I got a beautiful silver and ruby necklace and matching ring here about a month ago. I am constantly getting compliments on how gorgeous it is. It is my favorite to wear now and I love it so much! The price was very good. Im planning on returning to do some Christmas shopping for my sister and daughters this year here. I love wearing silver and they have the best selection of silver jewelry in all of Knoxville! They also do jewelry repair, jewelry cleaning, sale watches, and fix watches! Four Winds Jewelry did an excellent job fixing my Rolex! The watchmaker explained to me what was likely the issue, the timeline it would take, and the cost for my watch repair. Everything was very honest and upfront and I appreciate that. The repair was done quick! Other stores in town told me they couldnt fix it and had to send it out if I wanted it fixed, and one other store even told me it couldnt be fixed. I am very pleased with the service here and will definitely be a return customer.

My father and I went into Bos store on a Saturday afternoon for a watch repair. Bo was very helpful and he became a fast friend of my dad. I enjoyed the friendly service and was happy my dad got his watch fixed. Definitely recommend Bos shop.

RUDE EVEN ON THE PHONECalled to get a quote on a $500 dollar watch that holds sentimental value to me. He proceeds to laughingly say how servicing would cost $350-$400 and said that the service costs as much as the watch does. Then he told me the whole process he has to do for this watch. I called my old watchmaker and got a quote for $170. I will happily make my 45 minute drive to save money and not deal with someone as rude as him.

All the repairs are done in store by a watchmaker with over 30 years of experience. He is a trained professional and he does the job right. Hes always honest and up front about what needs to be done and the prices are reasonable. Over the years he has changed countless watch batteries for me, cleaned and serviced several of my Rolexes, pressure tested several of my watches, and done a lot of other watch repair work that I needed. The owner of Four Winds Jewelry Bo is incredible at his craft. I took him a mans gold Signet ring that had accidentally gotten run over.The ring was flattened and twisted this ring had been my Grandfathers ring given to my Dad as a teenage when his Dad passed away suddenly. My Grandmother had saved it telling me how sad it made my Dad.She told I could have it to use the gold to have something made from it. I took this mangled ring to Bo at Four Winds Jewelry and he repaired it and it was gorgeous!!! I gave the ring to my Dad for his birthday, he couldnt believe he would ever see that ring on his finger ever again.

Stay away! I took 3 watches in to check out if they needed just batteries or repair. After disappearing for a few minutes, he came out to say he needed only to replace the batteries. I was charged $60.00 only to discover after a week that all 3 watches lagged seriously with keeping time. He gave me used batteries for sure. Think twice before you go because he also not BBB accredited.

Amazing service. You cant go wrong bringing your watches and jewelry here. Ive had two different watches repaired by four winds in the last 10 years (a Rolex and a Tag) and they have run perfectly since. I took two of my rings in to be sized and one also needed a stone reset last week. I just picked them up and they look great. My rings all look perfect and they fit now! He also cleaned them for free while he was working on them anyway and my diamonds are stunning now. Its amazing what a difference his professional touch makes! Absolutely a gem here in Knoxville. I inherited an omega and a Hamilton wristwatch and an old German pocket watch from my grandfather. All three were in need of cleaning and restoration. I took those watches to every jewelry store I could find in west Knoxville for pricing on repair. Every store wanted to send the watches out. The estimates were sky high.A friend at work told me about Bo at Four Winds Jewelry. She works for the UT athletic department and said that all of the coaches and administration in her office always use him. She said even Pat Summit wouldnt let anyone touch her watches but Bo. I took the watches to him and he was able to clean and service both wristwatches in the store for much less money then to have them sent out. They run great. The old pocket watch needed several parts made and he made them right in his store on a lathe. It too runs great and I am very impressed. I intend to give the watches to my sons for Christmas. Thank You Bo for saving my grandfathers watches.

He repaired the part of my watch that was broken, cleaned the watch and made it look brand new, and he even replaced the crystal. A few months ago I came in and asked the owner about their custom jewelry design. I had a specific cocktail ring in mind and wanted to have it custom made. I picked a beautiful mounting and had it set with rubies. I am so glad I came here, because the final ring is more beautiful then I had even imagined. This is the best jewelry store in Knoxville. I just found this store last week in West Knoxville and Im so glad I did. My Tag was in need of a new battery. I stopped in and the watchmaker was very friendly. He talked with me about watches for a minute and took my watch right back and did the job. I was in and out quickly and the price was fair. I dont just let anyone touch my watches. It important to me that the work is done by a professional watchmaker. Anything less is a gamble with your property and a risk I wont take. Overall, I have found my new watchmaker and couldnt be more pleased about it.

He did all the work himself in-store. He is a professional watchmaker and knows what he is doing. He is the REAL DEAL. I had my watch repaired here a few weeks ago and it is running perfectly now. I am so pleased with this service! The price I paid was very good. I had gotten water in my watch and could see condensation inside the crystal... he took it apart and cleaned and dried everything and now its good as new. Im glad I found this store. Ive received great service every time Ive been to Four Winds Jewelry. I recently had my Rolex serviced here and its running perfect now. I would say that hands down this is the best watch repair service in Tennessee. All the work is done by a real watchmaker in store. None of the other places in town have that. Four Winds has an expert watchmaker who does the highest quality work in Knoxville. This is the only place I trust to touch my watches. I found this store around 8 years ago when I needed my Rolex submariner repaired. It had some damage from a recent vacation, the price for my repair was very fair and the work was exceptional. I really appreciate how honest and upfront Bo is with his customers. He always explains different options and is truthful. It makes me feel good to know my repairs are being done in the store. This is the only store in Knoxville that has a real watchmaker doing repairs in store. Bo has been a watchmaker for 30 years, so he knows what hes doing with watches. I recently had my wifes Rolex datejust cleaned and serviced here, its running great and Im very pleased with the price. Bo is the best watchmaker Ive ever dealt with. Cant trust him. Ripped off my wife when she bought a battery for remote for her car. She tried it outside his store. It didnt work and she went right back into store to tell him. He screamed at her and told her to get out of his store. Lost $17. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I called this shop to find a part for a Rolex movement I am working on. This is purely a movement that wasn’t working that I purchased and I’m trying to teach myself as a fun hobby. The owner was very rude and said he doesn’t want any part of that and that I was a hobbyist at best. Sir you are correct that it is a hobby and I was calling you for a part. Nothing more than a person trying to buy a part. You could have been friendly and said that you don’t sell parts and i wouldn’t have thought a thing of it. No worries though and I will never call you again for anything. Btw you have serviced two Rolex’s for my family in the past and due to your attitude you will never do so again.

I always get my watch work done here. The owner is very honest and upfront with me and I like that. He changes my batteries while I wait most of the time. I feel like every repair Ive had done here over the last five or so years since I found this store was fairly priced and the job was done right. I feel like this store is the perfect example of how great a small business can be to enrich our community here in Knoxville. There is a real clock and watch-smith here that practices his trade masterfully and the service I have gotten here has always been the highest quality possible.

I had the crystal replaced on my watch. When I got it back, the third hand did not work and there was still glue visible around the edges the watch. Sloppy work. After being told at a major national jewelry store that my watch needed to be sent for repair at a minimum cost of $75, I went to Four Winds. The fine gentleman fixed my watch for $22.I highly recommend.

I work in customer service on a day-to-day basis and it is safe to say that the customer service at this location is lacking. The gentleman was very rude while talking to the client before me and myself. He also was belittling when it came to my watch in regards to the watches that he custom makes and how most people couldnt afford them. I tell you what I cant afford and its not the watches. I cant afford a very poor attitude and a big large dog up on me shedding hair on my dress pants thats not professional. I wouldnt recommend doing business here.

I am still sitting outside this jeweler... He tried to coax me to come in while his big husky roamed around even though I informed him of my discomfort but that was one thing. I just needed a replacement band for my 1950s Ernest Borel cocktail watch. He told me firstly he had no bands...I started asking about other watches so he was ready to sell me.. He pull out at 35.00 band that did not fit my watch after he already inspected it. I thought he was a jeweler... So while I was looking through a rack of bands (he did not initially have) I noticed a band exactly like mines but longer which is what I needed for 17.00... He said well I charge 25.00 to fit the band.. Really? I walked out.. What a shady business man..

I stopped in to inquire about getting an automatic watch regulated. The gentleman I spoke with was arrogant and first stated that automatic watches needed to be serviced every 3 years, but then insisted that mine was out of service, being 2 years old. When I politely asked to confirm the price for a service that he had mentioned in passing, he became defensive, stating I get it every day. I said thank you, and left, and will not return. Incidentally, their selection was not impressive.

Both my father in law and I have had numerous watches serviced and completely overhauled by Bo, the owner. He has replaced TAG Heuer batteries (including pressure testing) at a much lower cost than the TAG factory, and faster, as well. We have also had numerous Breitling and Rolex watches serviced, including complete overhauls over the past decades. He is by far the most knowledgable, yet fairly priced watch technician in the area.In fact, Im heading there now to get another diver watch serviced ...

Took two watches here to be fixed and both stopped working. I went back to the store and was told that the watches were poor quality and it was nothing that he did. Huh! One was a vintage Timex! I guess he doesnt know quality when he sees it. I wont be returning to this shop!
