This is my first experience with the eye group. Very courteous staff. I saw Dr Dutton. He was very thorough and made sure I got the prescription I needed for my contacts. They filed the insurance claim for me and made my experience easy and enjoyable.I highly recommend the Eye Group.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful and the lady that helped me pick my frames was friendly and helpful. She made a very hard task enjoyable. I am looking forward to getting my glasses and I am so so hopeful that the Lense will be perfect the first time. So far my experience deserves a 5.

Friendly staff, thorough eye exam, will definitely continue to go back. Dr. Cross was the best. We’re new to the area and he even offered names for other doctors such as dentist and internist.

Dr. Cross was great with my 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son. My son had a hard time sitting still, but everyone was patient with him, including Connor during his prescreening scans. It was a great experience!

Nice office and staff. They need to change their oftice hours on the web and on their voicemail. They are not open until 1 on Saturdays. They are closed. I drove 45 minutes for nothingGot a call letting me know why they had a mix up in the hours of operation postings. They are mailing me my glasses and including a gas gift card for my trouble!

My appointment was at the South office and the customer service was great! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I wanted a certain style of glasses that werent on display and the Technician went in the back and brought out (3) trays of frames and I found my perfect frames! Dr. Cross was so nice and very professional and the eye tech Michaye was friendly and professional as well. Ill definitely be going back!❤

Dr. Dorian is very professional and knowledgeable in his exams. He takes plenty of time to answer questions and explain things as he works. Kristy is the BEST at helping pick out frames. She makes great suggestions and offers wonderful feedback on what the frames actually look like on your face!!

Just walked in forgot my mask in my car. They lady ask if I had a mask. I told her No, not right now.“Well we require a mask at all times”Which I could agree with, so I turned around and began to my vehicle.She then says that they have some extra that she could loan me. I thought hey that’s nice.So I put the mask on and she then pulls out a temple thermometer(not the most accurate in my personal opinion) so then I’m thinking all I want to do is get an inexpensive set of glasses lady. She takes my temp and it reads 99 degrees. She looked at one of hxvfgcxc xe is Cr co-workers and tells her that I’m at 100. Percent free g I ggsaid no way. She then continues to theY ask me if how I’m feeling. And Have I come in I ZzAzz🥱contact with anyone with the virus. So she ended up taking the a my temp again. I’m like really . You’re cjust gonna make up some number anyways.Anyway to make this story short. I kinda got kicked out

Dr Lane, best eye doctor Ive ever had, hands down. Had a problem seeing double for 3 years and no doctors could figure out what it was until he examined my eyes. Spot on. Good at listening, asks the right questions.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. This was my wife and I first time going to this business after recommendations from her coworkers. Paperwork can be submitted online in which saves time when customers arrive. Very thorough eye exam and a large selection of both glasses and sun glasses. Thanks to Debbie for changing our appointments to get us in earlier after a cancellation. Being one who hates to go for eye exams and picking out frames, the staff here gives you ample time to to make a selection without rushing customers to move on to the next one. We will recommend to family and friends.

No change necessary the staff is friendly doctor Manning is great they also explained to me that I have 90 days to come back for my contact lens fitting so I would not change anything. I like this facility to stay the way it is

The staff at Eye Group on Chapman Hwy have always been very nice and my little miracle workers were able to fix sunglasses I had in the case but had accidentally ran over with my car. Talk about a lifesaver!

Overall, the service I recieved was excellent and they were able to get me right in the door to get treated for an eye infection. I was a new customer and I was very thankful to get assistance especially in such a short notice as a new patient! Other than a billing issue that got resolved, there had been no problems to report! I recommend calling instead of just walking in for an appointment, since they are a busy clinic and you should recieve a prompt service.

The provider (Rust) appeared to be more interested in being social that attending to the needs of the patient. He did not listen to the desires of the patient and sent me out the door with vision worse than when I walked into the office. I voiced my complaint to the Optician but she ignored me also and was more interested in how I was going to pay for the visit. I recieved better care at the eye clinics in Walmart.
