So Carl Louis is absolutely awesome. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and any other accolade you can think of. He put on my first invisible shield a while ago and was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly and entertaining the whole time. I don’t live near King of Prussia, but made a point of going back there when I need to have my screen protector replaced. I was happy to see that he was there to do the service. I highly recommend going specifically to his kiosk because of the kind of person he is. Thanks Carl!

Do you want the best quality for protecting your phone...then ZAGG is the product you need! Not only do you get top of line products, you get impeccable service at the king of Prussia kiosk. Carl is the best hands down. You will not find anyone else as knowledgeable and intuitive as Carl. I will highly recommend to family and friends to visit here for their phone tech needs.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have used this kiosk in the mall for years. It had moved a couple times and used to the the best option for protection. The service over the last couple of years has gotten worse and worse. The glass iPhone protector that is guaranteed for life is never in stock (Breaks easy and often needs to be replaced) and the guy that’s always there at night closes shortly after 8. This has happened to me at least 3 times where at 8:24, he tells me he is closed and no longer helping customers. The mall closes at 9. I used to recommend this place to everyone I knew. Now I will never use it again. What a shame

By now Cliff must be tired of my face. Every week it seems I break the glass on my Apple Watch. It’s not the product. It’s the fact I’m a contractor and can break everything. Without there ZAGG Glass I’d be out of a lot of money replacing screens. I’m so glad they are fairly local to me. I don’t have to wait for new screens to get shipped to me. Everyone who works at this location has been unbelievably awesome. Fast, funny, and more than helpful. All customer service employees should take a lesson from these guys. Thanks again for all your help protecting my investment. See ya next week. Hahahaha!

The serviceman was very patience and make sure he got rid off any bubbles that came during the installation of the screen protector for my iPad. The screen protector came with lifetime warranty as well, so it was worth the price and the nice service that we had. Highly recommend!

Store never when the mall opens screen protector developed waves or lines that continue to grow. The protector doesnt cover the whole screen the cut from the machine is way off. Waste of 45$ then want 5$ cash to replace
