After doing a week at Disney World we had some items that needed shipping back home that we couldnt take on the plane. After doing some internet searches for shipping places close to our hotel, we chose this UPS store because it seemed to have the best rating. Id say the rating were correct! Super fast and friendly! You could tell that they knew what they were doing and made it as easy for us as possible. Big thanks to both Emilio who checked us out and Stephanie who helped with packaging our shipment. Now we are back home just waiting to the package to arrive! Super stress less and went way quicker than anyone in our party thought it would have. If you need to ship anything I recommend these guys.

The only hiccup was the computer station was not working at the time. However, I was able to send my files via email which they promptly printed and I was on my way. Very efficient and helpful staff. You have the ability to send packages via UPS and USPS

Just horrible service. Put through an online print request a HUGE ORDER of 14 pages at less than $3 . It was important with time constraints though. Sent my daughter to get the print job and she was informed my print request submitted at 1130am wouldnt be ready until the next day. I repeat a 14 page document print on 8 1/2 x 11, black and white needs this much time. So I called they said we are short handed the website tells you when I told her only shows due date time which was at 6pm same day. She said well wait for the email itll tell you when its done. I said a 14 page print and you cant get that done. No we are short handed. In the business world is it not understood that urgency is critical, and excuses for a business because a supplier cant fulfill their portion is unacceptable. This is simply horrible and this franchise needs to consider another business like maybe open a DMV or something.

We went to this store to use their notary service.I can say without doubt the best visit to a store we ever experienced.Nick the notary was a funny guy and sometimes he didnt know he was doing it!The best part was a customer who was there, who turned out to be an amateur magician and treated us to an impromptu show.Great visit. This UPS Store has been exceptional all in service aspects from the set up of my mailbox all the way through making sure all my mail gets delivered on time. The Asst Manager Nick & Associate Emilio have made this experience more than just another shipping place. Emilio in fact was new when he signed me up for my mailbox and did an amazing job at it carefully walking me through the process. Max is also wonderful as well on making sure everything runs efficiently. You can’t forget Stephanie either with a charming personality. Would definitely recommend you do business with them!!!

Okay, so Emilio’s photoshop & illustrator skills are phenomenal at UPS! He helped me make multiple gift registry invitational prints for my upcoming baby shower. Kudos to Nick and Stephanie as well as they worked well as a team to bring my baby shower invitations to life. Great assistance with bright and colorful instant prints, created locally my nearest UPS store. Couldn’t ask for more!

I am so grateful to have this UPS store so close to me. Every employee that I have had the pleasure of dealing with is super helpful, patient, and pleasant. They were super helpful when I had questions about deliveries that I wasn’t getting at my new address, and even when I called them with questions (and I’ve overheard other people call with questions) they took their time to make sure I had all the info I needed. I take all my Amazon returns there, and recently discovered how easy it is to print (and fax!) things here! That has been a huge help since I don’t have a printer right now but I am selling things online frequently. And since this is much closer than any US Post office, I can just give them my USPS boxes after they print my labels to save me a trip! And this location is steadily busy but never crowded, plenty of easy parking. 10/10 great place for many office needs!

Stephanie and Naz were amazing! Stephanie went above and beyond to help us on our vacation. We had too much stuff to travel with in our cars so we had to ship all of our beach equipment via UPS. She helped us carry our gear, identify boxes and helped us pack them. She truly was our hero today.

This is my neighborhood store so I go there a couple times per week for all of my printing, mailing, and notary needs. I’ve built a great relationship and friendship with the staff especially Nick! He’s the best and I look forward to seeing him everytime I go he always takes care of me! His customer service is unmatched. And I refuse to go anywhere else.

Love this UPS Store location. The staff if super friendly, the lines are usually not to long but if they are the staff will all come out and make sure everyone gets in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And they always hook up our kids with lollipops.

Today, I went to the store (3017) before they were closing. I was the last customer leaving the store, but it felt like I was the first-morning customer. UPS 3017 in Kissimmee is a remarkable place- clean, well-organized, and efficient. Each and every customer is treated with courtesy and unfailing good humor. Nick, Steph, and Betzy work very well together with the goal of customer satisfaction for each of us. I get my mail January through March and often mail packages back to Maine. I truly appreciate their kindness and effort- A + to everyone there.

I am a UPS store customer from Northern California, in town for the Women in Aviation International conference at the Disney Coronados Springs Resort. As an Air Force veteran, I was one of the invited featured authors so I had packages of book award stickers shipped to the store from 3 different places. Both Nick and Steph provided OUTSTANDING customer service with a can-do attitude that was truly a breath of fresh air. I was able to connect with my packages even though the situation was a bit unusual. Nick also helped me get some items copied that I needed for my book signing. It all worked out perfectly and I was very happy. These two employees are the model of excellent customer service that we would all appreciate encountering on a daily basis. Thank you. I love this UPS store! Everyone is phenomenal and make you feel like family! From the first day Betzy helped me set up my mailbox to when they are super busy Nick and Stephanie always make sure to welcome me and let me know they will be right with me. We moved to a closer UPS store, but I still go to this one and keep my box because they are so great at everything they do. Not only do I have a mailbox there, I have had a few emails I need printed, sent to their inbox and printed out, made numerous copies, and will be using the notarizing service in the future. It is like my life source for everything, especially with our business. If we didnt have Betzy, Nick and Steph, I would have left once we got into our permanent home, got our own printer, and set up our office. They are invaluable and make UPS stand out as a company. If you need help getting anything done and quickly, go here!

Best service I had in Ive ever had in an UPS store. I send packages about twice per month and was surprised of Nick attention to detail and customer service. The store got slammed on a saturday before closing and he gave his best to every customer and was a pleasure to work with.

Grade A Service! We have a mailbox with this UPS store, so we can get our mail reliably and receive packages, something of an issue at the moment in our neighborhood as far as the postal service is concerned. The setup was very quick and easy for both my husband and me, and we have had nothing but great service so far. They are also a full service shipping facility, which is convenient for outgoing packages.

I would not recommend this business to anyone!!!My wife and I have been coming here for years.Not any more!!The manager was supposed be there yesterday at 10:00 am. She was a no show by 10:40 so we left.I attempted to mail a check, which I do every month. Nevertheless the check was lost.They kept telling me that it will be delivered today.When it wasn’t delivered, the manager said that it was my fault for not checking the address. After stop payment fees, and the fee I spent to mail the check, I was told by the manager that I was on my own.The address is stored in their computer and prints the label automatically. Apparently it printed the wrong address this time. I would think the employees would make sure they are mailing packages to the correct address. Isn’t that what they get paid for?Nick is the one to deal with if you have to go there. He should be managing this store, and in my opinion is the most knowledgeable.Otherwise you’re on your own!! The owner responded, that she hopes UPS refunded the money that I was out. If I took the package to the UPS office, they would have been responsible. The UPS store should be the one refunding the money Im out.

Rented a mailbox for while we were in the area for an extended stay. Amber the owner was very helpful getting me setup before we left home. The staff I dealt with were also helpful and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints and will use them again if Im staying in the area.UPDATE: Used this stores mailbox service again this year (2017) and was again very happy with the service I received. Amber again helped me get all setup before leaving home and the staff this year was even friendlier. Thanks again, and see you next time.

The 8am morning shift lady on 20th May 2019 did a wonderful job assisting my last min international express delivery request. Superb service, picking the most cost effective delivery method for me and I am genuinely impressed. You are amazing!

Great place to have a mailbox and do other office stuff you cant do at home. The customer service is exceptional, Nick, Betzy, Kayla, and new girl (sorry do not know your name yet, LOL) are all excellent and will go the extra mile to assist you. I am in there all the time chatting and fake working the customer service counter and they treat me like I do work there. To me it is like the barbershop, you go there and hangout, talk about local gossip and life. You forget this is a national chain when you are here, they know your name and even think of you when you are in the hospital. Probably on-par customer service with Disney.

I really enjoy the service they provide. I am loving the new management and all the staff is so friendly. They were able to provide me with shipping options including Postal and DHL rates. I was able to have them pack up ship my fragile glass item and they let me know it was guaranteed by them and I would have my money returned in the event there was loss or damage. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to mail things now!

This store customer service hasn’t been the same since Christy & Brittany left. The ladies are RUDE. There poor customer service is the reason I did not renew my mailbox service. I refuse to give my business to a store that allows this kind of service.
