I needed a power of attorney and an apostille with very strict specifications for my native country in Eastern Europe. I wanted to ship a box full of fragile items, and I thought that as these were packed in the original manufacturing package, they would be safe. The Fecarga agent was skeptical and decided to open the box and we found out that these items, as packed, were destined to be broken. The agent took his time and diligently repacked these items and made sure they were well protected. I have shipped with this company before and all my boxes have arrived intact and within the time frame specified, but this last time, they really impressed me with their service and diligence.
