Traveling from Cedar City UT to Phoenix. Our truck started having some serious issues. We called Anderson Ford in Kingman to see if they could help us. Lacey, their service advisor, told us to bring the truck in to see what was going on. They took the truck in quickly. Found the problem and resolved the issue right away. We got back on the road, happy as can be.They were quick, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We even were given drinks and snacks while we waited. When I first started getting my truck serviced I was impressed. Professional work and price was a bit higher but worth the extra they did. But now the price went up 40 dollars for the same work. Im sad to say, I can get the same amount of work and pay extra for more, and still pay less elsewhere. I think Im gonna have to go that way. Saving money in these times is very important. Their service is great but thats too much.

While I was driving I blew a gas line I was right by the Ford dealership so I pulled in there because I could smell gas everywhere they were all booked up I was a walk-in once they realize it was a gas leak they fixed it immediately and the prices vary good considering its a dealership. They took real good care of me for the time that I spent there Great professional people very friendly they went out of their way to take care of things thank you Anderson Ford and thank you Dustin Deleo! I had a 9:30appointment to get the ignition switch replaced on my pickup. According to their estimate a one hour job, parts were ordered and on hand At 12:15 they had not even started yet. I finally drove out at 2:30. Five hours to do a one hour job when I had a scheduled appointment is utterly ridiculous. Oh, they knocked a whole twenty dollars off the $120 labor charge. I wont be going back except to buy parts.

Pretty quick process. And I got the truck I had been searching for. I’ve been buying vehicles for over 38 years and sad to say dealt with some really lousy dishonest dealerships. But with Anderson Ford I would say they were really great. Up front on cost and the finance manager got me the best interest rate through my personal bank, which I didn’t even ask him to do. That’s way better than most car dealerships I have dealt with over the years. Also well worth the round trip drive from Flagstaff. I had an 8AM appointment, I was there about 20 minutes early and they took me in as soon as I arrived.. I had a recall issue, oil and filter change, they rotated the tires, filled all fluid requirements...much more.. My F-250 was ready sooner than expected. Only had one issue....the Service Advisor gave me the key to my truck and pointed to a F-250 the same color...only it was not my F-250.. The Service Advisor must have seen me going through the area looking lost, she came out to assist me, found my truck, it was in the process of getting washed. I left with the feeling of satisfaction and a clean truck .. Great job Anderson Ford.

My oil change took about an hour and the service personnel were very kind. Good job! Plus my car always runs better when it is clean and looks good.

I Came in for routine maintenance on a Saturday morning. I had an appointment. Service manager got me in very quickly . Oil change, rotate the tires, measure tread thickness. I was surprised that they even washed my truck!A couple weeks ago I was stranded in Kingman with a flat tire and there was a piece missing from my tire jack so I couldn’t use it. I called the dealership and they sent a crew out to help me change the tire, then they took the flat tire in and fixed it for free and even gave me a new tire jack!I’m very happy with the service from Anderson Ford. Huge shout-out to Lacy and the service team at Anderson Ford. We were traveling towing our trailer when a hose on our Ford F-350 diesel engine failed. We limped into Kingman around noon. Lacy diagnosed the problem and found the part at a dealer about an hour away. We rented a car and picked up the part. Lacy and the service team installed the new hose the same day and we were back on the road the next morning. This is the kind of empathy and customer service that you hope for but, rarely find. I had an emergency situation en route from Lone Pine, CA to Sedona, AZ. Had to have my truck towed to Kingman in the evening. Anderson Ford Kingman was suggested, so I arrived there next morning as soon as their doors opened. Young lady (service manager?) was very helpful & understanding, got my truck in right away. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had me on my way within a few hours. Provided snacks, magazines, TV while waiting. So helpful. Very satisfied. Especially since other shop I asked had 3 day wait to look at it, and I needed to get home right away. Maybe a little overpriced, but worth it to me for expedited service.

They were unable to fix my Chevy volt I had purchased from the dealership. This is the second time I had been told that I needed to take my car to the Chevy dealer. I am already out 2 grand and now will have numerous repairs and additional costs despite purchasing the limited power train plan from Ford. I do not recommend this dealership

The routine maintenance was completed on my car.The safety issue that I was concerned about however was not fixed. The car without anything in front of it threw on the safety collision brakes. The car also alerts me there is something blocking the front camera sensor even when there is nothing in the way. This has been going on since I bought the car in November of 2020. I was told sorry nothing Anderson Ford could do. Hopefully the brakes dont come on and I get in an accident because this issue was not addressed.

We had an appointment for 8 oclock for them to fix a head rest when we arrived told them we had to leave by 11 thats 3 hours and when we checked on it at 10:30 they said they were doing an update for a recall then we said ok thinking they had already started that when we asked about it at 11 we asked is the update almost done and they said they had not started it so we left made another appointment for that to be updated for a month later due to had to go to work and going on a trip in a couple days . It took them 3 hours to look at a headrest and then tell us they will order the part when they could have been working on the update they didnt tell us it needed where is fords priorities. Ford did there due diligence and contacted us they said they would improve there communication skills with there customers. I much appreciate the concern and effort they gave to reaching out and trying to resolve the problem at hand.

Took my vehicle in for a recall, was told the parts were in and they would need it for several hours. After almost 5 hours, I called to see where they were with the repairs. I was told that it would be ready at 5 PM or later and they would call me when done. I received a call soon after explaining that there was a glitch and they needed to keep it overnight so they could fix it first thing in the morning.I received a call early the next morning and was told that they thought the parts were in, but discovered that only one side was in. I realize that it wasnt their fault that the parts were not all in but did it take all day to discover that? I left the car at 10 AM, seems as if they started working on the repair soon after they would have discovered the missing parts and I could have picked up my vehicle sooner. Why didnt they know after 5 hours?

Cannot get any luckier than loosing your water pump 3 blocks from Anderson Ford, after driving the 100 miles of hell between it and Vegas. The shop was clean and efficient with EXCELLENT staff. Moving to Kingman and the day I pick up keys to my house. My 2011 ford f150 would not start. The engine would not start. Had it towed to ford and checked it in. Was told many cars ahead of mine take a few days. That was Wed. So i phoned, messaged emails no answer. The following Monday I went in and found it was my guess not put into computer rotation for repairs. I had to return to California. So I took it to another mechanic. He replaced the fuel pump and I was on my way. Since I have owned my truck I always took it to ford for everything. Now I will reconsider where in the future.

I had a battery problem and they got my car checked out same day without an appointment. George kept me informed as I waited and provided me with good information to avoid this problem in the future. They treat their customers very well with snacks and water during the wait. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received by a professional business. I turned my car in to have the bearings fixed nd a couple of recalls done nd a tune up nd a light bulb that needed fixed. They didnt replace my bulb even though I was charged for it. I got my car back in worse shape nd now my transmission light is on nd car wont shift even though it never had this problem tell Ford worked on my car. The sales rep Ron excuse was, well it just happened when u picked up the car, Im sorry, wow!! Do not take your car to Ford for any repairs.

Ron in the service department at Anderson Ford was awesome. While traveling pulling our trailer the trailer brake control failed about 75 miles from Kingman. We called Anderson Ford and talked to Ron about getting out F150 fixed. He recommend City Towing which were great. When we got to Anderson Ford Ron said they would evaluate the truck in the morning and call us. We got a call from Ron at about 9:30 the next day with the diagnoses but they didnt have all the parts in stock so it would be the next day before we were able to get our truck back. Ron then called us later in the day telling that they were able to get the part from another dealership (50 miles away) and that our truck was done. This was the best dealership experience I have had ever had with a Ford dealership. I wish Anderson Ford was my local dealer.

I went in this morning for a routine oil change and was told their would be a 90 minute wait. Received a text message that the car was done under an hour. It was a great experience for a first time customer. I will highly recommend to others.

Purchased a premium warrantee from Anderson Ford and the service department makes it impossible to use. Last week when I was there I felt with Lacey and she was extremely rude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her by even being there. Dont get duped into purchasing their warrantees!

Horrible customer service! It took multiple calls to schedule a since system update. Once scheduled I showed up and something that they said would take an hour took 5 hours. Then it didnt work right and no one could help me figure it out took another 7 calls before I finally talked to a manager. And set another appointment to get it fixed again.I thought this cant really be how they do things and figured I would give them one more chance and do an oil change. Something they said should take 1-1.5 hours and I have been sitting her for almost 3 hours waiting and they just got to my car after I asked why it was taking so long. Seriously the worst service ever. They did not once say its going to take longer. I will never come back her ever again. What a joke.

Work was completed quickly as we were traveling through the area. Leaving though our check engine light came back on. I was told that the EGR valve replaced was not completed fully by the mechanic. Very disappointed.

Much like your doctor, the most important thing you can have in a dealership who only works on your brand of car is trust. This is my first experience with Anderson Ford of Kingman, AZ. Today the service department tried to charge me for 9 quarts (2.5 extra quarts) of oil for a routine oil change not knowing that I was well versed in the capacities of my vehicle. They say it was a mistake and a miscommunication between the tech and the service writer. I say it’s dishonest fraud. The service writer did take one quart of oil off the bill, but still over charged me. I complained the the service manager to give him the chance to make it right but he did nothing but offer an apology. I could not in my right mind recommend this Ford dealer. As a Ford share holder I am very disappointed to say the least. Stay far away!

SHE ordered the part and said she would call. So, first attempt fell through the cracks. Now, well see. Lady was very courteous and followed up with me. Kudos to her.

I used to really love this place well when I bought my new Ford I promise me at least for oil changes with the points that I would get and Ive only gotten two oil changes and Im out of points other than that service was great when I was there but I paid cash for my truck and I really want my oil changes

Went in for transmission problems, they could not find the problem which was disappointing but how many times do our vehicles make liars out of us, they can only do what the computer says is wrong. The plus is I wasnt charged for the diagnosis or anything as it should be so props for that. Keep your customers happy, dont gouge them and they will be back

Absolutely horrible experience. I have 2 car loans through MCCU, and absolutely love working there. My mother in law is pretty high up in the Bank and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I went in to trade my car in for a nice truck. It was time sensitive because the truck had other offers. I expressed to them, I only want to submit my application to MCCU, I don’t want to change my lender. They called MCCU to see how much my trade in on my car was, and then submitted my application to who I thought was MCCU but was really 4 other banks, and NOT MCCU I sat there for 6 hours, trying to find a truck they would approve and I got denied on 3 separate trucks. I left super frustrated and confused, because there’s absolutely no way I would have gotten denied at MCCU and I had just talked to them 2 weeks before about my budget so I could start looking at trucks and I matched everything based on their price and payment. Come to find out THEY NEVER SENT MY APPLICATION!!! So they ran my credit, had me fill out my husbands info even tho he wasn’t present, and then send out our info to banks I didn’t know or authorize them to. I called and got the run around about oh we will be better next time.. that doesn’t give me back the day off work, the lowering of my credit score, or the stress of this whole situation. I will never come back nor send anyone there. I will be fighting this with the credit burrow and spending 30+k somewhere who actually cares about there customers.

Anderson Ford Kingman, Zachary, and Mr . Burke all went above and beyond to be accommodating. Zachary drove 2 hours to pick me up and was extremely nice and a pleasure to drive with, and Mr . Burke made every special arrangement possible to make the sale in my price range and get me the truck I needed. Thank you guys again!

I called the dealership to schedule the first oil change and service on my 2020 Transit T250. I was greeted and helped by George Garcia. George is very professional and knowledgeable. George made my appointment for a day/time that fit my schedule and set up for a courtesy shuttle for a ride home. George walked me through the service to be completed as well as addressed the recall notice. When I arrived today for my appointment, George greeted me at the door and guided me inside for snacks and beverages. When my vehicle was done, George called me and had all my paperwork ready when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Again, George is a true professional in customer service and makes vehicle maintenance a hassle free process. I highly recommend asking for George Garcia the next time you need to schedule service on your vehicle.
