After a convention and showcase at the Gaylord resort, we were 100% satisfied with our help at this Fedex Location. We made three trips up the escalator, our arms filled with product to be shipped home and Chris helped us pack it and ship it efficiently. Chris and Michael were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with our shipment needs. Everyone was helpful and friendly and we were pleased with our experience.

I just got out of this FedEx office after a good hour with multiple problems trying to scan and send papers. The problems originated in the sending office in California (not in this office) and Shavar (fedex employee) was simply amazing. His patience and kindness were over-the-top! Thank you for saving a very challenging situation!!!

Do not go here they charge $25 on top of the shipping cost. So for a 30lb box the rate was $80 plus $25. Not only the shipping costs but the hassle of going through parking and security. Use an alternative shipping place prices are to high and to much hassle.

Honestly! Having traveled and used FedEx all over the United States. How they maintained a bright and seeming helpful manner on the surface. While they spit in my face and told me to get lost in a very well to do manner, why bother really. Picture Mickey kicking you in the !@#$% fallowed with a warm your welcome and that ever so loved little chuckle at the end. I will make every effort never to do business with FedEx again. I will never return to that location.

Ya cant get there from here. Its in the convention center and behind paid parking. Easy to see now but when I am mobile, it is not. Type in FedX printing and I expect to be able to get there. My bad on last minute but the result was I couldnt do the the printing I needed ahead of my early am meeting tomorrow. Grrrr

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Very thankful for Sunday drop off! Hours are a definite plus. Downside....located inside Gaylord convention center and hotel which means unless you get someone very sweet youre liable to pay to park ( we did not ) but there was an additional $25.00 handling fee above the cost of shipping because it is considered a convenience for guest of the hotel. Ugh.... Would have driven the extra 3 miles had I known. But still satisfied.

I’d like to give it 0 stars. Have dropped off packages countless times there with no issues. This last time the rude employee informed me there’s a “because we’re in a hotel” fee per package by weight that I have never heard of before. Apparently it’s been waived for me all those other times and that “has to stop now”. It was going to be about 10$ per package, told him that was dumb and left. Couldn’t have even hold the door for me. Just watched me struggle with my three packages.Don’t go here ever.

The location is inside of the Gaylord which is both good and bad. I parked out front and walked through the building to drop off my shipment. It was a beautiful albeit long walk through the atrium. The staff at the FedEx was friendly and helpful.

The resort that FedEx was in is beautiful and charming. The guy who helped me was very nice and attentive, and I got the printing service I needed quickly and easily. Thanks!

In a pinch and needed copies quickly. My resort wanted exhorbinant fees to make copies, but Nikole Laura at FedEx to the rescue. She went above and beyond to meet my needs! Friendly, helpful, and threw in extras as a courtesy. TY!

This place is trashy. They charged ME for a package sent by USPS to the HOTEL.

This was the closest FedEx shipping point to our resort. So we shipped our golf clubs home from here. It in a convention center but, easy to get to. It cost a few bucks to park the car since you are using The Gaylords parking area. Then we were charged a “special handling” fee that added $25 fee to each golf bag. So instead off $44 per case it went to $69 per case. I argued and got nowhere with the otherwise polite girl behind the counter. I should have just gone to the office down on 192.

Avoid this location unless you are a guest at Gaylord. If you are not a guest at Gaylord, you pay handling fee (1 dollar per pound, e.g. $50 for 40 to 50 pounds) on top of the regular shipping fee. If you do not exit the Gaylord gatehouse in less than 20 minutes, you pay the $20/ day parking (or some subset of that if you can argue).

Same day is not same day on sundays, It will be shipped monday I was told.

Never, ever, ever ship anything to the Gaylord Palms Resort as FedEx received the package and will charge you an arm and leg to deliver it to your room. Talk about gouging your guests, shame on you Gaylord Palms Resort for allowing this to happen. There goes my using FedEx for anything in the future!

Expect a $10 handling fee on top of the regular shipping rates even on prepaid items. You can park out front by the loading zone for free if you are fast and inconspicuous.

Dear FedEx. ... change location or clarify online specially on google map your parking problem.Dear customers.... i recommend you to call them before going there.I havent had any problem there cause i called but for sake of business i think there is something wrong with parking issue.

They don’t adhere to the hours that they post. Needed to pick up a shipment for a trade show even though it says they open up at 7am by 9 am they were still closed

I would give no stars if possible. I had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any hotel because of this onsite FexEx location. I shipped a package to the hotel ahead of time (via UPS). When I arrived I was told I would need to see the FedEx office in the convention center. I proceeded to the Fed Ex location onsite and was told there would be a $40 fee for me to pick it up myself or $80 fee to deliver it to my room. (I only paid $37 to ship it from SC to FL) The box was rather large and they wouldnt allow me use of their hand truck so I was extorted into paying the $80. Im not sure if there were added fees in retaliation for using their competitor but really felt cheated. The problem I have the entire scenario was I didnt ship the box to Fed Ex. I shipped it to Gaylord Palms so I blame Gaylord for passing the buck on this. I was their guest, not FedExs. I ship a large amount of parcels through FedEx and UPS. Not anymore, UPS exclusively from now on.

Good service. But outbound fee of $25 and $20 parking if you arnt out in 30 min.

Stay away from this location. If you stay on property for longer than 30 minutes, parking is $22, and then the FedEx has the nerve to charge you a handling fee even if the package is on a prepaid label.Find another location to ship your stuff out from.

Like other reviewers, I was astonished to learn that packages shipped here incur an extra handling fee because they are inside a resort. Beware when visiting this location. Otherwise, the service was as expected.

Very poor arrived at 6:40pm, with the advertising 7pm close. The location was closed, very unreliable service, which is good to know for a reflection of services to follow.

This is not an actual location, you have pay for parking, present photo ID just to access the building. Not easily accessible to the public. Need to be removed from Google maps

I needed to paid extra because the store is inside a Hotel, so they need to put the merchandise on your car. Bad bad.
