The third party delivery service they use and suggest called BVX TRANSPORT is horrible. They dont do any background checks on any of their employees, so make sure your children are not alone and you keep a eye on them. If you live in a skyrise building and need a COA (certificate of insurance) provided make sure you review all their paperwork.(most of it is fraudulent and they dont carry a official certificate, they always email them because its easier to falsify(felony). Theres other things that are just as important ranging from they dont have proper company insurance,they damage your goods and property and claim it was already there,never on time, and have rude customer service. Years of problems and yet RH still contracts with them. Make sure you keep a close eye on them and make sure your kids arent in a room alone with them when they are delivering your goods.

They dont stock anything and I wont buy from a catalog.

Overpriced for what you get. Anyone who really knows and can recognize good quality furniture would never buy here. You are paying for their somewhat chic brand name. Go to a good furniture store for quality merchandise that will last. This isnt it.

While I love the style of the furniture I feel it is overrated. My entire home is furnished by RH. Lighting and Marble tables are great. My couches, a different story. My family room look as though we plucked a chicken EVERY DAY. My wooden tables and desk chip very easily. Just a little disheartened after paying top dollar for what I thought was the best

The team at the King of Prussia Restoration is top-notch. Weve made purchases here over the course of many years and have always been happy. Heres how I know when Im dealing with a great organization . . . when there is a problem, they handle it rather than running from it. Weve had a couple of problems with our purchases over the years and they always make things right for us. When shopping at RH, it is usually what an investment - their products are not inexpensive but they are of very high quality and when theres a problem, they take care of it.
