Worst experience of my life. I paid for 4 men crew and only 3 showed up...an hour late. They milked the clock and turned our two hour move into a 5 hour move. One gentleman wore flip flops and then had to ice his foot on the clock when he got hurt. They damaged the drywall at our rental unit and destroyed our brand new dresser and 2 of our TVs. Do not trust them with your belongings!!! Very unprofessional and they still charged me $1,100. For a company as large as it is, this should not be happening. I’ve moved myself around orlando several times over the years and never had an issue. I moved everything into that house with no problems and then I hire professionals to take it out and they do this mess?! Unbelievable.

Very, very disappointed. My senior citizen aunt needed to move and was promised a moving time of 8am. We were up and ready but 7am and they were a no call, no show. We called at 9am to be told that they would come at 11. By 1pm, we heard nothing from them. We cancelled at 3pm after they kept pushing the time back. Horrible customer service. We will never refer them to anyone!

Worst moving experience I have ever had. I have moved across state and experienced far less concerns. I moved less than a mile using All My Sons and experienced fraudulent charging, hidden fees, unprofessional moving men, countless damages and some of the most unprofessional customer service ever. They refuse to take responsibility despite their claims of professional movers. They sell you a beautiful product by phone but do not communicate half the charges involved instead citing that they are detailed in an email, received after youve booked and paid a deposit. Honestly, go with nearly anyone else and you will be far better off.

NEVER HIRE THESE MOVERS!!! Ill start from the beginning. I hired them on 8/2/20. They were on time i will give them that. Thats where the good things end. They did not wear masks during the move even though i did. Next, they damaged my bed frame in several places from mishandling. Not only have I been unsuccessful at getting reimbursed for the damage caused to my bed frame but I have also called multiple numbers and not gotten any help with it. Also they finished 30 minutes early at noon at still charged me until 12:30. This might not seem like alot but it is a difference of $77.50 that was charged to my card because they strong arm you into signing the remaining paper work before they unload your stuff and guess at what time they will finish. They also give you a COMPLETELY different quote when you make the initial phone call as when they do your move. They also charge a $79 fuel charge fee.... i moved 10 miles from the old place to the new. When I spoke to the local manager, Robert, about the overcharge and he said the company would send a check and hung up and then blocked my number and when I called customer service they said they added a note to have me reimbursed but to call the local office if I didnt get reimbursed. Essentially its a run around from a dishonest company working in dishonest ways. Please do yourself a favor and stay away at all costs. I have included pictures of the broken bed frame for verification purposes and luckily took pictures of my furniture before my move as well.

Our first move in 10 years and combining households makes for a lot of furniture to move. We took care of all the boxed items ourselves, but allowed All My Sons to do all the heavy lifting our furniture required. The hourly rate really helped us save money this way. We worried that having an hourly rate would not give a moving team a lot of incentive to be efficient and we couldnt have been more wrong. Start to finish they moved quickly and with care. They were super professional, checking in with me throughout the day and taking all my direction when we got to our new location. Our A team of Dowarge, Kymari, Ricardo, and Leonardo certainly lived up to that title. I would recommend this company for any moving needs.

Quoted one price and when they showed up the drivers said it was way more expensive and wanted to be paid under the table.. This is after we have already paid the deposit. Scam. Never use this company. Ever.

The one good thing about the company are the people who answer the phones. They are very kind and professional. I wasn’t really given an estimate of how much it would cost and I was shocked at the final cost. Other than that it was bad. I was told when I ordered the service that it would be between 11-4pm. I got a very annoying call at 6am the morning of the move asking me what time I wanted them to arrive. I said 12-1. I finally ended up calling the company at about 230 and they said that the movers would be calling soon. They did and said that they would be about an hour. I got very stressed about not being able to get into the storage unit. I saw the movers roll boxes down the stairs. Luckily they were boxes of books but they wouldn’t have known that. They also left some of my things at the house but at that point I just wanted to get the storage unit filled and get to my hotel room. At the storage unit they dropped and broke a frame. Luckily I didn’t need it. They also didn’t really know how to properly pack the storage unit.

We used All My Sons for a local move and had a great experience. The benefit of the hourly rate was much better than the flat fee other services quoted. The team did arrive 40 minutes later than expected, but the whole process was quick and efficient, which completed the whole move hours before expected. Our team was Dewarge, Kymani, Ricardo, and Lenardo, and all four worked hard to move us quickly, taking good care of our belongings, wrapping them to protect them... nothing was damaged. The team was friendly and professional, and allowed us to direct them easily to the rooms the furniture should go to in the new house. We would hire them again without question.

The worst moving company ever! They cancelled on Saturday (the day I was supposed to be moving) and said they would do it on Monday. They didnt show up on Monday and when I called, they said it would be Wednesday.On Wednesday they went to the new address instead of the one I was moving out of so they arrived late. One of the 2 guys used the bathroom and was in there for at least 20 minutes while I was being charged by the hour.They damaged several pieces of my furniture, walls at both apartments and the floor at the new apartment.They told me 3 times during the move that they accepted tips in cash.When it was over, they dropped several charges on me that they admitted were typically surprises. $100 for packing material. All they used for packing material was some plastic wrap. Another charge for labor when I was already paying $165 per hour for a 2 man crew though. They also charged me for fuel which included them going to the new address first.I will never use them again and I would advise anyone else not to hire them.

I would never ever recommend them to anybody, they are on time that I will say,,,, but no one had a mask on but me.The estimate I got before I booked them was 1/3 what I had to pay when they came out and gave me the bill.because they gave me a good price I hired them and on the end I paid heavy.On top of all that they damaged 2 of my Headboards very badly, ripped the side handles of my mattress and nick nags on other furniture.Sad to say the service was bad, they gave the office a time frame of 3 hours Max 3 1/2 I got charged for 4 Hours with no refund back, the last hour it the guys dragged it out.Terrible....

The movers were slow to get started, and the paper work itself took 10 minutes to get through. That all came out of our pockets. My movers didn’t handle my stuff with care and as a result, many special items were broken: wedding gifts and such. Not to mention, when they were moving us into our new place, the walls and banister were damaged. I now have to paint walls that were in perfect condition.I was pregnant during the move and couldn’t help out. They put a heavy table in the wrong room, I asked them to move it and they said that they would. When they were done and once I had tipped them, they were on their way out and I noticed the table was never moved. They said that they would come back and move it but instead, they took off. They still had an addition hour left on the contract, so I don’t see why they couldn’t move the table.Beware of hidden chargers. They charged us $126 for gas and we only moved a 17 min drive away from the old place. They claimed that the gas charge was based on the amount of hours worked not distance. Which makes no sense, I am already paying for the amount of hours worked. I addressed these concerns with Sam, and the extra hour that they owed us in refund... he refunded the money for the extra hour they didn’t.

After agreeing to a price 2 weeks before our move, they call 1 day before and add on hundreds of dollars of hidden fees after we specifically ask about this stuff prior to booking with them. Then they started charging for their driving time from the warehouse which was 10 miles away but said it took over and hour and a half to get to us. They were two hours late and broke at least 4 items before they were even on their truck. Avoid these people like the plague. The only positive reviews are from employees.

This is the worst moving company, they didn’t show up on time and when finally did at 6:00 pm when the appointment was supposed to be at 8:00 am, they told me was going to charge me around $2,000 plus the gas Fee. They left and the owner of the Company said he couldn’t do anything about the situation, he was rude and did not refund my deposit back. This the worst experience ever in moving that si ever have.

They didnt even show up for the estimate!! I make the app a week ago they said this person Ryan was going to show up at my house by 5pm, my husband leave work even though he was offer to work overtime, my husband waited for an hour Finally we got a response after calling them! The guy ask Id he can reschedule for the next day! I said forget it we will get some one else!! Horrible service!!!

Just moved on 2/21/2020, kind of scheduled at the last minute, but the team was prompt and ready to work. We were in a third floor apartment and no one grumbled, they all worked hard and nonstop. Alex was a great team leader and handled everything with complete professionalism. I have used All My Sons in the past and will continue to use and recommend without hesitation. Special thanks to Andres for checking in and making sure all was well with his staff. Thanks for such a job well done.

Here is something Joe and I decided not to talk about until now because we do not like leaving negative reviews about companies. We always hope they do the right thing without us resorting to this but All MY SONS MOVERS decided not to show us that they are good company. Instead they showed us how terribly they treat their good customers and how little respect they have for anyone or their household items you have worked your whole life to collect.If you cherish your items in your home then we would not recommend using All My Sons to move. We moved from Ohio to Florida in February of this year and it was the worst experience of our Iives.Not only did they admit to us that their movers did destroy about 70 percent of our items, they have refused to work with us to come to a mutual agreement forcing us to now post a negative comment and file with the BBB.Just one example in our moving experience with All My Sons is that they charged us an extra money on top of the regular moving expense to move our 70 3 month old smart TV. They said they had to be the ones who wrap it and package it to have it arrive safely. Well it did not arrive safely. It was crushed in the top right corner destroying it permanently. You can see by the pictures I am attaching here that their movers dont care anything about your items. They just want your money. Their movers not only tried to cover up some of the damaged items but they also would not allow us to look on the truck for our many missing items. We had to assume that they were so badly broken that they had either already thrown them away to hide the evidence or they were just hiding in them in the truck until they could throw them away.Most of our loved items were either broken, scratched, cracked or missing. Yes we estimate 70% of our items were damaged. We understand that people and companies make mistakes but its how they handle the mistake, take responsibility for their negligence and treat their customers makes for a good, trust worthy company and All My Sons did none of these. They had everyone opportunity to work with us on some kind of fair settlement but all they did was offer us $624.00 and wanted us to sign a paper for that amount taking away our right to post our story on any social media. YES You read that right. Just the TV itself cost us 1000.00 to replace ourselves because of their negligence plus remember they charged us extra to protect just that item and yet they refused to even cover the cost of just the TV. $624.00 to cover our totally destroyed 900.00 computer armoire and the countless other items that were so badly damaged we either had to throw away or fix them ourselves.Even after this offer we tried to work with them on some type of agreement but again they would not work with us. Their motto is LET OUR FAMILY MOVE YOUR FAMILY. I hope that they truly do not treat their family as terribly as they have treat us, otherwise family services needs to check on their families to make sure they are OK.Please learn from our mistake. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS if you care at all about your family and home.

DO NOT USE. 0 out of 5. I was ripped off and lied to.I scheduled a local move. The day before that move, I found out my closing date on my house had to be changed.Since I had already made my deposit (which I was told was my first hour) I figured I let the movers come and fill my Uhaul.I was charged 3 hours for the move. One worker quit working after about an hour and a half. The other two movers finished in 2.5 hours and hung out in the neighborhood.I called to dispute this the company and they were not helpful at all.I paid almost $800 for 3 movers to move a one bedroom apartment into a Uhaul truck. One of the movers stopped working before job was done, I was charged an extra 30 minutes and my deposit was not included workable hours. It took me and 2 friends 30 minutes to unload that same truck.Go elsewhere and don’t get ripped off like me.

Adam has been very helpful and has carefully guided our multiple moves from Florida to Tennessee. He has been very resourceful with all things necessary to make our move including finding solutions other than just moving furniture. His crew is punctual, courteous and always willing to help with a smile. They’re very accommodating, treated our stuff with respect, and have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to make our move to Tennessee that much easier and stress-free.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with all my sons the workers Ray and Joseph treated my Items vary good. I had a pool table and they moved it with ease. I am so grateful that all my sons treated my stuff so well. Thank you guys so much for your hard work.

This was my first experience with All My Sons Moving and it was great! Roger and Jarred were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with their service and I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I have used All My Sons before and had no issue. Today was an absolute DISASTER! Not only did the movers damage my old apartment, I was called a liar by Samuel when I sent a photo of the damage. I then was never, ever given the opportunity to sign a final document that acknowledges damages and walkthroughs, but one of the movers FORGED MY SIGNATURE on a document and luckily a pdf was emailed to me so I have proof of this. Samuel was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. I recorded our phone conversation of him justifying his employee’s actions of illegally forging my signature on a document pretending to be me saying I verified the move and acknowledged and said there were no damages!! I’m currently on hold with my bank to dispute the charge until Samuel and All My Sons refund for damages and apologize for ILLEGALLY FORGING MY SIGNATURE and delete that document! His excuse was he’s been doing this for 29 years and I need to know a little bit about law but I guess he was unaware I called a family member almost immediately for some guidance who just happens to be in law, and told me to dispute the charge. If they want my payment, they’ll have to acknowledge what they’ve done. I advise EVERYONE to look elsewhere!!! For the prices they charge you can find an amazing company elsewhere who treats you well, appreciates your repeated business and doesn’t call you a liar; than ask for your payment before the truck is even unloaded!!!! Good luck to anyone who does use them, wouldn’t wish this on anyone!

This was the second time we used All My Sons after a 5-star experience two years ago. And we likely will use them if we move again. We moved on a Monday and they stored our stuff until Tuesday when we did a double-closing. The Tuesday move was perfect. Five stars to Alejeandro, Matt and Nado. What an awesome trio. We got it all done in under two hours just like we did in our previous move with them.Monday was a little rough. We booked the move about 1.5 months beforehand and asked for 3 movers for 3 pm. That way we’d be done by 5 pm and have the night to clean our place before handing it over to the buyer in the morning. The day before we got a call and email that everything was confirmed. However I got a call 15 minutes prior to arrival that they would be there at 6:15. When they didn’t show at 6:15 I had to make a couple calls to inquire about status, and they finally showed up after 8 pm. And there were just 2 movers (who were very nice). My wife and I worked our butts off to help and they finally left at 11:30 pm (if we didn’t help they would’ve been there after 12:30 am). Totally understand that delays happen, but this one was severe given how far in advance we booked. We didn’t enjoy having to wake up at 5 am the next morning to clean the place when we planned to be done the night before.Thankfully we got charged the same as two years prior and didn’t get charged for the extra time, and with Tuesday’s move being excellent, we would still plan on contacting All My Sons in the future.

Really great experience with these movers. They were on time, courteous, quick, and very careful with the boxes and furniture. I think the team leader’s name was Alex. He was very good and directed his crews very efficiently. I really liked their service! I would happily hire them again!

Great service. Once they arrived they were super quick & helpful. Only thing I can say I didn’t like was the fact that I asked for an estimate of the total price, and of coarse they work by hour, so I couldn’t get an exact price, but I figured the estimate would be helpful. Well the total price ended up being 250$ more than the estimate. I understand it is per hour, but when I was explained the total price, they left out a few things they charge for and it was just completely off. Other than the inaccurate estimate they were quick and moved heavy items very easily. Had to reschedule twice, once due to my own circumstances and the other due to a truck breaking down.

Cue and Jordan showed up right on time. Great attitudes and respectful of our belongings. They took great care of us! The staff that we worked with over the phone were super friendly. Im am super particular and this company was well worth it. I would highly recommend them!

I was quoted a cost of $169 per hour for a crew of three persons and one 26-foot truck. The time estimate provided by the company for the size condo to move was three hours plus one hour for travel time to and from the initial site, producing a total estimate of $676. The truck and crew arrived on time and packed items at a good pace. They then said they were going to lunch and would meet us at the destination, less than 2 miles away. They arrived after about an hour and started to unload the truck. After a couple of minutes, they stopped working and provided a written cost estimate of $2,300, saying that it had to be accepted or they would leave with our possessions. The estimated time had increased to 8 hours and the total cost had been increased by a 12% fuel surcharge and substantial moving supplies. I spoke by telephone to the local supervisor and the estimate was reduced to about $1,800, which had to be immediately paid by credit card for unloading to occur. The move did not require the estimated time. In addition to the one hour lunch break, the movers finished an hour earlier than stated on the estimate. After multiple emails following the move, a credit of $150 for reduced time was provided. The actual amount credited for time should have been two hours plus the time-based fuel surcharge, or $379. In addition, the final bill had doubled quantities and costs for moving supplies even though no additional supplies were used to unload the truck. The entire manner of doing business appears to be based on misleading people as to the actual cost of the work, and then putting clients in a difficult situation before revealing the true cost of the move, which must be immediately paid. I will not use this company again.

On the week of the 26th of September 2019, I contacted All My Sons Moving and Storage in order to get a quote on having someone come over to a disabled family members home to help them move their furniture into a 16 POD. For the record, I live in Orlando and this individual is a single, physically disabled mom living in Miami Florida; furthermore, I decided to contact All My Sons Moving and Storage because of their supposed good reputation etc. When I spoke with the rep, I reiterate the facts; particularly, that the family member spoke broken English and that she needed help ASAP because she was being forced to move within a week. I was then quoted $380.00 for what they estimated to be a 2-3 hour moving job for two professional movers (3 bedroom house with no garage). Long story short, the company was hired and they arrived on Thursday 09/12/2019 at 12pm, but didnt start to work till after 1pm. They were there for more than 5 hours and were complaining throughout, avowing that the company should have sent more individuals than just two men and that they more than likely would not be able to finish the job. They then had the audacity to offer her a discounted rate for the remainder of the time needed to complete the job if she were to pay them under the table. Long story short, the work was never done, and what was done, was done sloppy and without any care or concern! I called and spoke with Renee (a supposed manager at the Miami office) to complain and he was condescending and rude! All he offered was to comp her for the extra hour that was charged due to the fact that they didnt start working till an hour after they got to the house, other than this, he had the audacity to ask if we were looking to get a free move here, and that they wouldnt do anything further. They ended up charging her over $600.00 for a job that was never completed!All My Sons Moving and Storage was unethical, unprofessional, and literally ripped us off ; furthermore, the manager (Renee) had the audacity to say that we should have gone with hiring local moving help at the Home Depot avowing that it would have been less expensive. I am very angry and disgusted by these people. I will make sure to let everyone know what happened with this company so that no one ever has to deal with these disgusting individuals ever again!

All of my sons moving company was a very seamless experience from the office staff to the movers themselves. I want to shout out Roger and his team(Jarred and Matt) for their professionalism and kindness I always them for all my future moving jobs.

This is the worst company to move your things. They broke my tv and rips my couch. They only offered $105 for both damage items. The tv alone was close to $400 dollars. They did not care about breaking my items. I will never use this company again and I hope no one else uses them either.

Was given a SHALL NOT EXCEED price and it exceeded it by $120. They claim its because it took longer than estimated because we had more furniture moved than what they saw at the time of estimation, except we actually had less boxes and I even moved a few pieces over myself to try and make it easier for them. One of the three guys slacked off and ran up the timer. When confronted about it exceeding the price, Im told that the price was quoted as an estimate and talked to like Im a child who doesnt understand the concept of estimates versus quotes. If its an ESTIMATE, then it shouldnt be listed as a SHALL NOT EXCEED PRICE. Deceptive marketing aside, we found a handful of scratches and dings on our furniture and walls after the fact and one of the knobs on our dryer is missing. People make mistakes but this is the only company weve moved with where they didnt at least let us know when there was damage. I will never use these guys again. Nickel and diming people and trying to cover your tracks is no way to treat family. Stay away from these guys.EDIT: It keeps getting better. Found out they installed the water lines wrong on our washing machine and weve been washing delicates with hot water this whole time.

Update: Just worked with Sebastian Moving and More (amazing) in Orlando, and it reminded me of how poor my experience was with All My Sons last year. Sebastians was thoroughly professional from beginning to finish. They even came out to my place before the actual moving date to assess the situation and strategize. No issues whatsoever. I want this review to be helpful so I definitely recommend these guys.They add about $200 in fees to whatever they quote you for nonsense. They damaged my piano and busted the screen door at my old place.

Do not ruin your mental health and your property by hiring these guys. 1) they are late one whole day, 2) they damaged furnitures, bed and wall, 3) they demanded additional payment before unloading, 4) they fled the scene before moving all of the my stuff; and I had to hire some help to move rest of them, 5) they never pickup the phone after the money is paid, 6) they never care about you; I had to pay more money to them; 7) I had to spend money for one more moving company; 8) had to pay additional rent to the leasing office for not moving my stuff on time; 9) my rental deposit was forfeited because of the damage these guys did for my wall. 10) finally these guys should not be in the business

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law who used this compay and never will again nor recommend it. These people took their time after they arrived to move my property, then took more than an hour to arrive at my new address, when it was only a 34 minute. Then stated upon arrival that they are charging me 6 hours. Even though I called to complain about what was happening, I got charged more. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!!

Horrific dishonesty. Hidden charges ($70 for packing tape for just two couches). Rude customer service. A $100 deposit that they took from me, only to damage my leather couch and then refuse to refund the deposit. What terrible people.

Never ever use this company!! They took advantage of my mom who was in a bind yesterday. They quoted a price with two hours and three men. They showed up with two guys. She demanded a refund and they said no, that they would keep her $500 deposit. So she had no choice. She requested they not go over the two hours quoted, she would take care of everything else they could not load and unload in 2 hours. They did not listen to her and once they got to the destination they said they would keep her belongings if she did not pay them more than double what they quoted!! Terrible, horrible human beings!!!!

I have hired other movers in the past and it is always hit or miss one time my TV was broken the whole time from the call to moving my last box all my sons blew me away thank you from the office people to the guys that came out and did the job. It was more money then I budgeted for but at the end of the day not one thing was broken I hope not to move anytime soon but if we do we will hire all my sons..

Awful, terrible ..still cannot find my furniture after 5 weeks..Tvs etc...charges on my card with no invoice or reason...broken china, beds, pool table...communication is the worst...they have made my life a nightmare since November..

Dont use,19 year old kids 3 of them, lot of damage,,,quoted $600.00. Charged $900.00

They crew of Noah, Ej and Alfredo were great to work with. They took care of our things while moving them and tried to get as much as they could in one trip.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Worst moving company to deal with! Their quotes are trash and they are liars and thieves. Whatever they quote will double when they have your stuff in their truck. TRASH!

They estimate $300. Agreed on $349.00 the day of the move. Was charged over $500 on my credit card. Have called several times and they are not calling me back to give me credit of $203.00.

Dont use them...they overcharged and demanded mandatory tipping...didnt assemble my furniture and slacked in the loading to make it more expensive for me..I would not recommend this company!!!

I had all my sons pack and move my furniture to a storage unit. When they were wrapping my furniture they put tape on the surface to hold the drawers shut then they wrapped with blankets and where the blanket did not go all around they taped on the wood. Also broke a bed frame piece and concealed it so I would not see it. Not happy with these movers!
