Shopping for a mattress is daunting. We needed a new one and I prepared for a dreadful day of indecision and trepidation. Shopping local is also important to me. I called Billy and he made an appt for me to meet him the same day. I described what kind of mattress I preferred and he basically said “I’ve got just what you’d like.”I showed up a little early but he was already there and told me to come on in. I tested/sampled the mattress for 30 minutes while we chatted. Billy is super knowledgeable and also candid - I appreciate candor and honesty as treasures in personal qualities. I wasn’t sold on an adjustable base until I experienced one in the showroom. I can’t recommend this business and Billy enough. He’s patient, personable, and an expert on mattresses. Most of all, he LISTENS. I’m a discerning consumer who typically wants to take 24 hours or five years on an important decision. I made this one on the spot.The price was phenomenal! We were on our way to our house in Thorn Hill traveling from Upstate New York. We called Bill a couple of hours before we were due to arrive to the store to see if he was going to be available for us and he was. We got to the store and Bill was excellent to work with. Bill will sell you the best mattress for your budget. Meaning, there may be better quality mattresses than what you actually buy due to your own personal budget, but Bill does not pressure you to buy something out of your budget. He is very honest and strives for customer satisfaction and does an excellent job at it. I totally meant to submit this review a couple of weeks ago but things have been hectic. We will definitely go back to see Bill for another mattress when we need one!!
