doctor.
