I had a fantastic experience at I Fixit ASAP. While on vacation, my phone crashed and I could not do anything with it. I brought it here and not only did they have my phone working again quickly but they were able to save all my precious vacation pictures that haven’t been backed up yet. I’m from out of state and my phone got completely drenched on a ride at Universal and I didn’t have all my stuff backed up. I never thought I’d be able to save them but they fixed my phone for a fair price and I was able to back up everything. I still need to update my phone since it was completely submerged so even with the excellent repair I had internal defects but I am so grateful that I was able to back up all my photos and even used the phone the rest of the trip to get back home! During my vacation to Orlando I accidentally cracked my iPhones screen. I the proceeded to search a place to fix it. I chose this establishment due to its great price value. Once I got to the place I experienced great customer service and did not have to wait for more than an hour to get my phone repaired. This is a great phone repair company not only is they fast with service and fixing ANY issue with your devices. If your in a budget they will work with you, this is my new area to live in and they made me feel very welcome. My issue was 2 iPhones was SIM LOCKED by AT&T phone company despite both phone are paid for fully they refused to remove the lock to make me stay with the company. FIXITASAP is exactly what they did I took it to them within a couple of days less than a week 1 phone was done just about 15 days later my other phone was done. Wow! Im blown away at how awesome they were at customer service! I called a shop before them and got so frustrated with the run around I was getting. When I called here, they answered all of my questions, told me what to expect and how soon. Ive never used a cell phone repair service before, and here I was with a burnt out screen from baby drool. These guys gave me the option to have the new screen shipped overnight so that they could fix it the next day! We werent sure if the phone would be salvageable or if fixing the screen was going to work, but I believe in prayer and acting quickly. It was Thursday that I called, and by Friday afternoon my phone was fixed!!!! Im so thankful and happy to them for the work that they do. Its no wonder they have ASAP in their name and that they have 5 stars! Well done!

Definitely worth a shot. I was on vacation by the pool and ended up getting water in the speaker my call or phone speaker wasnt working. Dropped it off got it fixed in 30 mins

They ordered the part I needed, and repaired my phone screen. The price was reasonable the only issue I noticed once home is the my phone screen flickers if I press down on it a little. Wich is a bit annoying Ill take it back tomorrow to see if they can fix it or tell me why it is happening.UPDATE: they where able to fix it no extra charge definitely worth coming back if anything else happens

My samsung note was water logged and wouldnt turn on. Most of the repair shop after having a look said its heavily damaged and even data recovery wont be possible. I got to know about I Fixit ASAP from one of my friend. They put all their expertise, changed couple of dmaged ICs which were burnt, fixed charging issue and were able to turn on the phone. They were not just able to recover all the data but my phone is functional now. Thank you Fixit ASAP.

My daughter dropped her iPhone and along with the crack it was having “ghost touch” issues. Even though they say they can fix water damage phone but they wont even touch my phone or look at it because it dropped in a toilet water.

The service was amazing we originally came to buy an iPad Air and also got an iPhone 8 Plus cracked screen fixed. It literally only took 15 minutes to fix the screen. The iPad works and the technician help us download the apps we needed for our cafe before leaving. Definitely will be going back to purchase another iPad next week.

Highly Recommended! I was on Vacation and I had an issue with my phone. From the moment we walked in he identified the style iphone without turning it over, gave us a price quote for what we needed (a new screen), and upon opening the phone identified that our battery was bulging and showed us how to lookup battery life in the phone.. which showed 70%. Hooked us up with another price quote to replace the battery and explained why we should get a new one... and then offered a screen protector for $10 upon checking out. In and out of the shop in 20 minutes... compared to an hour wait at times at other places.Great service! Def recommend!
