Baffin Bay Seafood Company, Baffin Bay, Texashas everything you want in a restaurant...delicious food, presented nicely and plenty of it, good service and bar.It is waterfront with a three sided deck and inside seating also. Tables are situated so you have social distancing. It is mostly casual but also a special occasion place.

Im an old man (72) with an old iPhone (4S). I bought the phone in 2010 from this very store. While driving back from a visit to see my new Grandson, the phone suddenly wouldnt work saying it needed to be activated. I didnt have a clue how to do this, so I took it to the store where Joey and Jose spent a lot of time (over 45 min) to get my phone working again. They were both very friendly, helpful, and patient. Nicest people in the world, and so incredibly patient with we and my lack of knowledge. I know I have to buy a new phone soon. I will be going to this store to purchase it, FOR SURE!

Amber was amazing and even took it a step further by going the extra mile to make sure my grandfather got the service and help he needed. She addressed all of his needs and concerns. I’d definitely ask for her if you are going by.

While visiting this store I witnessed a sales associate assist an elderly man. He obviously was having trouble with his new phone and the associate took her time to explain in detail how to do the task he wanted to do. Then when he was about to leave she told him “any time you need help with your phone come in we will help you !” When it was my turn to be served they took their time and helped me as well. I know that customer service is important and consistently done every time I return. I’m loving my new phone and the service !

I have been with AT&T well over three years now and even though I didn’t get to see the hot chick from the AT&T commercials. “I did get great customer service from the two gentleman working at this AT&T store.” Wirh that said thank you and give them a high five and a raise.

I had not been to the AT&T kingsville store in a very long time because the service was not friendly. It today I went in to look for some items needed for my iPhone and was greeted as soon as I walked in by every employee in the manger Joey. He is the one who’s helped me with all my needs today and did an excellent job. Thank you for sending him our way this is what Kingsville needed.

Employees are always rude here. Called for some information about changing my plan to upgrade and the employee was rude and uninterested and just told me to call the overall customer service for atat or come in and do it in person. This hasn’t been a first. There is always an issue with staff attitude here. It’s just so much easier calling the overall atat help customer service line.

I wouldnt give this place any stars if I could. Not only did I go there for a first time trying to get a certain service done, the people there couldnt even do that simple task and instead signed me up for something erroneous leaving me with a massive bill! So on top of having to go thru multiple representatives to resolve this, I had to pay that before continuing on and then be told itll be reoccurring so Ill be paying that from here on out. It wasnt what I wanted for services and I canceled all plans with them asap. I wouldnt suggest AT&T in Kingsville to anyone for a phone plan and my recommendation is dont go even if theres a promo or sale, theyll botch everything and act like it wasnt their mistake leaving you to pay! Dont go here!!

Horrible service personnel act as though they do not have time for you and your néeds just buy a phone and leave and heaven for bid you should need help setting it up or transferring any data

All I have to say is I went to two other locations and this by far was the best. The team immediately greeted me when I first walked in. Great customer service, excellent hospitality, and a speedy checkout experience!!! Team members were all knowledgeable on all products and services. All my questions were answered, which is a big deal because I tend to ask a lot of questions when purchasing a new phone. I will be telling my friends to come here. Thank you Kingsville for your wonderful customer service.

We were quickly and very nice Saleman Lalo helped us. He has helped us before many times over the years and is very helpful with problems and buying a new phone or iPad.

Worst place ever manager lied to me saying i would have fiber optic and ended up not being and now stuck in a contract. I do have the fastest internet but with ps4s its not strong enough

I wasnt going to write anything but after what just happened leaving the Walmart parking lot how can I not at&t driver ran stop sign almost causing an accident and just keep on driving.... he was leaving the at&t store too ... the one that needs alot of help they stand there dont even ask if you need help and dont even open the door like at other at&t stores ~the eye see all
