This storage facility was very secure and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this facility!

Power was out - only signs to say there was no access to site. No one around to answer questions - 1 gentleman needed help as his movers were coming with truck filled with his belongings- he had no idea what was going on & no one around to help answer his questions. More than 1 person tried to call phone # left on note regarding no power but no one answered the phone. Very poor service - cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Both Robyn and Lisette were amazing! Shortly after I made my reservation online, Robyn called to make sure I had the appropriate size space for what I was storing. Lisette did a great job telling us about the space showing us how to appropriately use the keys. They both made sure we understood everything and answered all questions that we had before even asking. Highly recommended!

This storage facility is great! Robyn was super helpful from the start and made us feel at home. Very attentive and cares a lot about her customers. For anyone looking for a storage facility, I fully recommend this one. It’s great to store my belongings at a facility with a manager who cares as much as she does!

I came in today for my mom who is moving down next week and I met the store manager Robyn. She was great, she showed me around the property and we looked a few space because I’m not sure as to what my mom is bringing with her. I had my mom on the phone the whole time and Robyn was so patient and understanding with us. Robyn explained the best way to pack a storage space since we have never rented one before and also the packing supplies we need to make sure my mom’s stuff is protected. Benjamin was great for being a new hire. Robyn is doing a great job training him. We can’t complain about the great Customer Service provided. A great place to put your extra stuff. We were in need of a spot to store our trailer as Wyndams did not allow us to put our trailer at the condo we are at. Robyn called us after the reservation was made to assure us our spot was ready. We rented a 40 ft spot. We got there and no one was there as an emergency came up but she was very quick to call us back to let us know she had returned to the location and we could bring our trailer. She was a friendly person and just the type of person I would want to have run a place. After driving for three days it was nice to have someone who made our process of checking our trailer in nice and simple. We have never ran into a time before where our trailer is stored in a different yard then we are at. Will recommend this place to anyone that needs it! Oh, and the yard is completely secured with a code access to get in to which puts our mind at ease

The facility is clean and the price is fair. However, today they opened at 9:30 am and I was here at 9:33 just to see a sign saying someone will be there at 10am. I guess they dont want to get paid. Perhaps it might be a good idea to hire more people or assure that the person working is at the front desk actually working

This is the first time Ive ever had to use any type of storage facility, and it has been nothing but a positive experience from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted warmly, and treated with more respect than most businesses give these days. Both store Managers worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed, and took care of any issues I had (those issues were not the fault of management). Special thanks to Lilshanna, who went above and beyond to come to my rescue the night of July 4. She left a family gathering that night to come to my aid when I really needed it. THATS customer service!

Very clean facilities, Alberto called me the day before and verified my information and was aware of me coming. When I did come he was fully aware and opened the door for me. He took me and my wife to the storage unit I reserved before and paperwork and asked us if this is suffice. I agreed and we went to the office to talk about the lease info.Alberto was very professional and the facility was very safe with multiple codes so if somebody comes in after you (piggybacking) they need to have codes to enter the interior plus with multiple different cameras.This place with there service is much better than some restaurants which is wierd and amazing at the same time.

This is the best storage facility with the nicest manager, Lilshanna Dunbar! I reserved a unit online and received a call to confirm within an hour. I went right away to see the unit. The manager (I couldnt say enough good things about her) immediately walked us through the facility pointing out restrooms, usable carts and took care of any paperwork quickly. The facility is very clean and secure. She was even extremely patient and playful with my energetic 2 year old granddaughter. I would highly recommend this storage unit to anyone.

Not once did this place offer up any help during the pandemic and still kept charging us rent 3 months after moving out

Staff was great. Called to confirm move in date. Explained all fees up front. Called back on move in date and asked if I wanted to change the date due to severe weather in the area. When we arrived the door to the lobby was opened and held for us. Took us on a tour of the facility and showed us how to work the codes within the facility. Took the time to make us feel welcome with no pressure.

We arrived for our move in and my husband and I both spoke with the manager Lashanna. She was friendly and told me she would walk me through the unit which she already had open while my husband signed the paperwork. She walked me directly to the unit and then showed me where to meet the movers at the door. It was a good vibe and the movers and I started working quickly to get into the space.About 30 min later I went back out to the lobby to see what was taking my husband so much time with the paperwork and she asked how everything was going. I said great as we had been making good progress to which she responded well I hope it wasn’t too good because I gave you all the wrong unit. To say that I was furious after a full day of moving was an understatement and she basically said she had made a mistake and we needed to go to the correct size unit for what we were paying. I professionally told her I was furious as we were paying the movers 150 an hour and we had now wasted time filling 1/4 of a storage unit that was incorrect. I am in the hospitality business and understand mistakes but she was less then apologetic or professional. I actually got a little aggressive at that point and told her that was a pretty big mistake to make and I wanted her to pay my next months rent, considering that she had just cost me that much time for her lack of knowledge about her spaces. She said we would work something out the next month where she took care of the additional expense caused by her error.We went in to pay the next month and she commented right away that she remembered us and she was going to give us a 75$ credit to make up for everything. I reiterated to her that we were paying 150 an hour to the movers and unfortunately that extra move due to her error was more costly then what she was giving us. She showed zero compassion or customer service skills and would do nothing more. She less then pleasantly reiterated that she was the manager and we could do whatever we wanted with corporate but she was doing nothing more.Long story short, this was a huge mistake on LaShanna’s part and she opened the wrong unit. Everyone is human but after she realized it she should have either let us keep the unit that we had already started moving in to or made it right to the point where we didn’t incur additional expenses with our movers, along with a genuine apology.The storage space and location is clean however based on my customer service experience I would not recommend this business to anyone.
