Awful customer service, lady behind counter is pretty rude. Would’ve rather my package gotten stolen than having to come here

Awful customer service. I came to this location on May 7, 2021 (Friday) for the 1st time. An older man wearing prescription glasses (as seen on photo) was so rude; It was unreal! Before leaving, I asked him his name, but he refused bc he most likely knew I would give him a bad review, due to his unprofessional & unpleasant service. Please Hire people who greet customers, are courteous, polite, and to say the least, Professional! What’s wrong with being kind, especially during these unfortunate times. I will never return to this store, due to this man’s rude and unprofessional attitude. What a sad case of misery... clearly. I attached his photo. I posted my awful experience bc “Hopefully” this employee will start treating customers better someday.

Wow definitely should of read the reviews before stopping here. Very rude and terrible customer service indeed. Took my money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service and no one speaks any English. Mailing a simple Fedex package took 2 hours. Saw an agent literally hang up on several callers. If youre going to be in business and deal with customers then you need to have a professional attitude. Pathetic. Seriously - stay away from this place.

Staff offered to pack my artwork in an envelope that wasn’t water-proof with only a piece of cardboard half the size of the drawing which put it at risk for creasing / damage- no other packing options were offered. I asked for a support cardboard piece as large as the artwork to protect the corners & the staff person waiting on me refused to get it.I wouldn’t take anything fragile there that needs them to pack it

If there was a 0 I would give this place a zero. Don’t go to this spot if you don’t want to get over charged. Rented a UHAUL from them and they charged me extra even though I paid . I asked for 45 miles. I drove 44 miles and I even gave the truck with more gas then what it had and I still got charged extra. This is ridiculous and the owners of the spot won’t even help. They tell you to contact the 1800 number . Horrible customer service

I have been a customer of theirs for a few years now, and they are extremely professional and courteous. They offer many services and will go out of their way to help however they can. When sending out a package they will always advise on the best and most cost effective options. The companies I dealt with previously (before I moved into the area) dont compare with the service I get here.

Must be the most friendliest Pack an Ship Place Anywhere.I have been going there regularly at least once a week for probably 2 years now, ALWAYS a friendly smile and greeting.Not sure where the Bad reviewers are going but it cannot be to this store.Keep it up and I will see you this week again

Terrible service, slow and they charge for pickup, don’t understand why if it was already paid

Yesterday I went into my local Pak Mail For the First Time and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous respectful and and very helpful. I will continue to use their services and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs all the many things that they offer.

I’m sure they might be nice people.BUT never have I been told it’s $2 for a receipt that I dropped off a package for a package service...AND asked to bring the package behind the counter to drop it off.If I don’t have to I’ll probably never come back.

I dropped off two prepaid UPS parcels. I took pictures of the parcels and the display with the store, Pak mail. The owner of the store confronted me and told me that I couldnt take pictures inside his store and insisted to see the pictures that I took. I show him the pictures and there was no one face in it. He didnt even apologized..There were no signs in the store indicating not to take photos. The owner apparently has a chip on his shoulder alluding all the time that he is the owner of the store. I never been scolded for taking a picture in a post office UPS store much less at a restaurant or any store for that matter. He was very rude and disrespectful. I would never go back to that store.

This is a Business Center. They ship anywhere even is South America. It is the best for our community.

Rude rude rude rude, this place seems to be owned by a very unfriendly couple, we were first greeted by the lady saying “NO, don’t touch” to my daughter for touching something, next time please address the parent and don’t carry things that children will want to touch then my son needed to use the restroom and the same lady told me to leave my two kids got her to watch and go with him because she couldn’t have my bigger daughter go with him because she had stuff they could touch back there( nothing but a bathroom full of useless junk) she told me as if she we were beggars and not paying customers, if I wasn’t in a hurry to ship something overnight I would have walked out and taken my business to UPS in Celebration where the folks are very friendly, stay away!!!!!!

Friendly and FairAll Pakmail stores must pay the carriers a fee for pickups. As a courtesy, customers are allowed to drop off packages for free. However, PakMail dropoffs are similar to Drop Boxes. The customer must have the package sealed, ready for shipment. Should the customer require assistance with packaging or a receipt, then a fee is charged accordingly. This information is posted inside the store.

Really nice owners wrkng there & very helpful! They have EVERYTHING u need like Western Union, computer use, fax & copying & much more!!

They charged me $1.00 for a UPS Receipt, and on top of that my package will be delivered a day late! No very impressed with this location. Last time I will go to this location. Paid for two overnight am packages.

Horrible customer service. Rude employees and they try to charge for services, that at any other UPS authorized location would do complimentary. Unfortunately I cant give a zero star review, but the star thats given its not deserved. 😡😡😡😡😡 five angry disappointed faces.
