Went to the store looking for silverware spoons that they no longer have in the store. The salesperson, a young lady went out of her way to see if she could find 8 spoons for me. She did! They are on the way to my house. Thank you BB&B, always a pleasure shopping in the store.

This store always has a nice selection of products. But I think there Prices are a little high.

On the plus side Ive always found the staff to be very helpful at the Kingston store. It is a smaller store though so many things need to be ordered on line. Ive used the curbside pickup and that worked well.

Let me start off by saying people here are very respectful and I love that. I was asked immediately if I needed help, I said 6 feet but I didnt realize how mean that was but patty said very understandable with a smile. Thank you for understanding my social issues right now. :)

We couldnt get our money back because I purchased a rug from BB&B on After Pay a payment installment application. So I got a store credit instead which was inconvenient. I would have rather has a credit for After Pay

An associate asked me if I needed assistance and he brought me right to the item I needed. Perfect!!

Disappointed in selection of shower curtain liners. Unable to replace exact same one that we previously bought at BB&B last year... Too bad we hadnt thought of purchasing a case of them then.

The store was extremely small and did not have quite as good a collection of things as other bed bath and beyind stores ive been too. Especially for its location.

Decent home goods chain. Always well managed and maintained. Helpful staff. Although spacious, offerings are limited standard fare. Harder to find items can be searched for and ordered online. Can get on mailing list for discount coupons. Easy returns at the local branch if online purchase is damaged or incorrect.

During the holidays, my father (last minute) wanted a heated seat cushion. The year prior, I had bought him two from another store. One never worked and the other worked for a few months. So, we went to Bed Bath & Beyond hoping to find one. The staff were so helpful and kind. One employee (a woman and I don’t remember her name) helped me find where the heated seat cushion should be. It was sold out. She helped me purchase it online, she afforded me with a coupon, and it was shipped to my house earlier than the expected delivery date.

I seem to like this particular store, so I usually get what I need here, although sometimes they do not have what I need in-store. This trip was very expensive, even after using my incentives. I must state, however, I only come to BB&B when I need certain supplies. And I do order from their Android app, never a problem with them there. Staff is very willing to help and answer questions.

I was impressed with the inventory of this clean and well organized location. I havent been inside a Bed Bath & Beyond in over 30 yrs. They have really changed a lot.The product lines they carry are really high quality for a corporate owned chain store. I will be back.

Very clean and well stocked with merchandise. Many items that are unavailable elsewhere. If youre looking for quality higher than Wal-Mart or Target, this is the place. Of course, that being said, its higher priced as well. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Went in to purchase a Arise fit bit scale for my sisters birthday. First we wanted the white even though there was cards on the peg they where out . So OK we will take the black guy grabs it and brings it to the check out. He rings us up with 20% off comes to $112 and change I run it out to car so sis. doesnt see it. Look at receipt rang up as $129.99 - 20% $112.31. I go back over to register maneger says that is the newer model. I say the card was hanging on that wrack it says $99. He said that it is the newer model if I do not want it I can return it and he will order the other one. Mind you again there where three cards on the peg the one I had was there last one. Talk about bait and switch he refused to let me have the newer model for the price on the peg. This is not the first time this has happened. So very disappointed in this store nasty Managers and careless store clurks and the customer pays the price I even called ahead to make sure I wasnt wasting a trip. Last time I shop at Bed Bath & beyhoned. Thanks for ruining a sisters birthday.

Starting to loose its shine

First time in this store but have heard its good. Was checking for a food spiralizer and found one for my Kitchenaid stand mixer. More money than I was looking to spend, but it fits the mixer and other funtions.

Couldnt find what I needed but bought things I hadnt been looking for. The store is bursting with beautiful products but it makes it makes it feel crowded.
