Enrique was truly amazing and patient. I came in and was super upset for loosing my company phone. He immediately got me a phone and we set it up as well. The experience here was great compared to other stores. The manager hector and Otto was very patient and understood my frustration wasnt with them, so they didnt take it personally. I wish all stores conducted themselves this way. I have found a new store to go to. I hope that they continue to do their best in every situation. Thank you again for the amazing service.

Great prompt customer service. I got a new phone today. Juan, who has a pleasing personality, listened to what I wanted. He made sure I received all eligible promotions which gave me a great deal. He transferred my phone apps to the new phone and my watch, informing me of what was happening along the way. He gave helpful tips and answered all my questions. I had put off upgrading because of poor customer service at other stores. Go to this store. Ask for Juan.

Im posting for my wife because of the horrible customer service that at&t provides to there long payable customers. My wife went to the this store and Maria or Roxana helped her, there is 2 different receipts with 2 different names. I guess whomever it was didnt like there job or maybe just a very rude person. My wife has been dealing with a iphone watch issue for 2 weeks. Shes called customer service at&t to be exact and has been to 2 stores trying to return 2 watches that the service department told her to do. The lady actually came to our house to set up everything. My wife said she wanted the latest IPhone watch wrong one was sent.. Its been a nightmare from the beginning. T-Mobile she will change to as I have and have no problems with. Thanks though at&t for wasting my wife 3 days off dealing with something that should take 1 hour to do. #at&tsucks...

Carlos and Hector were amazing - they went above and beyond helping my friend set up her new iPhone. Carlos explained and sold to us a screen protector that is guaranteed for life to get replaced for a small fee in the future. Hector helped us to put on the screen protector and assure our phone was working properly before we went home. Extremely helpful staff!!

These guys are the best Mike and Hector are awesome i had trouble with voice commands on my Motorola 1 I am blind by the way they tried to fix the problems with the phone but they could not So they put me in a razr with all the voice commands they took the time to explain everything and made sure everything was in working order I also got a galaxy active 2 watch awesome product if u r considering att just do it u will not regret it

My experience was fantastic. The service was excellent and they were very deligent with their health safety safeguards. Both Sammy and Danielle were very knowledgable and helped us save money by noticing we were over paying. We were so impressed we decided to add in AT & T to our account.

Horrible experience. They will make you pay for things you do not need. They are vague and do not explain specifically what you need so you end up buying things you dont need.

They dont have a lot of extras things for your phone protection. They like to sell you sim cards instead of activating your old one.

My wife and I called ahead on June 27th to see if they had the IPad Pro 11 inch and was told yes. We drove there and it turns out they did not have it and we were told if we got the 12 inch he would credit our $30 activation fee. I got my bill today and the $30 is on the bill. Avoid this location as it seems like they will promise anything to make a sale. The Rep Mike just called me saying that him waiving the fee does not sound like something he would say and is trying to get out of his promise to waive it.

In AT&T I have had the most bad client services ever experienced.

Juan Helped Us Out on Getting My Wifes Phone Unfortunately They Didnt Have The Phone, But Juan Called The Most Closest AT&T Store That Had The Phone, So We Went Over To The Other AT&T Store and Got Helped By Alejandro, Alejandro was great, he told us everything we needed to know about my wifes phone, devices, and accessories we needed. We were there less than 5 mins..it was an awesome experience and this is why Im staying with AT&T for a very long time! Thanks Juan & Alejandro for Everything!!

Great times new phone

I was there for 4 hours trying to add 2 more lines to my plan and what the seller Miguel did was cancel my account, I lost 4 hours and I had to return my equipment due to his error... It was the worst service, inept people.

My husband and I traded in our old iPhones and got the 11. We had an appointment, which we thought was for 11am but it was really 10:30am. Carlos was our rep and he totally understood and welcomed us right in. He was professional, informed and knew the products well. The next time we change phones I hope Carlos is there to help us.

I only like to get service at this store, I always ask for either Carlos or Michelle these two I find most helpful to us. The others are ok, they will get the job done. Carlos or Michelle will go the the extra making sure all questions are answered and your satisfied. We just got upgraded and only wanted Carlos help.

Ive been a customer for 7 years and whenever I go to upgrade etc they always give me a great deal. Just upgraded my phone this week. They went out of their way to give me the best deals possible unlike Best Buy where I initially went and was ignored for 20 minutes. The wonderful staff here spent an extra half hour after closing to make sure all of the stuff was transferred to my new phone. Definitely, five stars on customer service!

They charging for a sim that needs to be replace that my phone wont work with out they charge 5.37 centes thats very bad...without a sim card you can not use a phone....bad bad bad costomer service.

The service at this location is first-rate! I was greeted and assisted promptly when I entered the door by Agustin, an assistant sales manager. He helped me exchange a faulty car phone charger for a new one. Within ten minutes, I had the new charger and was on my way. I intend on doing business again at this location in the near future.

Here on John young they told us it would only be 10 min and we been sitting here for 45 mins with no help there are only 2 people helping customers. And I have seen a total of 5 people there. The guy helping sum lady she just had a baby and the guy is just caring on a conversation that has nothing to do with her phone service. Also they are Spanish so you already know All they like to do is chatter instead of doing there Darn jobs.

Dont know why this store has a low review score, been there around 5 or 6 times in less than 6 months, people are super friendly, this time was Jesus, a new guy that was in training 4 weeks ago. Very nice place to work

The store manager was extremely unhelpful. He is an extremely fast-talker, constantly interrupting customers and is extremely rude. I have been an AT&T customer for 15 years and have never experienced the level of difficulty in dealing with in-store personnel. Avoid this store at all costs. There is another closer to I-4 on 192 that has much better service.

Very unprofessional, each time I come to this store I get turned down my services. Very rude and don’t listen. Please don’t waste your time coming here. Most of these reviews are forced reviews.

Got 4 PREPAID SIMs from here and what should have taken about 15 minutes ended up taking an hour.The sales rep was very slow and didnt seem to know what they were doing, as they tossed the Micro SD Card out of my Galaxy Note 9 whilst trying desperately to jam the SIM tray back in, nearly breaking it.As well, the rep didnt seem bothered at all and not very knowledgeable, even ringing someone up and asking how to set up one of the SIMs. Most of the time we were in the store, they were speaking to their friends and not being helpful whatsoever.The SIM wasnt activated properly, and thanks to AT&Ts dreadful customer service I am still having issues with my SIM, only getting 3G (H/H+) in areas that the other phones with the same plans are getting LTE/4G.I would not recommend this store at all, and would suggest going elsewhere, to get actual service from employees who seem at least a tiny bit bothered and not coming across like they want you out of the door as soon as possible.

Employees need to be energetic

Have been with this location since 1997 when it was Cingular. Its had its ups and downs but has always had the newest stuff . Customer service varies and just when you get to know a service rep theyre gone. All in all though l have always been satisfied when l left.

At times when traffic is high it can be hard to get service immediately but the people here or rather the team here wants to help. They are very patient and try to offer their best, whatever it may be.

Generally speaking this store has the worst customer service anywhere. You can wait a half hour just to have someone look at you. Oh yes, by the you better speak spanish.

The Authorized Dealer on Cypress Blvd in Poincina was Awful. Rude sales person, long wait, only to tell us that we had to go to the corporate store, 45 minutes away. Praise God for Fabian, in Kissimmee. He was Amazing. Old school service. Eager to help. We have found that most of their Authorized Dealers ( same with ADT) operate in the same despicable manner. Make certain you arent dealing with ADT or AT&TS Authorized Dealers.

This location is GREAT, I went to the one in Osceala pky next to Starbucks before, and they are rude, horrible customer service. In this location people are friendly and really fast. it was a pleasure to go there and they help us right away with what we needed as the one in Osceala could not help us.

There was 6 people waiting for about an hour to be helped. I usually go tot the store up on Greenwald and now I know why. There were 2 employees actually helping the customers and there was 2 others just walking around doing nothing while a line of people waited. The lady which appeared to be the manager left and stood outside while everyone waited. It was ridiculous. If the manager would have took some initiative to help someone the we wouldnt have been sitting there for an hour. Then when it came to get my sim card they never activated it so I had a problem with activating it on the phone.. I like at&t and i really dont like having to leave them an 1 star review but this store need some work.
