Joe did a great job showing us exactly how the sofa modulation worked and how it could benefit us. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were in and out in 15 minutes and ended up purchasing a sofa that we will use for a long long time. Thanks for a great experience joe

Im a long time lovesac devotee - I got my first sactional and sac in 2013 - and after buying a house recently it was time to come back for a new, bigger couch so the old one could move to the basement. Cant say enough about how great these couches are (washable covers! super comfy! reconfigurable!) and if you live in an apartment or move often the fact that they break down into pieces is literally priceless. Friendly, super helpful staff only make the deal sweeter. Ill be a customer for as long as they make em!

We had a great experience buying a Lovesac at the store here. Chad the store manager got back to us quickly when we inquired by text about the store hours to test out couches. He suggested an appointment since the store is limited to 4 customers. I am so glad we did that because about 10-15 customers came to the store during our appointment wanting to test out couches and Lovesacs and that would have been us standing in a line for an hour if we had not booked the appointment!Hector our sales rep went above and beyond explaining all the different variations, setups and fabrics available for the Lovesac and Love Sactionals couch! We ended up buying 2 couches to convert one into a bed and it will be the perfect option for our multi-purpose office and bonus family/guest room!Thanks so much guys!

Rather poor communication of order status. Did not hear anything of order after placing it after a couple weeks. After calling found out part of it was back ordered and it would take another 2-4 weeks. Not really concerned about the back order. I get that it’s a busy time of year but a simple email would work. Being that everything is being shipped, it takes planning to be around for delivery.

Couch is really nice quality, I only had an issue with the online ordering system. Building a couch online doesnt guarantee all of the pieces needed will be included. I had to place a second order for additional items and they would not honor the original discounts I received on the first order.

Beatrice was very nice, patient and gave us great information. She wasnt pushy and gave us space and time to decide. Highly recommend this location.

The setup took an insane amount of time to put the seat covers on. for the expensive price tag, it should not have been nearly this difficult!!! love sac should offer an assembly option. I do love the sectional now that it’s set up though but I would however never recommend this couch to anyone based solely on the amount of time and effort it took to put the covers on.

Please think twice before choosing Lovesac for any of your furniture purchases. They are proficient at accepting your money, but are terrible at actually fulfilling the order in my experience. Pieces arrived in the wrong color, replacements werent shipped for weeks and still had a nightmare receiving the actual correct replacement. The lack of communication from the shipping/corporate personnel was terrible and made for a poor customer experience; I had to sit on their customer service line for hours in total just to find out where my shipments were. All-in-all, I would hesitate before ever ordering from here again.

Our experience was great. Nice to talk to! Nice set up! Tyler was awesome!Our only issue is the delivery. We are waiting for 3 pieces. They don’t have to get a signature. And items say they have been delivered but we still do not have the seats. Everything else is unless without the seats. Hope they can find them!

Went in to “test drive” a city sac for my son to put in my den. Turned to be a perfect size for my space and incredibly comfortable for adults and children alike. Has to be the best units class hands down. Costly but you get what you pay for as the adage goes. Rikki of the KOP team was amazing. Incredibly helpful and patient. I was going to purchase on line but glad I made the trip!

I want to say first that I love my sactional but I will never ever do business with this store again. Back in June we spoke with Chad who is the manager of the store, we already have a sactional is a den area and wanted to order another sactional for our living room. We ended up ordering one through him on July 4th weekend. The pieces came very quickly so we had our others sofas picked up and out to put the new sactional together. When we went to open the box I noticed it was the regular filled sofa and not the down like I told him I wanted. I immediately emailed him and was told to return everything except for the covers. We returned it all, my new seats came very quickly but my sides never came. I called the store multiple time and was told that Chad wasn’t available and he would call me back, he never did. I emailed as well, it took him weeks to reply. I ended up dealing with the 800 number to figure out what was going on. After Chad made the sale he didn’t care what was happening to us. Our den area where our other sactional is isn’t air conditioned so we have been sitting on the floor of our living room for over two months. We actually still don’t have the sides. I did however speak with a manager on the customer service line yesterday who got it taken care of and we are hopefully going to have our sides soon. Chad needs to find a new profession.

Super helpful staff at the Kong of Prussia love sac store. Chad did everything possible to help us make the decision on which fabrics and configuration and even made a change for us after we got home and realized our color choice was off. And if we want to add to our couch or change the color love sac allows that easily!

We came here after our bad experience at the one on Walnut. We really liked the idea of this, but the woman there was not very friendly. So we looked around. This store was amazing. I love the versatility of Love sac sectionals . My doorway is narrow to my house and this furniture fit the bill. Every piece is interchangeable even the covers. I was use to IKEA furniture. Not anymore! The salesman Garry was very knowledgeable and friendly. My experience was excellent.

We have two large chairs from here and love them. They are well worth the price because they last amd dont lose form. This store is very clean and easy to find inside the mall. Employees are wonderful.

Disappointing that Lovesac sales force pushed through my order after settlement on my home was delayed. Even though items hadn’t shipped they offered no help whatsoever to delay shipment. Instead I had to stress for a few days until FedEx tracking numbers & work with them to hold & redirect 13 packages. What an unnecessary hassle!

We were looking for a sectional couch for our basement and the staff at the King of Prussia store was great with helping us put together an ideal configuration that would actually work in multiple layouts to give us some flexibility. The staff, especially Chad, was very friendly and patient as we worked through what was a big decision.

Sales man was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we weren’t buying unnecessary pieces and helped us make a decision on the color by giving us pros and cons for each material. He was so awesome! The quality is very good. I was shopping three days before Christmas and the saleswoman did a good job of showing me what was available cash and carry and what was on sale etc. Actually the reason I decided to leave a review at all was to have the opportunity to let you know that my good experience was primarily the work of your staff and if the opportunity arises I think she may do well in a position of increased responsibility.

Garry was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun and quick, especially with my 4 year old jumping on all the lovesacs and telling us how hungry he was. Garry got our order done efficiently and was great to work with.

My experience at the Lovesac store in King of Prussia was great! The staff there were all smiles and extremely helpful. My girlfriend was the one who wanted the lovesac, I was just there to buy it.. but I had fun trying all the different models out and talking to the more than kind staff.

Alison helped me find the right size bean bag for the space I had, and spent time making sure I got the best deal. All the staff was very cheerful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I’m extremely disappointed in the attitude of the saleswomen we dealt with. Rather than helping us, she pointed and was extremely short. This is not the experience I would expect from such a high-priced establishment. Everything we were told in the store was, and still is, contradicted by the Lovesac online store. We’re told an item would be 8-10 weeks, online says 1-2. I called and confirmed as well. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at the King of Prussia Lovesac store. Hopefully the product is better than the service.

I walked into the Lovesac store and was immediately greeted with kindness. Hector was straightforward about the products and he didn’t try to sell me for more than what I wanted. Hector made sure to show me all my options for covers and he explained the shipping process and return policy very clearly. I will certainly be back to the King of Prussia mall just for the Lovesac store!

Second time at the store in KOP to expand our LoveSac couch and it was a great experience again.

Ive spent a lot of money at Lovesac and I think their products are great. I ordered 2 You-drinks in the beginning of November and still have not received them. Ive called the store multiple times with no answers and resolutions. Ive emailed corporate with no response. I called corporate twice and waited so long to speak to someone so they could tell me that there was a problem with my order; they called the store to let them know the issue. Now, a month later, the store told me they had to re-order the You-drinks, so Im waiting on them to arrive. Not sure what happened to customer service, but this was a fail.

This was my second order, less than a month after the first. My first 6 Sactional seats and sides exceeded my expectations for quality, value, and speed. I was bowled over, and the whole modular concept really started sinking in. After arranging and rearranging my Sactional pieces several times, I decided to create a new, larger seating area. I consulted the website but found the terminology and ordering process confusing. Having no 3D imagination, I wasnt sure exactly what I needed. My first experience with the Lovesac store on Walnut Street had been overwhelmingly positive, and I remembered Wendy and Tori encouraging me to reach out anytime I needed help. Because they had made me feel supported and valued, I headed back there vs going to the King of Prussia store right down the street from my house. I explained my objective to Tori as best I could, and she spelled out exactly which pieces I needed to add. Then she simplified the process by placing the order for me on the spot and charging it right to my account. We talked, I signed, and I received the order confirmation, all within one hour. It couldnt have been easier, and Tori couldnt have been more helpful. Im thrilled with my new den and pleasantly surprised that the Sactional has doubled my available seating (and added a comfortable new queen bed) but somehow created a more open, airy space. This is the best purchase Ive made in years, and I wont hesitate to recommend the Philadelphia Lovesac store to my friends!

Although staff was very nice and helpful their internet service was a huge issue. It took us almost an hour to complete our order. They used handheld tablets and they had to redo it 4 different times because the discount wasnt accurate then once they got it correct the system failed. They were very apologetic but it took alot of extra time that we didnt account for.

Not the service I would expect. While shopping with one of their associates we overheard the experience for another shopper. After asking all their questions and getting a quote they opted not to purchase. As they walked out their associate called after them with “Goodbye and thanks for waisting my time!”The staff is rude, weak sales people and catty. Very over staffed. If I do purchase a Lovesac it will be off their website and not from this location!

I would’ve gave 5 stars but my experience wasn’t too good. Me and my boyfriend purchased a sac and the payment didn’t go through in their system but it took the money out of our card. And then it took a week for us to get notified after us calling multiple times that it didn’t go through. One manager said they would make up for it by giving us free 1 day shipping but when we went to the store to start the process over a different manager didn’t really wanna honor that promise. It’s frustrating because we couldve been got our love sac and although it wasn’t their fault it was the systems fault you would think they would work with us on something. Anyways the manager and workers weren’t rude at all they were very friendly just wish they could’ve done something because of the inconvenience. I’m very excited for my sac!

Celeste did everything right. I was in her store to pick up a cover for my big one. The cover did not meet my expectations and she apologized numerous times for something she didn’t do. She above and betong to rectify the situation and stayed in contact with me numerous times over the phone. She made me feel better about the situation and now i feel better about the whole situation. I had reservations ordering anything else from lovesac but my experience with her made me reconsider my stance and i will definately order my sactional, from her.

For the sofa....Overpriced for the quality and design. More time spent on making it changeable rather than a comfortable sofa.

So their products are amazing but their prices are laughable. The lovesacs are so overpriced I thought their salesman was joking with me. The sacs are literally oversized beanbag chairs filled with scraps of memory foam. You can find alternatives online for less than half the price.

This place had excellent service and they also have very good products. I was overall satisfied with the trip and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase new furniture.

Love sac located in King of prussia mall is a fun place to shop for non-conventional quality furniture that is meant to be used. The employees there are comical and professional; willing to talk and let you take your time while selecting the perfect piece for your needs.I purchased the Movie Sac close to a year ago and it still looks and feels brand new. The foam does not shrink like conventional bean bangs ive had in the past. Its always perfect to sit, read, and drink a beer in at the end of the day.All in all buying the Movie Sac was an investment. One that i think is worth the price tag.

I could not have asked for better service.I actually live waaaay closer to the Christiana location in Delaware but was not as pleased with the service considering the price. I actually went back to KOP to purchase from Jen so they would get the commission. Tax and all! Very happy with my decision!If you are looking to purchase in PA, go to KOP. Ask for Jen.
