It was a really good experience. Kifah really helped us understand the different kinds of mattresses and the materials that go into them. I was able to find the right type of mattress for me & Im super excited for my purchase. I’m even more excited that I got to learn something new for next time me or a family member needs to purchase a mattress. I will definitely be back when I need some pillows!

We have been sleeping on the worst mattress in the world for a few months now. Went to the Kissimmee store and met Kifah, who was very knowledgeable and patient. He really listened to what we were dealing with and what we needed. He led us to a beautiful Beautyrest black L-class extra firm, which, due to the Labor day sale, was well within our price range. Delivery is scheduled for Saturday, and were very excited! I did not expect to be able to afford such a high end mattress. Kifah was fantastic!

I am not a person to write reviews, but injustices, mediocrity and poor service must be made known. A week ago, I bought a mattress with a salesperson named Kifah. The mattress was on sale. When I received the mattress I noticed something weird in the shape but my husband told me that the salesman told him that with the new technology all mattresses come rolled and had to be given several hours for the mattress to accentuate well. The next day I see that the mattress has a hole in the middle, it was defective. We called the seller and he told us that he couldnt do anything because it was a final sale and at the end of the conversation he said: Thats what you get when you buy mattress on sale! Are you kidding me? I cannot believe his comment. Well, we called the corporate offices and we did not achieve anything either. How can no one be responsible for a mattress that came from the factory defective? Does it mean we lost $ 1,000? With so much sacrifice that it costs to earn money today.Please, do not buy anything from Mattress One and much less from Kifah who was an irresponsible seller in not telling us that the mattress on sale cannot be returned or have a guarantee. He is a bad, arrogant and irresponsible person, knowing that we called him the same day, he did not want to do anything.Worst customer service ever!!

I went on Friday for information and waited almost an hour and did not receive any help, so I returned on Monday and met Brenda, My Mattress Guardian Angel. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. She was very patient as she showed me all the possible choices for my request. She provided the best costumer service I have experienced. We bought two queen mattresses from the Kissimmee store.No problem there, Appeared to be nice mattresses and the salesman was very helpful.We explained that delivery had to be after 9am as we are a company and staff start at 8am. No problem.So on delivery day I get a call from the driver at 6.45am, he will be at the house at 7.15am. I explained that we are a business and he is delivering to a rental and no one is available until 8.30am and we had agreed after 9am. At this point the driver became rude and I mean really rude. Apparently the delivery driver decides the time and order of the deliveries he has that day. It has nothing to do with the store. He would not return, he has better things to do and since he did not agree to the later request I had to reschedule.I had a better idea, I will cancel the order.So we went back to the store, they apologized and processed the refund.We were told it could take up to two weeks to see that refund. Ok, I can wait.Well now we are at two weeks and no refund. I called customer service and they said they cannot process refunds as their terminals are broke and it will be several weeks before they are fixed.They suggested we do a charge back.Hmmm, that really says something else and that is a worry.So my bank is in the process of arranging that charge back and they agree with me on what this really means.By the way, we found an outlet Store in Davenport that had very similar mattresses for $200 less. So at least the rude driver did me a favor.Buyer beware

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE or from ANY Mattress One!!!It has become very clear since I purchased my mattress and adjustable base, that all Mattress One cares about is getting your money. They do not care about customer service whatsoever. They failed to deliver my mattress as promised not once, but twice, causing me to re-arrange and cancel plans and miss out on work two separate days. The third day we rescheduled (a week after I was promised) the delivery guys damaged my hallway by scraping and scratching the hallway and putting a hole in my wall— without so much as an apology!!In fact, the only person who has apologized has been Roy, the salesman who I brought it from.I have called customer service for a week, left numerous voicemails with my contact information before the damage happened today, and NEVER got a response. It took me driving back to the store today and asking to speak to the district manager for me to finally speak to someone on the phone— Luis the area manager.The store manager Jessica, nor her area manager Luis, apologized to me for what has happened. In a second call to Luis (since he never returned my call), he told me that I was wrong— that I just “didn’t remember him apologizing”. I had him on speaker phone with two of my friends as witnesses— neither of them heard an apology either. Is this actually a real area manager or a joke??I have never experienced such awful customer service. I am writing to Corporate and would recommend you shop literally anywhere except here.

Monday afternoon we went to two different shops before we went to mattress one, the service and customer service in the first two wasnt good at all, so we decided to leave and visit mattress one in vine st. Kissimmee, As soon we opened the door, we feel very welcome and important we met Luis, He was very knowledgeable, had great customer service, was friendly, pleasant, patience, very helpful and a was great at multitasking. He showed me different choices for my request, which I have medical condition and a major back surgery, that prevents me from a good night sleep. The bed was customized just for me. His customer service was excellent, I highly recommend Luis and mattress one, it was over all was great!!!. Im very happy and satisfied with my new bed, thanks to Luis at mattress one.

Nice sales lady but she did NOT inform me of EVERY detail. Delivery guys were a joke. Mad because they had to carry ONE mattress up a flight of stairs! (Something I can do MYSELF!) wouldn’t take my mattress because it wasn’t up to standards...which is understandable BUT WAS NEVER MENTIONED!!!!!!! Luis was not very helpful when I called to let him know. Told me I should’ve read the sign...WHAT SIGN!!!!!!! that’s what your salesperson is for?! Don’t bother going here unless you want aggrevation! Find a better rated mattress one cause this one suckssssss! NEVER AGAIN!

The worst experience I’m having with this place I purchased my mattress 3 weeks ago they said I was goin to get it in 2 weeks after I made the purchase I thought it was a long wait.the two weeks pass and they said they don’t have it in the where houses. They told me you should get it by Friday 27 or sat 28 sep now they told me on Tuesday oct 1st . You think this is fair ?
