My boyfriend got me a bracelet that Ive always wanted. It came with a free moon bracelet that I thought was the cutest. I have had that bracelet and worn it once (yes, one time) since February and let me tell you, that stuff tarnished and turned BRONZE. My regular bracelet is fine but that thing is terrible. Im highly disappointed. For the amount of money people pay for these items, even if they are given something for free, it should be of the same quality of the items they pay for.
I visited the Pandora king of Prussia location today with every intention to buy a bracelet and about 4 or 5 charms. The women at the store today were not helpful AT ALL. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. The infinity knot bangle as well as the boy and girl charms, an angel wing and Cinderella carriage. I asked “where is the bangle section in the store” the girl said she didn’t know. I asked if there was still a sale going on because I had received an email saying there was a sale and the girl said “I don’t know kind of”. What is she here for? I took my business elsewhere because if you aren’t interested in helping me then I will gladly take my money elsewhere. She was so willing and helpful with the Caucasian customer in front of me. But had no intentions of helping this African American. Disgusting.

The maximum capacity was 15 and yet including the employees and a baby there were only 7 people in the store. we were told there was a 45 minute wait since there were 4 people in front of us and the man at the front wrote us down on the list to get in. ten minutes later he informed everyone outside of the store who were waiting in the lounge area that because they weren’t standing in the actual line people went in front of them and the wait time would go up. very ridiculous for the wait along with the capacity being half of what it should be and the fact they allowed people to cut in the line.
A bit of a wait in the line just to go in. But when entered the staff was nice and helpful. Made it easier to shop. As a manager it was nice to see.
My husband bought his girlfriends gift here. I have no idea what time I will get a hold of my life.
I received a bracelet for Mothers Day that was too small. I went to the store to exchange it and they did not have the next size up in stock so they took my name and number down and told me they would call when it came in. It was approaching the 30 day return policy so I was becoming concerned that I would not be able to return it. I went to the store and low and behold they had received a shipment of the bracelets but never called. On top of that, my original bracelet was purchased online with a slight discount and instead of doing an even exchange (as it was the same product), they made me pay the difference in store. Bottom line, if you buy anything online for cheaper than in store, return it online, do not go to the store to exchange or you will have to pay. My personal opinion, this is just bad for business.

This store wouldnt allow me to look at the different jewelry cases to make choices.I had to stand in one place so I didnt buy anything. Store is amazingly small and limited due to Covid.
I absolutely love Pandora! I’ve had a couple of rings and charms from there before, have always had a great experience. BUT I just had one of the worst experiences ever there! My boyfriend and I went to the KOP mall store July 9th wanting to get 2 rings. We must of gotten to the store at 1:45. The gates were closed with a sign that said they were on a lunch break and would be back in a hour. We waited until 3:30 and finally had to leave because they still did not come back!! We waited nearly TWO HOURS and they still did not come back from lunch, I even tried calling the store and there was an automated message that says they will be taking a HOUR lunch break in the middle of the shift, wish they stuck to that. The store must of lost so much business because we were not the only ones waiting, we saw at least 15 people either waiting or looking to see if they were opened and we had to tell them we’ve been waiting for so long! So tragic because my boyfriend nor myself have had nothing but excellent experiences with Pandora and this just ruined it.UPDATE: Returned at 5:30, still closed. My guess is they never opened...

Worst Pandora store ever!Me and my wife waited to no the line for more than 40 minutes to get in. It was my wife’s birthday, and we planned to get her a present. So the one of the staff members, just pulled up a pole right in front of our faces, saying the store is closed. It was 15 before 7 and we still had enough time. That’s a great customer service, never again. This location lost our business for ever!!!
Worst experience ever!! Day after Black Friday and they only have three sales associates working and one sales person just decided to take a break with a six Customers waiting in line (outside the store) to get permitted in the store. They are obviously not paid on a sales commission as theyre working at a snails pace. I would avoid this store during the holiday period! Peace & Love!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their website advertises curbside pick up because of COVID-19. I just drove 45 minutes out of my way only to find out that the store does not do curbside pick up, despite curbside pick up being plastered all over the Pandora website.To make matters worse, the support was no help. They would not cancel the order and said I need to wait five days. The rep was very condescending and start typing in to me in all caps. I am a repeat buyer of Pandora, have been for years. I will never purchase from this company again. There are plenty of better alternatives with customer support that actually cares.
I have a bracelet as well as my sister but on this trip I went for my best girlfriend for a charm to put on her newly received bracelet. Its for her birthday.
Rude stuff. Pandora girl walked outside of the store and placed the sign “store closed” in front of my face as I was standing in the line to get in, not to mention there was nobody behind me. When I said something she cursed me out in response. I was in shock. That’s a shame, this store does not worth my money. I’ll go to Tiffany to shop, the stuff over there is so much nicer.

The owners here do not care about their employees. They fire people and then refuse to pay their last paycheck. Great way to treat people during a pandemic.

Pretty inexpensive stuff that looks nice. My wife likes the rings. They have a nice selection with hearts, stars, butterflies, etc. For as little as $30. Service is always good.

If I could give this location 0 stores I would! If you are looking to be provided customer service or just common human courtesy, take your business and money elsewhere! Came here on Black Friday at 9:17pm, mind you they close at 10, and was told its the end of the line they are no longer accepting customers. I said how can that be and how is that fair to me when its not even 10pm?! The associate said its only our night staff and their occupied. Asked for the manager who went on to say, yes if we dont end the line now, well never get out on time....WHY IS THAT MY PROBLEM?! I already knew what I wanted and it would have been a simple transaction, but they lost my business. When I explained this, the manager Amy stated, ok. Clearly she doesnt care about her customers or her business. She is rude, arrogant, and has her nose stuck up in the air! Corporate has already heard from me, but wanted everyone else to know dont waste your time or money!!

Customer service awful...bought a bracelet as a gift and I drove 1.5 hours out of the way only to be turned away for them closing due to inventory...not listed on website or on store phone...never again ..supporting my local mom and pop stores
Their was an associate here that didnt wear the mask correctly the whole time I was in there and also showed favoritism to her people which is a horrible way to go in a retail store.

Women love to collect these charms. This makes gift shopping easy for several years. Just keep buying different charms for each occasion that you need a gift for.

Really nice people and a great store, however the technology they use in there really slows down the process. Some of the employees are technologically illiterate and are using ipads for every part of the process. This includes queueing people just to be helped, all the way through checkout even with cash. Makes your visit take twice as long. Still nice jewelry though.

I went into this store and instantly felt unwelcomed. I walked around a few minutes with no greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. I was interested in purchasing a ring so I went up to a employee to ask about it. She along with another woman and man completely ignored me and continued their conversation. Eventually a woman from another section of the store noticed I was alone and helped me but she didn’t seem to care much either. I will no longer be making any purchases at this store.

Horrible, mothers day experience was unacceptable. Nobody in the building but they made me put my name on a list as they paged people who had left due to imaginary wait. They were texting people and waiting for them to come back instead of taking care of people who were present... waited over an hour and only 2 people who were texted showed up. System needs work.

Sends unsolicited emails over and over to my email address. Ive never went to their store, nor have I purchased anything from them. This is ILLEGAL in violation of U.S.C. Title 47 and also unethical. I would not encourage anyone t purchase there, GOD knows they would bombard you with marketing as they are doing it even to people that never purchase there! Several emails a day even today-ENOUGH!
Terrible customer service
Waited for five minutes without a single associate saying hello, mind you there were FIVE people working. I understand its a busy Sunday before Valentines Day, but thats customer service 101 thank you for waiting, someone will be with you soon. They also have a 30 day return AND exchange policy. So if I want to exchange a ring I got for Christmas, I should be forced to go to the mall before January 18th when it is STILL crazy with holiday shoppers? Yeah.... you see why I was waiting girl? What terrible business practice.The associate was rude and annoyed at the fact that I didnt know about the 30 days... because again, what company gives you 30 days?! Standard in most every other retail store is at least 90 days if not more.
