I had my iPhone 11 brought there to fix the screen. They fixed it for 200$ Afterward my Face ID did not work immediately I went back in and they charged me again because the screen that they put in popped out. Which is fine except the amount of money I was trying to save I am now not. Fast forward today I call in because Apple advertised this was a water resistant phone. Some water got on it and now my Face ID doesn’t work again. I called them and they said my phone was not their problem that when they open the screen and work on it it is no longer water resistant. THAT IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ADVERTISED. So here now you guys know. You should just use your money to go to Apple authorized dealers it is not worth the few dollars you save to be ripped off by this company.

I needed an international phone unlocked. The gentleman checked the phone ans let us know it was already unblocked and worked with Tmobile Sim card. I wanted to tip him for his honesty. Many places would have charged me and pretended they actually worked on the phone. I highly recommend.

I went here to replace my very damaged iPhone 7 Plus screen, my phone was completely bent and all. In less than 10 minutes my screen was changed and the gentlemen was kind enough to even straighten it out as best he could & he placed a screen protector😧 for no additional cost. These guys know what they’re doing. Took on my iPhone XR without hesitation when others were too scared to touch it. There’s no YouTube videos or forums to teach you how to do anything on these phones, but these guys took it in and got it done within a very reasonable time and at a very reasonable price, plus the phone looks like it was never taken apart, no scratches or dents from being completely dismantled. It is easy to feel threatened or overwhelmed when getting your phone worked on, but this place is spot on! Alex & Sean worked on both my phones for several hours and truly worked their magic. I never felt like they were trying to get an extra $ off of us, and they were hospitable the entire time. They repaired my screen in about 10 minutes, told me I had 90 days of warranty and asked me for a review. I wanted to wait at least a month to see if the repair lasted enough for me to feel completely satisfied with the service. I’m sad to report that after a couple of days the screen of my phone started to act weird, and had to press things multiple times for it to work, it pressed things that I didn’t want to press etc. I read online this happens when the screen repair guys don’t calibrate things properly and don’t know how to handle sensors. Anyways I could not go to their shop to fix this right away cause I’m very busy but I went there before my 90 days, but the guy who repaired my phone wasn’t there there was another person very rude he told me right away they only give 30 days warranty and I had to pay for the service again. I told him that the guy who performed the repair asked me for a review and I really wanted to write a good one for them, but they had to make things right and respect the warranty. This guy told me straight that he don’t care about the review I could give them ( obviously is not his business). I wouldn’t trust this shop with anything again, they are not willing to keep their warranty promise and they are nice when they are trying to get your business but once they get your money they won’t care about you again. I ended up going to apple to get my phone fixed. Please save yourself 60 dollars and go to the real professionals. UPDATE. The supposed owner searched for me and found me on Facebook and message me offering a refund if I deleted this review. He told me he kinda remembers me and then he tried to blame on his employees but I remembered it was actually him who treated me poorly. So I told him that I would take my refund and that I sorry that I had to post a public negative review for him to come through. But I also told him won’t be deleting my review based on principle, and that most I could do is to update it with the recent events and maybe increase the star rating from 1 to 3. But he insisted me I had to delete it for me to get the refund and this obviously got under my nerves cause he made me feel like he was bribing me with my own money to get rid of the review. Told him I couldn’t care less about the refund anymore he could keep my money, next time he should treat good all the customers and respect their warranty and blocked him on Facebook. One thing is sure I won’t be setting a foot in that shop ever again.

Very impressed. Not only is it cheap but quick too. $65 to get my screen replaced and they did it right then and there, it only took 10 minutes. Ive been to other places that charge $100+ and it takes them 1-2 hours to fix the screen and sometimes they would mess up the screen but this place is quick, cheap, and reliable. Highly recommend.
