Your service writers, Brad and Cali Joe are really nice guys to deal with. The work done on my Suburban was quick and so far no issues. Thanks guys for the good work. Would recommend putting in a car wash so customers could feel extra good about getting a car wash for free, would make the customer feel great.
Im not one to leave negative reviews but the service department is seriously showing a lack urgency with getting vehicles done. I brought mine in for warranty work on labor day weekend. Last week got a call that my vehicle was next for diagnostic, not sure why it takes 1.5 weeks to diagnostic. Im paying outta my pocket $3 a day for a rental which I shouldnt have too. Im not seeing any sense of urgency to complete vehicles and get them back to the customers. Dont get me wrong, the service manager and everyone there is really nice but Im not seeing why its taking almost two month just for the diagnostic. 1 transmission guy, 1 bay, than that should be faster. Like what are your service techs doing all day?
I would like to say that I bought my car ( Honda CRV) at Kingman Chevrolet and I make the 3 hour drive for services and any repairs when needed .. Brad in the service department is amazing always gets it done on time never had a problem.. From my buyers experience to my service experience I would surely recommend using Kingman Chevrolet for any of your automobile needs regardless of whether your car is a Chevy I do drive a Honda.. I had a blinking motor symbol between Las Vegas and Kingman was my nearest Chevrolet dealership, I had to spend the night but Brad Hanson and the service department got me back on the road 24 hours later, I am forever grateful to this amazing great staff at Kingman.

Ordered some accessories for a Silverado from Bryan in parts he was a complete pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and prompt. And the nice lady cashier is the sweetest ever even gave me a whole bunch of candy definitely will be back!!!
The low score is largely based upon GMC Product, GMC Revenue Stream Tactics not Kingman Buick Service. Our airconditioner after three years needs a condenser replacement ($1,000 plus a week wait period). Additionally, there is no reassurance that the leakage will not occur with the replaced condenser. After internet research we have discovered this a big problem for GMC customers including law suits and accusations that by not performing recalls it is confirmed revenue stream for GMC. This comprises your services team. Not good quality strategies for the brand. This survey is titled reputation. If you truly want to hear from me...please forward to the powers that be and request a response on my behalf. GMC needs to get this right. Lets see where this goes, shall we guys?
Dropped off our Sonic on a Tuesday morning due to the check engine light being on. We were told that it would probably take a couple of days for them to be able to look @ it cause they were short of help. But by that afternoon we got a call from Brad telling us that the turbo needs replacing and they have the parts so it would probably be a couple of days before it will get done. My husband asked if they can possible get it done before the weekend and they said probably by Thursday @ the earliest. The very next day, Wednesdayby around 12:30, we got another call from Brad saying that the car is done and ready to be picked up! We’re giving this service department an A+!! Thank you so much for your excellent service.

The service on my car was completed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. This is my second or third time getting my car serviced there.
They kept my car for 3weeks waiting for parts and then another weeks because I got bumped so that an employee can go on vacation. And they never even called me with updates. Had to find out on my own. Sad

Requested quote to repair vehicle and was given a reasonable quote. Agreed to have the vehicle repaired. One hour later they called and more than tripled the price for the repair.

Very disappointed. Called regarding diesel truck. Was on my way out the door when the dealership called and advised the price was $3000 more than what was internet posted. Glad that I didnt drive there as it is a 1 hour trip. I will not be going there for my purchase

Everyone there was very helpful even after we bought the car. They helped me set up my phone in the car today. They are ordering another Fob and mats for the front! They were great!

Went in to use my rewards for an oil change, got told I needed tires because whoever inflated my tires overinflated them which made my tires “really” bad but they were the ones who checked the tires last. So paid $700 to order two tires then waited a week and a half to install them. The service rep told me “I would get a discount @ $50 for the wait”, went in at 8 am and left 4 hours later for $70. Remind me never to go there again!

Never try to upsell me on anything which is great quality to have in any employees. Very please will return when next oil change is required.
I didnt actually buy a car or get one serviced. I used their rental car agency. I noticed theyre on a busy street, conveniently located to a lot of places: restaurants, hospital and highways. Clean showroom. Clean lot.

Somewhat long post but most is necessary for understanding. Back in December I traded in a truck that was giving me trouble on a Chevy Silverado 3500 dually. I wanted to know I wasnt going to break down in the middle of the desert on my way here from Bay Area CA, pulling my 5th wheel. Well... The Chevy broke down... TWICE!! I had stops at two different dealers. I was only supposed to be in Kingman for a job interview for a few days then go back to CA and wait to hear if I got the job. It took Kingman Chevrolet a week to get my brand new truck fixed and it cut into Christmas so I spent Christmas in a town where I knew no one. Richard Seiverson, the Service Manager, assured me that I could be reimbursed for trip interruption travel expenses through the warranty. He gave me phone numbers to call but did absolutely nothing to help me get it through. Any of the people I talked to had no idea what I was talking about and Mr. Seiverson was no help with any of it. When I asked to escalate it to his manager ore regional rep he said I couldnt talk to that person and anytime he called, the number went to VM. I wasted probably 3 or 4 months of waiting for my claim to be processed, then trying to track it down, then no one having any record of it, and trying to get help from Mr. Seiverson. I got to the point where I just wanted to physically beat his head in because he was being so ignorant about the whole thing, but I could tell he knew, he just didnt WANT to help for some reason. I called my selling dealer a number of times during the process and they told me the reimbursement has to come from the dealer who did the repairs. Finally my selling dealer got tired of it and got involved. They called Mr. Seiverson to help him understand the process, then informed me that Mr. Seiverson was unreasonable and illogical and didnt know what he was doing (they used stronger language than that but Im trying to keep it reasonable on this post), so they finally took my info and submitted the claim for me. It took some time to get through the process, but... I did get the job and moved here to Kingman, and the check got lost in the forwarding. But.... They re-cut the check and overnighted it to me Friday. I received it today so can finally make this post. I didnt want to post something negative about someone unless I knew my expectations were realistic... And this check proves to me they were. What a complete waste of time and frustration. If Mr. Seiverson didnt want this to go on his dealership, he could have at least been up front with me and told me to go to my selling dealership and that he wasnt going to help me. It would have saved me a ton of time and frustration. Worst customer service experience of my life. It was the first Chevy Ive ever owned and it will be my last, since now my only option is to buy through and have service through Kingman Chevy. Ive already sold it and have a Ram now. I dont even know if he still works at Kingman Chevrolet but if he does, he shouldnt. This is no way to treat customers, especially someone who, at the time was potentially going to move here and have their truck serviced there regularly.

Steve, the service director, took it upon himself to assist with the coordination of the repairs and with the warranty company and everything came out aces. Well I called GM today to find out if they really void the warranty on your truck if it’s lifted specifically for your transmission if they would void the warranty on your transmission. Found out that there is nothing in their policy that avoids the transmission warranty if your truck is lifted so yeah I will never go here again

Dont let them talk you into putting in a credit application because they will say they will call you back in a little while because if they find out your credit is bad you wont get a call back until you call them. At least that was what happened to me. I am only guessing that was what happened to me. I told the salesperson I had bad credit right from the start. Anyway the salesperson talked me into putting in a credit application. The salesperson called me everyday one or two times a day before I put in my credit application. Once I put in my credit application the salesperson person said that they would call me back in a little bit so I stayed by my phone the rest of the day and never got a call back the only thing I can think of is once they seen my credit report they didnt want to waste time with me. Anyway I waited till the next day and called and texted the salesperson back and asked them what happened but no one answered me.i will make sure I tell everyone not to believe them when they said they will call you back .because if you have bad credit they will blow you off. I had my oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership. I made the appointment online a few weeks ago. I got emails confirming my appointment and even an email reminding me of my appointment the day before the appointment. This was really appreciated. Yet upon returning home from out of town the day before my appointment, there was a voicemail on my home answer machine from a few days ago, changing my appointment. The home number was not the contact number I had left and there was no attempt to email me or call my contact number. Needless to say, I was furious. My time is important and my schedule is very full, with no room for changes. So I called the dealership and they gave my back my original appointment. The oil change and tire rotation did only take an hour, and for this I was thankful. While waiting at the dealership, there was a TV to watch, no free snacks, not even water. When paying for the service I asked for the copy of the service checks, like the tire depth, windshield wiper and fluid level checks, etc, and was told Oh, I didnt do one. How in the world do I know these checks were even done? How do I know any of the services were even done? I dont. I pay them and then trust them they are being honest. AND they dont even wash the vehicle before bringing it back to you. I add this comment because the dealership across the street does do this.
Awesome experience when we purchased our lemon truck. The salesman Joe s. Was great and friendly and down to earth. Id recommend him to anyone. However once we had major issues with our truck they washed their hands of it. They of course tried to get us into another vehicle instead of speaking with GM and working to help us resolve the issue. Running oir credit 5 times each. We have since taken the truck to another dealership and they have gone far above and beyond to help us with the truck we currently have. Kingman stated in another review that selling vehicles keeps the doors open and that is clearly all they are concerned with. We had always said when we were in the market for another vehicle we would purchase from them. That is will ever happen and all the family and friends we encouraged to visit the dealership have been notified of our issues. GM is a also aware of issues with the dealership and have a team in place to look into it. I would save your time and drive elsewhere if your in the need of a vehicle because its not a GM standard of poor customer service just this particular dealership.
Loved my sales rep he had great knowledge and was very good with us but since then we have had a brand new 2020 Siverado Ecodiesel in the shop at least once a month since January and the latest has been for several weeks. They say GM is not getting the new computer to them. I do have loaner but not a truck and not the new truck I bought, very frustrating. Not sure what is going on. They say GM gave the employees the choice to work or not and they are all staying home so nothing is being mailed out. To frustrated for words

DO NOT GO HERE! Our key snapped in half and we needed a new key. Should be easy, right? NOPE! We went in and they asked if we had a spare key. Wouldnt be here if we did. They said they would have to tow the car in to reprogram and cut the key or we could get a spare key, drive it over, and they could cut the key and reprogram it. WE DONT HAVE A KEY!!! Waste of time. Just go to Jorge Sales on N. Stockman. He made a key from the broken parts and told us how to program it ourselves. Worked like a charm.
Part #1. Watch for my conclusion.this week. By Friday. Ok here it goes..I live about 60 miles away. But frequently go to Kingman for Doctors, shopping, ect.this particular trip went Great & Memorable thanks to The Staff. And there Service department. I brought a friend with who needed some repairs on her auto, Well She came out with a New Car instead, With No Buyers remorse here !. With no more trips to backyard mechanics either.Now over a year later that Auto is Everything they claimed it would be. ( not to mention) Car of the year award. Now without question if the slightest things shows up we pull up they check it ( fix it) if neck. And send us on our way. Just as they promised.Theres no better feeling then Security in such a major purchase having been made with such Honesty !!!. Now lets see. I recently purchased a vehicle from out of the area and I got a ( CD) stuck in the player.it is a GM so the only ones I trust for now is Them .So tomorrow. Tuesday. I am taking my Hummer H3 to them and hope they can help.

This dealer called me out of the blue and left a voicemail starting they had good news. I already had a good idea what the news was but called them anyway. I spoke with a Becky who told me I qualified for a vehicle buyback. Then she explained a very VERY basic idea of what it is, which pretty much was getting me in the door to get my vehicle appraised, they didnt explain much beyond that. I asked her to give me more details and explain the process to me, she kept circling back to getting me in the door to get my vehicle appraised. When I called another time the receptionist claimed she had no idea what was going on and just answered the phones. Turns out the inventory manager I spoke with initially, Becky Solis, works for a company called Owner Connect LLC. Becky also states she was there all the time. I called back the next day and she was getting on a plane, even though she said she would follow up with me the next day. I have sent her an email to get more information, she has not responded to date. Seems they want to pray on those who dont know better. Be careful. A vehicle buyback is a sales tactic used to get you in the door and spending more money.

Had the extreme misfortune of having a severe flat tire on my 2019 Grand Sport on the interstate just outside Kingman heading back home from California to Michigan.Grabbed a hotel there that night and called the service manager Richard at the dealership first thing the next morning. He helped arrange towing of my car and a ride for me to the dealership. And a ride back to my hotel and picked me up at the hotel the next day when my car was fixed.They had to order that special tire and had to wait another day for it to arrive, but when it did, they jumped right on it and I was back on the road. GREAT customer service and I HIGHLY recommend Kingman Chevrolet.
Only go here if you want to be screwed over. Started off great, everyone was overly friendly. We had to wait for over 3 hours just to get a offer on financing and then 3 weeks later they call and try to make us put more down and change our interest rate over 12% more than our originally agreement. Not only did they not call us sooner, we called 4 times and every time we didn’t get a response. They had called us in to speak with us about a new deal, got there, and was told both Bob Best (the one who originally sold us the car) and Joe in financing weren’t even working that day. We were told that everything was in order and we just had to sign new papers. We were told to come back Monday to speak to Joe. Got a call Monday saying we didn’t show up on Saturday. Go in Monday and were told the bank backed out of our deal and had to put more money down and at a higher interest rate. Communication and organization are not this place’s strong suit. Will never ever go back to Chevrolet dealership again.

I brought my pickup in at 9 a.m. as scheduled to have a glow plug changed and the tires rotated. I was told that it would be ready by 3 or 4 oclock this afternoon. 4 oclock came and went without hearing from anyone. I had my wife drive me to the dealership and the service manager said hed check to see where they were at. Several minutes went by and when he finally returned he informed me that they had not even begun to work on my truck and that I should come back tomorrow. I had him bring my truck out of the shop and informed him that I will never set foot on their property again. They could have at least had the courtesy to call me at home to let me know there was a delay. This is not the first bad experience Ive had with this service department. The first was when I brought the truck in for the same repair 3 months ago and their service manager wrote up the ticket charging me for all 8 glow plugs and labor instead of the just one that needed to be changed.
The Service Center crew is great. They helped my Dad get the Engine hood realigned on his Classic Caddie. Its just beautiful now. Great job!
Salesman was awesome. After that, they shouldnt ruin your exciting buying experience because you dont want Gap insurance or an Extended Warranty because they are mad. Very uncomfortable after you turn that down. Just wanted to sign the damn papers and get out of there.

Brought my Subaru to the body shop here as it was one of the only places recommended to me in town... Pete and his crew did a great job on the damage. Someone side-swiped my car while it was parked on the street and dented my door a good amount and scratched my rim. When I picked the car up, they had given it a nice wash and you couldnt even tell there was any damage. Would highly recommend for Kingman area.
