I was looking on line for my next new slightly new vehicle.I had filled out a form to inquire about a truck I had seen, but given this was on a weekend.On Monday morning I not only had a call I had two calls and a text message.In this economy where everything is tight. I never felt there was pressure to purchase from any of them. Thanks to Anthony and my salesman Richard for the great service. thanks to the whole staff at Kingman Honda.

First of all their promo about buying a car even if you dont buy from them is misleading at best. Was in there less than 2 weeks ago and asked for them to make an offer on my car. They said they would offer $7,000 trade-in value but they wouldnt be interested in purchasing it unless I made the decision to buy a car from them today.Secondly, I made an appointment or at least so I thought and was told that they dont actually make appointments after I arrived. All of the background information I provided over the phone was not recorded and if it was it was done so unprofessionally.Finally, the one car that they demonstrated on the lot that could meet my needs potentially, was So dirty isnt charging ports plugins vents all the nooks and crannies that it was offensive that they would put it out for sale.

What a joke this place is. I bought a car a few years ago the deal went okay. I worked with Spencer the finance manager. He was kinda rude and stuck up but he got my deal done. He told me I had GAP and a 100k mile extended warranty, I also have paperwork that shows that I paid for it. Well I called to cancel my warranty since I got a new car. Guess what I didn’t have…GAP or an extended warranty.Super shady and untrustworthy.

These were amazing! Made what I thought was impossible the POSSIBLE! They made us feel right at home as if we were family. Definitely recommend Kingman Honda

The most uncomplicated vehicle purchase I’ve ever made in 30 years. The upfront candid professionalism of the sales team and in the F&I department were superlative. The actual general manager actually greeted me when I came in he saw that I came in early and asked if he could help me. Very small hometown feel to the dealership. Not your typical high-pressure bamboozle sales tactics that you are used to. Would HIDHLY recommend anybody to give them a call. I came down from Las Vegas to purchase the car. What a very different and positive experience.

Today 8/23/2021, we purchase a used 2018 Chevy SUV from Kingman Honda and working with Saleman Joe Canez. Joe did not try and do any pressure sales. After test driving vehicle, agree on my trade in price and price for the SUV everything went quickly. My time from test drive to driving home with my new used vehicle and everything being sign was two half hours maybe a little more. I think buying a used vehicle is less paperwork. We were in the finance office less then a hour. So I give Five Stars to Kingman Honda and Joe Canez and Finance Mgt. for such a great experience.

I recently purchased an almost new truck (Nissan Frontier). From start to finish, the experience was pretty decent. No salesman ambushed me as soon as I got there, and I browsed a bit before going to get somebody. My salesman, Richard, was helpful and not pushy. The GM, Chris, handled my financing quickly and efficiently. The deal was pretty close to what I went in with, no surprise numbers or anything. The extended warranty was the only unplanned expense, but a voluntary one. Deal here with confidence folks!

I liked the staff. I just thought they would be more generous on my trade in plus $2k down. couldnt understand why I couldnt see the contract numbers until the end of agreement. I needed the car but probably would have shopped at other dealers. but its all done.

Came in for service on our 2014 accord and test drive a CRV while we waited. Dave and Sandra were excellent at explaining features, valuing our trade, and working a deal that fit our needs and budget.

I bought a Honda Civic new from this dealership, and took it in for its first oil change on 8/21/21. Just before returning home I heard something scraping under the car. After inspecting it I saw the Tech did not secure the pan to the bottom correctly and it was hanging and scraping the ground. I drove the car back to the dealership another 60 miles to get back and when lifted saw that the screws were missing and the part was hanging. The Tech said he could fix it and snapped the parts back in and got new screws. After fixing the problem the general manager, Chris Morris, came in and said he sees no damage . He accused me of making the story up and when I tried to show him pictures he walked into the bathroom. After driving 120 miles round trip twice for a simple oil change I was called a liar for something I saw with my own eyes and have pictures on my phone. If you take your car to get serviced here be sure to check their work, if there is a problem they will not own up to it.

Routine maintenance for my parents car. Able to pick my own time and day that was best for me to come in. This would be my second time bringing my parents car in. First time got a routine maintenance and they recommend new tires ended up getting them but had to come back cuz tire pressure needed to be reset. But cant wait to go in for my parents routine maintenance 😊❤️.

Now, Ill admit, I was beyond frustrated due to a misunderstand with a previous rep... But MATTHEW C. in service handled the issue with nothing but professionalism. He took the time to explain my warranty and what was covered/what not. He was very attentive and knowledge and just great at what he does! 10/10 recommend MATTHEW.

Kingman Honda is close to where I live and has a good selection of used cars. I bought a nice used car but at the close of the transaction it was said the car only came with 1 key. Would have been nice to know this as the cost over $200. My only complaint with them.

Overall a swell dealership. Salesperson was Richard who was knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to fill in for the F&I person the keep the deal moving. I kick myself for not driving a better deal. Would I ever return 50/50 :)

Lastly, I want to thank Spencer with helping us with the financing. He was very friendly and patient answering any questions we had. The only negative experience was with the Sales manager Sandra. She bolted out of the office after she found out we weren’t making the decision that day. She actually became pushy and rude. In a snappy tone she asked my husband if he was really actually interested in buying the vehicle. When he said he had to go home and discuss things, she stormed out. Not professional at all.

Kingman Honda saves our skin! Our van’s alternator went bad in the desert, and our tow truck took us to Kingman Honda just after closing on a Saturday. One of the managers, Spencer, who was locking up for the day, stayed behind to get us into their cool building and provided bottled water. He then took us to our hotel down the road. Then the following Monday, Matt in service made sure our alternator was fixed by early afternoon. Austin even came to pick us up from our hotel. All around GREAT experience. Van works fine now!

Went there for an oil change as I always do and asked them if they could hook the reader up to my suv and tell me what my service engine light was on for. They wanted $125 to diagnose it with the reader, left there and went to AutoZone and they read it for free, my gas cap was loose! Very unrealistic and greedy company!
