NADIA was absolutely awesome. She worked with us to get us the best storage units, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of her Kissoimmee, FL facility and offered many helpful suggestions. She made sure our 40ft container was placed in a very convenient spot when delivered for unloading and even showed up 1/2 hour early for her shift to make sure everything was going smoothly (as we had started unloading an hour earlier than when her shift started!) Due to extreme competency and knowledge as well as her outgoing friendly yet PROFESSIONAL attitude, she has created a loyal client. We applaud Morningstar Storage for its clean, modern facility, reasonable pricing and NADIA!

Morningstar Storage is fantastic! Its like checking into a posh hotel rather than a depressing storage facility. Fresh flowers and cool furniture in the lobby and Nadia was so friendly and quick and helpful! I love how they are encouraging to home businesses who just need that little extra space to keep it going and a safe place to meet customers if selling something online (which can be scary.) It was also refreshing since moving is stressful and sometimes a storage place means giving up and admitting you just dont have room for it all! So, it was delightful to feel like it was a happy moving on period rather than depressing. Thank you Morningstar!!!!

The temperatures are often higher than advertised, theres spiders and roaches all over even though they advertise pest control and the prices are atrocious. Expect to pay more than they quote you!

I have my concerns about Storage place they have not been honest with me in the past. I found myself on Wednesday September 9, 2020 speaking with Aileen a honest and upfront women. She express herself as a professional woman that knows what she is talking about, very knowledgeable and SHE helped me with all my questions about storage and payments that will help me to avoid harmful breaches of trust, I did not see no fine prints. I did not at this time apply for a Storage Unit, But I know where to go when the time is rite. Thank you Aileen so much you are very trustworthy, honest, and with knowledge of what your job description is. I wish there where more Aileens in this World that we are living in. Multiple times I have experienced the elevator on my side of the building not working. To make matters worst in this situation is that they do not post signs to let you know. In fact I had an altercation with the one of the female workers there who passed me twice in the lobby in front of the elevator (that didn’t work and no sign to warn you) so she passes me twice, seeing me struggle and even broke a few things as I go to press the button to call the elevator and it doesn’t work. I asked her afterwards when I had to use the restroom which they don’t allow u to use the restroom because of covid, another issue!! I told her, hey your elevator doesn’t work... she said yah i know. I said, OH really then you just passed me twice in front of the elevator struggling with my stuff and you didn’t bother to let me know it didn’t work? She said that’s not her problem and that how could she know where I was going! Um, I’m clearly trying to get to the elevator, she just gave me attitude and walked off saying sorry. So imagine the aggravation of just moving in general, after you get a cart, load up your stuff, struggle to get your stuff to the elevator and then it doesn’t work! Then you have to push your cart load down the damn sidewalk to the other side of the building and start over again and then push your stuff through their maze of units to get to your side. It’s ridiculous!!!

Excellent Management and the storage facilities were very clean and well maintained. The Manager, Daniel, was very helpful at all times and made the process of moving much less stressful. Would definitely recommend this facility!

I highly recommend this storage facility!The Good-The staff is amazing! Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a tour of their brand new facility and allowed me to look at different units until I found one that was the size I needed and in a location I liked. Daniel and Alberta were great!-The first 2 months are free!! (Besides a one time $25 initiation fee, a monthly $9 insurance, and a prorated amount for the current month.)-The facility is really nice! There are 3 floors and 2 elevators. They also have giant complimentary carts for you to use. The hallways are very spacious and clean.-They also give you a moving truck to use for FREE! I think you are allowed to use it 1 time for up to 4 hours.THE BADNone.TIPS-If you want to use the moving truck, make a reservation in advance, otherwise it might not be available.

The staff at Morningstar storage are wonderful to work with. They have so many extras that most other storage facilities do not offer. The carts are a great help, free 4 hour truck rental when you move in is a plus, free reusable tote bags, the units are clean and there are always music playing. They also offer complimentary water and other beverages.

Morningstar Storage is easy, fast and responsiveMy wife and I needed a space to store all our furniture, beds and other things, while we finished the process to buy a house. I visited Morningstar store at Osceola Parkway, and immediately found a space with great prices and great offer (free truck rental for 4 hours and 2 months of free rent). The reservation took less than 15 minutes and the manager of the storage unit (Daniel Medina) showed us all the available sizes. We are very grateful and relieved to be able to make these arrangements so easily.The customer service representative (Alberta Robinson) was very helpful in helping us meet our needs. She treated us very respectfully and was very helpful and efficient.

My husband and I rented a storage unit from Morningstar to receive and store packages for a house we were building in the Orlando area. We live in PA so the fact that Morningstar would receive our packages and deliver them to our unit was extremely appealing.From beginning to end, Daniel and his staff delivered top-notch customer service. I interacted with them through e-mail, by phone, and in person and every time they were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had two bedrooms worth of furniture delivered to Morningstar. When we arrived at our unit for the very first time every box was neatly stacked waiting for us. They even identified and set aside the boxes that were slightly damaged during the shipping process so we could inspect them to see if the items were damaged themselves. We were amazed at how clean the facility was and loved the fact that there was a moving truck for our use if needed.We would absolutely use Morningstar again for our storage needs and would highly recommend to family and friends.Amy and Steve Smith

Very clean, love the 24 hour access. Met the manager who is very friendly and informative. Recently got a 5X5 unit on the second floor, at first I thought it would be a hassle to carry stuff up, but there’s everything all the way from carts to elevators to help with my move. Also the free moving truck comes in handy!

They have a friendly staff, clean facilities, and fair pricing. Theres even a bit of interior design going on, which is rare for self-storage facilities. The reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is the setup process was unnecessarily long thanks to a slow laptop that the nice lady had no alternative but to do my paperwork on. Even she was clearly frustrated by it, though she was very apologetic. Apparently, the laptop has been running very slow for some time and no one has taken action to replace it. And I feel they should respect their new customers time enough to invest in a new laptop for the friendly staff to use! It wouldnt take the picture of my ID when she needed. We had to wait and wait for it to start working again. It lagged so much that it even took her near 30 minutes just to fill out my basic contact details and I was in a very big hurry that day trying to coordinate with the moving company!

Excellent move in special! The game changer is the use of their moving truck for free. They allow you to use the truck in 4 hour blocks (based on availability). Also you have free use of dolleys. Please be sure to fill up the truck (always on full) before dropping off (must provide receipt of gas fill up). Storage unit is climate controlled and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend!

One of the best experiences I have had at any storage place and even in most businesses. I was helped by Mr Daniel Medina who was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions on the spot as well as give great recommendations and pricing compared to other storage companies. Morning Star storage even lets you use a truck free of charge to move your stuff. Grade A service and customer service that is rare nowadays.
