WE DONT HAVE IN THE STORE YOU PAY 10$ for delivery and in 2 days Is in you home so why they show to the comstumers the box if in the store dont have please stock the ps4 controller today lost Just one comstumer tomorrow mybe 20 ok thinks

The staff Salvatore and Pedro were awesome! But the carpet smells worse than a bucket full of rotting fish! Moldy and wet and gross. Please change the carpet for the health of the employees and the shoppers. I wonder if I can get someone to inspect and fail this building. Maybe corporate will listen then.

Good selection of games and collectors items. Well organized but small, and customers sometimes crowd walkways when the store gets busy because there isnt enough space to look at things. With this in mind, they could have picked a better time to break out the ladder for restock and adjusting displays when I was there. However they still managed to attend to all customers politely and efficiently which I appreciated.

This use to be my home store until I moved years ago but from time to time I find myself coming here picking up something my home store didnt have. I have never had a bad experience here but today I left out the store with a smile on my face and its all because of Caitlyn....the fact that I found the charger I was getting cheaper because I thought i had to buy it new but they had it used helped a little too. Very friendly and helpful which is why I will never hesitate to come here

Ive always enjoyed my experiences shopping at this GameStop location. The staff have always been more than helpful with my sons and my needs. Be it a question about consoles, games or any other relevant gaming question, theyve gone out of their way to make us happy. Plus, if certain employs, in which Ive had the pleasure of speaking with, didnt know an answer to my question, they have gone out of their way to find it out for me. This location is, by far, my favorite of the entire franchise.

Ive always had a great experience shopping here until today. Cashier Gretchen made my day miserable today. Incompetent, no knowledge about what she was doing, not polite, doesnt give the customer the attention and service deserved. Gave me the wrong product 3 times and had to go back to the store 3 times. Very dissapointed.

GOOD MORNING GAME HEADS! Shout out to Gretchen for being f.... AMAZING!!! I was having a problem finding the limited blue gears bundle in my area (NYC) and was about to give up. I decided to try a GameStop in what I thought was the closest to my friends home.... 35 min out (whoops!) long story short... this amazing saleswoman with patience, product knowledge helped me get exactly what I wanted in less than 12 hours. You rock! Thank you so much. Next time Im down in Fl, Kissimmee lunch is on me. That store is lucky to have you. Keep doing what your your doing, if you can provide excellent customer service, to a customer over the phone a couple hundred miles away than never mind what those other Mofos say, you made my little son a happy boy. Thanx again. Thank you Victor.. though you were not as pleasant nor accommodating to the customer in the store as your colleague Gretchen was to me over the phone. Horrible!! To make a long story short I preordered a PoP paid it in full..waited months for it to arrive after countless calls to the store and rude employees and a run around I finally spoke to a manger who told me he will note my account to compensate for the bad experience..when i arrived to pick it up and asked for the chase he told me they never recieved one..it was hiding behind the register I have pictures to plove..he lied straight to my face..and tried to compensate with 10% discount.

Incredible you pay 17 $ for a video game and you go a week to change it because the blessed game is only used with the internet and it should not be like that you will see how much they give you because I do not have a receipt and they give me 1 $ thieves sell it to me at $ 17 and they want to charge me for the same at $ 1 and then sell it again at $ 17, horrible how they steal peoples money ...
