These guys are life savers! Specially Paul. He took my Surface Pro 4 even when is a very complicated device and some shops wouldnt even take it in. Other shops said this device is so delicate and troublesome to work on, having a reputation of breaking easily just for opening them so badly that its in their black list of devices that they absolutely dont work on. However difficult the task was, Paul took it in, replaced the battery and had it ready the next day. My Surface Pro 4 is back to life! Its charging again like normal! Thanks CPR, and thanks Paul, youre awesome! 5*!
Ive had several devices repaired by CPR over the years. My experience has been positive each time, they have always done quality work and I have always felt theyve been upfront and honest with me. My son recently took his iPhone there that he had damaged, and it was going to be several hundred dollars to repair. When I reminded him he had insurance that would cost less than half what he would pay CPR, he called them immediately. They already had the phone apart but they were kind enough to put it back together and let him pick it up... no charge. To me, that says alot.
Replaced the back glass in my galaxy note phone. When I called they didnt have the part in stock, but were able to get it by the next day. Dropped off the phone, ran another quick errand, and was able to pick up the repaired phone 1/2 an hour after dropping it off. Polite professional staff, reasonable cost (~$80), quick service, phone looks like new! I hope not break my phone again, but if I do I will return here for the repair. Do suggest you call first about part availability to save yourself a trip if they happen to be out of stock. Highly recommend!
Paul was great! Got my issue resolved promptly & reasonably. I also appreciated he explained a lot and helped me understand what was needed
Even though they couldnt fix my google problem they were very polite and helpful.
I had a new battery installed in my Samsung Frontier watch. The process took about 20 minutes and the installation was perfect. I highly recommend CPR for delicate jobs like that !
Absolutely love this place and it’s employees! Have had nothing but good experiences and quality work done! Highly recommend!!!
Called about problem with broken piece of charger cord preventing me from charging iPad. Within a minute the broken piece was removed at no charge. I couldn’t leave without buying something! A custom was getting a screen protector installed. Mine had a rough edge and a piece of dirt under protector. For $40 I now have lifetime protection. Well worth the cost and peace of mind.
Quick and reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and communicated well with me. Liked it so much I sent my wife in today to repair her phone.
IPhone XR cracked screen. Ready in 45 minutes. Excellent service!
Not sure who thinks they are professional or polite. Took almost two minutes for someone to walk out of the back to the counter. Im sure this is fine as a last resort, but do yourself a favor and find another repair spot.
The folks at CPR are great. I took a laptop in that had stalled on a reset and was basically dead (would not boot up). I left the laptop with them and hey were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Super customer service every step of the way. Great quality and great value. Also, you can schedule a time to meet with a technician so you arent waiting in a line. Highly recommend!
The price to fix my front screenn was more than what I paid for the phone. I have an LG stylo
Super friendly and helpful. Got a screen protector replaced by Paul in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend CPR!
My husband had a small issue with his phone after having it repaired out of state at another CPR location while on essential travel. This location worked with the other location to quickly diagnose and repair his phone. We are so pleased with both locations of CPR. Its rare to find great customer service at one location of a business, but we found BOTH CPR locations to be wonderful with customer service and knowledge! We will recommend all our friends and family to check out CPR when they have phone issues.
I accidentally WASHED my phone in the washing machine for about 5-10 minutes Christmas Day. The next day, I took my iPhone 11 to CPR in Turkey Creek. The speakers sounded terrible and the facial ID wasn’t working at all.I’m sorry that I waited two weeks to leave a review because I no longer remember the name of the gentleman that helped me out. He made sure the phone was completely dried out (using a dehydrator of some sort), which solved the issue with the speakers. Unfortunately, the facial ID will probably not work ever again, but that’s a small price to pay for a hugely idiotic mistake.Service was friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and promptly repaired my phone.
I actually had an appointment with another service provider down the street. I arrived at the appointed time and saw an embarrassing display of an employee locked out of the business and another one angrily speeding out of the parking lot. I decided this was not the place for me and drove off. I just happened to look over and see CPR as I was passing by and thought I would give them a try. I found Paul who was extremely professional and fixed my cracked iPad screen in only a couple of hours. Quick and quality service! I would definitely recommend!
He fixed my daughter’s broken cell phone. He did a good job. She is very happy with it.
Did a fantastic job, were very helpful in tracking down a missing part to get repair completed.
Great service and great prices. I highly recommend for any problem. I was quoted over $400 at another place. CPR fixed my problem for $40. They also fixed my hubbys phone for hundreds less than quoted other places very fast. I will be using CPR from now on and recommending to anyone.
Long story short I cant say anything good about this company at all. I recommend avoiding this location and company at all costs. While their employees are nice and apologetic, actions speak louder than words and words dont replace devices.I took my fully functional pixel 4 xl to this location to have a cosmetic crack repaired under insurance and left with a inoperable phone. The microphone doesnt work, no cellular service, broken wireless charging and no haptic feedback motor. Basically I now have a paperweight.I have received nothing but the run around regarding replacing the device and nothing but lies regarding callbacks to right the wrong.I have been nothing but polite while attempting to get the phone replaced but I have now been without a working phone since November 17th. I have gone to the location multiple times since and been told they will call me and I never receive any calls and I have phone records to prove that as well. The location makes false claims that they are waiting for a call back from the insurance company and yet the insurance company has fully disclosed the phone conversations they have had with the location and never has the insurance representative ever claimed they would call them with any information at all. Its actually against the insurance companys rules to do so as they can not talk about customer account information with anyone but the account holder. The insurance company tells me the problem is between me and the location.Last time I heard from CPR, I was told the store owner and manager was coming in together to correct the issue and get the problem resolved yet I never got a call and still dont have a working phone. I have waited through Thanksgiving and been unable to even speak with family during the holiday due to this ridiculous situation.I am still open to allowing them (CPR) to fix this problem by replacing my phone with a same or comparable spec device or I will be forced to seek additional actions; possibly legal action is on the table if the problem isnt resolved in the next couple days.I didnt want to go this route but CPR has left me no choice since they have refused to actually do anything to fix the damages they made beside giving me the run around with waiting and callbacks.
I had a screen protector for my iPhone replaced. It was quick & easy. Since my screen protector was under warranty, I only paid $10 for installation. Good customer service!
They were able to replace an Ipad screen in just a couple of hours and did an excellent job. Very easy to work with, knoweldgeable, and courteous. Highly recommended.
Great and fast service! I can highly recommend CPR
I seem to have serious cell phone issues on a regular basis. These people are very patient, and treat you like family.
I had came in a few days ago with my touch screen unable to sense touch and they had fixed the problem in 30 min but later I had found out my camera didn’t work and when I got a call I had to put in on speaker to hear the other person. I did not expect CPR to care about this mishap since I have had bad experiences with OTHER places so I put up my review. The following morning I had gotten a call from their lead tech, I assume, and he was willing to fix it and he was polite and professional about it. I went to get it fixed and it only took 7-10 minutes and now my phone is like new again and I am glad I gave them my business and if I get any more technical problems I will go to them again👍🏼👍🏼
Very knowledgeable staff. Changed out my battery very quickly and at a fair price. These people know their stuff!
Excellent customer service and I actually watched him do the repair. Fair price, clean store. What else could I ask for?? I was very pleased with my touchscreen repair and would highly recommend this location.
I had dropped my phone and damaged the screen protector. It did its job and my screen was fine. I stopped by to have the screen protector replaced (under warranty). They were friendly and did the job and professionally. I would definitely them for most all that they offer.
Original OEM part. Installed. Seems to be working fine. On time. Fair price. What else is there? But here is the best part: When I went in on Day 1, the man said he was not really experienced to work on this model, but the man I wanted to do the job would be on duty the following day. He made me an appointment for the next afternoon. I loved his honesty and humility. From now on, CPR will always be my first choice.
Couldn’t ask for better service. Friendly team, fast service, just quick repairs. Much appreciated.
My phone battery was not holding a charge. I was charging my phone 3 to 4 times a day. These guys were able to help find me a new battery and a new back for my phone since it was shattered for a really good price. They were fast with the repair and then even helped me clean it up so it would run faster. Saved me a lot more money than having to buy a brand new phone. Thank you so much for your help!
Good communication. Quality service. Made sure the repair was correct and working
Great service...very fast
These guys are great. They lay it all out and don’t pull any punches. Great workmanship and very personable.I highly recommend them !!!
Lost a phone because of malfunctioning the day my family went to Disney. No way to recover the phone, CPR, was my last hope. While the phone ended up being a loss, CPR tried every possible avenue to find a solution for me and my family. I could not further recommend this place for their knowledge and effort in caring for customers. I will never take a non-working phone anywhere else, and I live over an hour away.
Quick response to my initial email and was in-and-out within 5 minutes. Great experience all around.
Could not ask for better service or price. My Samsung was locked and 3 different places told me it could not be fixed just buy a new phone. Paul at CPR in Turkey Creek said right the opposite and had it fixed in 20 minutes while I waited. Great place!
I had great experience there service was awesome
I have a 2 year old iPhone as had a screen protector bought with my phone from Verizon.According to Verizon, the lifetime warranty on the screen protector required a claim and 6 bucks to replace. The good folks at Verizon sent me to CPR. For 10 bucks Paul at CPR replaced the ugly screen protector I had with a new one installed. My phone looks brand new after a 10 minute visit to CPR.Great job!
I could not ask for faster, reasonably priced service when the representative replaced my screen glass. I would highly recommend CPR in Turkey Creek. He was meticulous>
In and out in with 30 minutes a new battery for my smartphone. Its an OEM battery so it now holds a charge like when it was new. For $87, its well worth the price compared to the cost of a new phone.
Super fast service!
Needed a repair on my iPad mini 3. Apple told me it couldn’t be repaired, that I’d have to purchase a new one. Took it to CPR after reading reviews- the service was great and they fixed it in about an hour for $80.
I had an older laptop that I really needed to keep running for a while. I went to CPR, asked if they work on laptops, showed the person there the problem I was having (a problem with the LCD), and they said they could try to fix it.They made me sign a waiver basically requiring me to hold them harmless if they should break my laptop worse than it already was. Then they proceeded to do exactly that.Since the person I spoke with said that they might be able to get to it by that evening, I started to wonder why they hadnt called me back after 24 hours had passed. I was told by the person who worked on it that he might be able to fix it, but that it would probably not stay fixed and would continue to have problems.I went to pick it up that same evening. I waited several minutes before the person who worked on it brought it to the counter and showed it to me. The plastic frame around the screen was detached at the bottom right side. There was apparently no screw inside the housing there. Part of the frame was also bent all out of shape. He explained that the threads in the housing were completely stripped, that he couldnt get a screw to stay inside of it, and that this is what was causing the problem with the monitor.I pointed out that the screw was intact and not falling out when I brought to them, yet I did indeed have a problem with the display on the monitor. He got irritated, and told me that they dont use power drills on the computers, and therefore they could not possibly have caused the damage to the laptop.I wasnt sure what in the world not using a power drill had to do with it. But, being a person who, while not able to do many of my own computer repairs, I do use screwdrivers fairly regularly, and I know that yes, it is possible to strip the threads, especially on a plastic laptop frame, if youre not careful. But, to my attempts to point this out to him, he would only point at my laptop and insist, Look: Its had damage. Its had damage.I asked if he could at least put the laptop back together the way I brought it in. He said yes. I waited 20-30 minutes, and he brought it back out saying that, sorry, he couldnt do it.When I got home and was able to look at it more closely, I looked underneath the loose, pried-apart frame of my laptop: There was a screw sitting in the housing. It was the wrong size.I dont know. Maybe they do better work on cell phones. But they would still have to know how to use a screwdriver. My recommendation: Dont sign their waiver. Dont let them anywhere near your electronic equipment.
Easy next day appointment. Replaced iPad screen and good as new. Time required was less than 2 hours. Would definitely use again!
Everyone was so helpful. Unfortunately, my cellphone died and just wouldnt turn on before they were able to receive the battery that was needed for my phone. They returned my money back with no hassle at all. You dont get good services very often anymore and this company goes beyond to help out their customers. Best of Luck, CPR!
I had great communication with Michael via email. He matched a competitor price and best of all they fixed same day and they went above and beyond because they did it in one hour! UBreakIFix gave me some bogus price to repair of $149! I would not even trust those guys! But CPR I would trust and bring my business here again. Thank you!
This place is AWESOME!!!!! I dropped my iPhone 5s and completely shattered the front screen...sad day. After using it, in this condition, for a couple of days and getting glass all over my hands and face. I stumbled across CPR Cell Phone Repair, called them up and found that they could fix my phone and they said they could have it done within an hour!!! I was very pleased to hear that, also the fact that they were the cheapest in town. Took my phone to them, dropped it off, and the guy told me it would be about 30-45 min. I went and got some lunch and while I was at lunch, they called my wifes phone informing us that my phone was already done!! I couldnt believe how quickly they had repaired my phone, it was phenomenal! My phone has been working great ever since then. I also like the fact that they warranty their work, told me that I had a 6 month warranty, if the part was defective I could just bring it back. Overall, my experience was AMAZING!! They were very kind and helpful with everything. THANK YOU CPR!!! You will forever have my business and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know:)
Quick service at a great price. Very helpful too.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!I cannot say enough about CPR’s sales staff, courtesy, knowledge and professionalism. By chance I had not one, but two phones go down in one week.I found CPR online and they were able to fix my screen within an hour. The other phone needs a new battery, and it was ordered today. I’ll have the other phone up and running by the end of next week.I can only say WOW!! I highly recommend CPR for any problem or situation you might be encountering. Nothing but old school professionalism. One thing I do know: If I ever need help with my phone/phones, my first stop without question will be CPR. Thanks to everyone once again!!!
We were served with promptness and integrity and kindness. Whilebeing most professional you were neighbourly and kind. Thank you.We will certainly tell others and point them to you for Cell Phone business.
Staff is detailed, knowledgeable and professional!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their repairs are quick and at a fair price. No appointment was needed.
After trying to get the back glass for my LG from the usual distributor w/o success. The technichian ordered it from a different source to fulfill my need. I go runaround from different CPR location which was carging me almost double the price! I was very satisfied w/theyre commitment to true Customer Satisfaction! Thank U guys ;~D
Faster than expected service. Professional and polite. Very helpful
My wife had a Galaxy III that had a cracked glass but the LCD was still good.. while most repair places are willing to replace the LCD, very few have technicians who will change just the glass. We dropped off the phone with an estimated time of two hours but we were pleased when we got a call to pick it up less than an hour later.I would recommend CPR to anyone. Yes, youre throwing the dice when you let a third party company make repairs to your phone but it was very obvious to me that the employees at CPR know how to make repairs and make them properly
My LCD screen broke, non functional. Transferred all my contacts & pictures as requested. Ate late lunch upon return phone was done. So far no problems excellent job.
I dropped my phone in a cup of water and was terrified it broke. I called the store and they gave me instructions on what to do (turn off, dont charge). I brought it in later and the store associate looked at it. He told me there was no water damage but just in case he would put it in the dehydrator. Ten minutes later he gave me my fully functioning phone back and didnt charge me for his services. They were SUPER nice and VERY helpful. If you have an issue with your phone dont bother taking it to Verizon, sprint, etc. Take it to these guys and let them at least look at it. They are great! Highly recommend.
Excellent service. ..
They were courteous and knowledgeable. My phone works great now. They sell a screen protector they replace free of charge if it cracks. Unlike where Ive gone in the past here in Knoxville. Thanks again.
Be careful. Each location has different prices for services. I believe I was quoted a lower price than they charged me at the Turkey Creek location. Aaron of CPR felt certain he quoted me the higher price. I hope he IS certain because Im certain I will not use them again.
Did what we needed done to fix my Note 8.
Glad they stock the Moto Z4 screams! Not everyone does.
Great and fast service. Will use for all my repair needs.
Staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldnt recommend anyone else.
The service was fantastic. So pleased with all the help! Above and beyond.
Shattered my iPhone 6s glass face. I went into CPR in Turkey Creek (Knoxville). The gal was very nice. Left my phone, it was done in 45 minuets. Great experience....would recommend to others.
Good work. Fair process. Phones are like new again.
Friendly service and fast repair. I needed a new glass screen saver put on. It was done in 5 minutes & I was on my way. Better than going to Verizon or Best Buy!
Saved me. If Id gone elsewhere it would have cost me an arm and a leg just to open up the phone. They opened it up, made a diagnosis and repair, all in fifteen minutes. My phone has worked great ever since (about a week ago).If I could give advice it would be by the insurance they offer you when you get the phone. If I could give a second piece of advice it would be that the moment something happens your first stop should be to CPR in Turkey Creek. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
The customer service was amazing and very helpful! I greatly appreciated it. They fixed the problem and the service was fast
Took iPhone 6 Plus in to what we thought needed the charging port replaced, but all it needed was a good cleaning. They didnt even charge us for it and it took like 3 mins to fix. They have also replaced two phones screens for us in the past and everything has been great! Thanks!
About two weeks ago i dropped my galaxy s3 and broke the glass. The phone still functioned so i continued to use it. After finding a piece of glass in my ear i had to fix it. I found the parts online and tried to repair the phone myself. Bad Idea! I got the glass on nicely but the screen wouldnt come back on. UH OH... Decided to go to a pro. I called your store and they were very friendly and helpful. I explained to them my situation and they informed me that my phone was probably fine and i had only damaged the LCD. That was relieving to hear!! They assured me they had my parts in stock and could fix my phone. When arriving the store was a little busy but the crew were quick about acknowledging i was there. I talked to a guy and explained to him my story up til this point. he confidently confirmed that my phone was fixable and could be repaired TODAY!! He was very courteous and respectful. He took my information and they called me within an hour saying my phone was fixed. AWESOME AND FAST... Overall I was very pleased with the amazing and speedy service. My phone looks as good as new and even works a little bit smoother.Thank You CPR. You are truly lifesavers.
I called from home in NC to see it they had the screen protector I needed, they did. So I was coming to Farragut to see my daughter and went in and had it replaced in less than 10 minutes!
Outstanding customer service! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be back. I highly recommend them.
They replaced my iPhone screen quickly and for a fair price. They were easy to work with and I will be a return customer!
My Samsung Edge 7 Galaxy phone was nearly inoperable after a recent system update. After a re-boot attempt failed to fix the problem, I tried a second attempt and I couldnt even get it to power off and re-boot. The repair person was extremely helpful and just knew a secret about holding the volume and power button down at the same time, and then went to a menu and got it to re-start. Amazing! dont know how I would have ever know that. Would recommend - and did I mention there was no charge? Sweet!
Excellent service. Paul is an excellent, knowledgeable, intuitive manager! Excellent, quality repair! Recommend!
Amazing place, they are very thorough about their charges & services, as well as, quick.Easy to talk to. Couldnt ask for any better service or place. ^_^
I had dropped off my HTC U11 to have the screen and back glass replaced. Of course with this phone the parts had to be ordered which is understandable but ordering the wrong screen for it is not. Not only are they the cell phone repair business and me telling them the model this mistake shouldnt have happened which caused me to go longer without my phone. Some other things happened but once I received my repaired phone I noticed one of the special and main functions was not working. I went to settings and it was disabled, i turned it on and my phone went crazy. With the new screen repair the Edge Sense function will not work properly now. I called CPR and informed them, i was told i would be given a call back which i havent received. Upon a few days of use i have noticed my charger cable will no longer stay in the phone which causes me an issue on charging. Bottom line is they should have informed me of the issues, especially after going in and disabling the function. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will i use them in the future.ISSUES: was charged more than told (due to their mistake), long wait for device (due to their mistake, phone does not work properly in areas that worked before repairs (after the repairs by CPR) and dishonest
The staff went above and beyond to assist me. I know these fixes arent always black and white and they did an excellent job getting me back up and running. Renee was super. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit and will return myself.
Very friendly staff. Speedy service. Phone is working great so far...son smiling because screen is fixed!
Dont go here..while they do OK repair work, they refuse to own up to their mistakes. When I took my phone in to have the screen repaired, my SD card was fully functional. When I got the phone back, my phone now says the SD card is damaged and will not let me save anything to it or format it. The associates at the store tried to blame the brand of card, but it was a brand new card and worked fine just minutes before I entered their store. Dont take anything there that you want back in complete working order- not only will you have to pay the repair cost, youll also have to pay to repair stuff that wasnt even broken to begin with.
Great experience. Reasonably priced, exceptional service.
The service was great, replaced cracked screen quickly and rear camera. The cost was one-half of what my insurance was on the phone to replace it! I highly recommend CPR!!!
Replaced my screen saver promptly with no hassle. Excellent customer service
The WORST service I have ever experienced.Monday - a quote was given that a Galaxy S7 edge display would be repaired by Wednesday.Received a call on Wednesday - a defective part was received. Given an extended quote of Thursday. I understand. It happens.Received a call on Thursday - the incorrect carrier version of the replacement display was ordered. Not fine. All pertinent information was given to CPR and the S7 edge was in their possession. I find it difficult to understand how a business would waste the time of a customer due to such carelessness.Unprofessionalism at its finest.
Fast, efficient service.
Aaron was patient and knowledgeable regarding battery changes for two IPhones. Thank you!
Easy and gentleman was very efficient! Will go back if necessary 😁
Worst experience as a consumer anywhere. Rene at this store does not need to interact with public at any level. I brought in a phone for a simple screen repair. I got the phone back not repaired and lost the home button function and the phone is not making or receiving calls, this was not the issue at all prior. Joey was explaining to me what could of possibly caused the issue while Rene was yelling from the back room telling me I need to go take up with Apple, and as I said I’m a paying customer, I payed 135 dollars to get it fixed she goes “wooho” mocking me. I have this whole conversation recorded for proof if somebody from the CPR corporate wants to see how their employees interact with customers. I will be holding CPR liable for any repairs I encounter from Apple in regards to fixing this issue!!!! I would not recommend anyone take their phones to this location, or any unauthorized repair shop!!
Horrible customer service. Basically ran me out the store when I was needing work done these guys are not where you want to take your laptops or cell phones they are very shady to work with - consumer beware ‼️
Great experience. Staff was very helpful.
My Volume Up button was stuck after my phone dropped and nothing worked anymore. A shop on Greeneville didnt want to help us cause they dont know this kind of phone. So we went to CPR, the friendly employees fixed my phone without any problems. I couldnt ask for a better customer service.
Do not use this location! I was afraid for my safety when dealing with the manager and I had to file a police report because he physically intimidated and threatened me.I brought my phone in for a screen repair. I was quoted that it would be 1hr to repair once they got the part. Instead of a 1 hr, I was without my phone for 2 days. In the course of those 2 days they ordered the wrong color part (which I was understanding about and said it was OK), they shattered the back of my phone and had to order an additional part (again I was understanding about), the part did not arrive in the time frame they promised (my phone was still in their possession and was unable to be used). When it was finally repaired (from both the initial damage AND the damage THEY did) two days after I dropped it off, I asked if they would be willing to compensate me for my time lost and understanding about the situation. Not only did they do nothing to compensate me for my troubles, the manager on duty yelled at me and physically intimidated/threatened me andcalled the police on ME. I had to file a police report bc the manager physically intimidated me so much I was afraid for my safety and well being. I beg you not to use this location for any repairs as the manager is volatile and dangerous.
After a very negative experience at the Apple store where the only solution to my phone battery problem was to buy a new phone, CPR put a new battery in my phone in 30 minutes and it is working perfectly. I am very pleased.
Went in for screen protector replacement.. Quick repair new protector looks great!!
CPR is great. They do a great job and are always nice and informative. We took our phone in 25 mins before they closed and Renee stayed 10 mins after close to get the job done. Excellent customer service!
