I was on vacation and he said if I ever needed anything he could help me when I got back home. I will definitely call him if I ever need anything and I would encourage anyone to go there. After checking “reviews” of other area wireless providers I decided to head into the Verizon place in Kissimmee - they had a “5.0” average on several hundred reviews and just HAD to see what the great ratings were about. Well, so far, in my decades of dealing with mobile & smart phones, this is THE place to go. Too many reasons to list, but rest assured they listen and then guide as though they were helping their best friend make the best decision. Well worth the extra drive for sure.

Came in needing some help with activating a phone and had some general questions about 5G and other newer Verizon products. We had an amazing experience at this store, all because of Brayan! He took the time to help us set up the new phone. He even helped us set up my Dad’s apps with Face ID and his work email. He was the only worker in the store and handled 5+ customers at one time without making us feel forgotten about/ not taken care of. He even got a horribly snobby customer call, screaming at him and being rude and he was nothing but polite and friendly, all the while handling multiple customers. I highly recommend if you encounter a problem with your phone and dont want to do it through online services that you stop by their store. They will definitely take care of you the best they canThe guys at this location are awesome and talented. Lets put it this way I have bad luck twice this year and cracked both phones screens and they turned black and one charging port not usuable, and in need of a phone fast.The first time I upgraded device to one I couldnt find in stock anywhere but they had it and they were able figure out a way to have data transferred without my old phone cause charge port was bad and did not have smart switch.Second time the phone was not in stock and I couldnt wait for shipping so they told me that Assurion Insurance had it in stock and could be at my house in 2 hours to set it up..
