Im not someone who leaves reviews. But I had to review this store and their staff. I worked with Elizabeth and she helped custom make the most beautiful ring for my now fiancé. She is so knowledgeable. I went to 3 or 4 other stores but she was the only person to take the time to tell me about the diamond I was buying. She was always available to answer questions by phone or text, even when she wasnt in the store! That is customer service, in my book! Her professionalism is unmatched. I will never go to another jewelry store or buy from anyone other than Elizabeth. Im now a Jared customer for life.
I brought in a very tangled necklace and Darcy, the assistant manager took so much time to help me. Wendy also was wonderful. All the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. I would encourage you to come browse their store and check out all the beautiful pieces they have.
Every time I go in here, Megan is always able to show me just what I want without me knowing I wanted it! That can hurt my wallet but she always asks me the most out of box questions and then is able to find me the perfect watch or gift Im looking for. Amazingly knowledgeable.

I have always had great experiences at Jareds, but my encounter with Christy, yesterday, was beyond exceptional! I had purchased a silver chain several months ago, along with the life-time warranty. Well, unfortunately, I had to take my chain in for repair. This chain was not just another piece of jewelry in my collection. THIS chain held the thumbprints of my deceased parents. Christy did everything to assure me that she was interested in the importance of value I have for this necklace. Just that personal connection of meeting my need was huge. Friendly staff, huge selection of jewelry and watches, and they follow all the Covid cleaning procedures in between each customer. I recommend this store mostly because of the warm and friendly service that is attentive but doesn’t pressure you to buy. The family friendly environment in the store is great too. It’s got lots of precious gemstones but the people there are down to earth and genuinely care about you and gaining your long term business. You will not regret your decision to go shop with John the manager and his amazing team at Jared. Best jewelry store in Knoxville. Every staff member, and especially the manager, John, understand how to treat clients and to keep them coming back for years to come. Multiple salesperson descended upon us like vultures to roadkill. They did return our online purchases, once we pointed out the statement on our receipt that said they would. Beautiful and varied jewelry displays. Chocolate diamond jewelry was a treat for the eyes. Jared has discontinued carrying Pandora FYI.

What a treat. My wife and I went Sunday looking for a first ring for our daughter. We worked with John Fair. What an amazing gentleman. There is nothing better than working with someone that has the knowledge and the interest in what you are looking for but isnt pushy. He took care of us and we left completely satsified. I will be going back in today to pick up the ring after it was sized and even received a courtesy call yesterday to let me know it is ready. I really appreciate the customer service. I went in to this location to order a ring I had designed online, with the intent to get a professional opinion and open to change. I met with Elizabeth and showed her the ring, and she told me they had a very similar one there that I could physically see and purchase if I was open to it. The ring she showed me was almost identical but she assured me that the ring itself was of similar price but way higher of quality being made me Tacori. She helped me pick a stone that would fit the ring and educated me in the difference of everything diamonds are rated on, lab diamonds vs natural diamonds. Im so excited to see the final product when the stone is set and even more excited to see the face of my significant other when she sees it. I will definitely be back in the future to work with Elizabeth to help us pick the wedding bands when the day comes.
I love Jared. I am a normal income kind of dude so the fact I have a charge account for anniversary every year is nice. They have a very nice selection from inexpensive to OMG expensive so I recommend them for any man looking to hook his wife up!

They are very dedicated to their mask policy.If it falls down or not over your nose they will let you know.Not really a big deal but I have trouble breathing wearing them.I dont necessarily believe in the benefits either so it was a little annoying.The staff was helpful and I did purchase an engagement ring.If it wasnt so important too me I would have just went somewhere else.

So upset that I am crying! My ring was broken during what should have been a simple inspection and polishing. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The bad reviews are REAL. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and now my wedding ring is cracked and my diamond has a huge cloudy area that appears to have been chipped.ETA: I was told I would have to come back to this same store to have my ring fixed. The sauter they did was not great, but at least the crack is gone. They didnt re-polish afterwards, so my metal looks gross already. I will be driving to the Chattanooga Jared for my next inspection, will never do business with this store again.

Worst experience Ive ever had with regard to customer service. I went to the store to initially get a wedding band and watch repair. Watch was sent off site for repair (to the wrong company). With a response of we will give you a call in 2-5 business days regarding your request for a custom wedding band(all emerald). 9 days later, call the store, different employee. They acknowledge that they never called, and no real request had been submitted to corporate about said wedding band. Once again a promise of a follow-up call in 2-5 business days. 8 days later go into the store for a look at tennis bracelets. Third different employee. Requested an item that wasnt in stock, once again told, we will call you in 2-5 business days and they put another note on my account about the wedding band. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call regarding the wedding band or the tennis bracelet.At this point I have decided to go with another jewelry store. The apparent lack of care regarding customer service is disgusting.
We thought Jared would be too expensive for us when we first heard of them. But, we finally decided to go in and look around. We are so happy that we did. After taking full advantage of their layaway, we now have our beautiful diamond ring!! It’s amazing! And, we enjoyed working with Darcy!
Update: Went back to store and asked for manager, she found where my rings were purchased as a set, added an image of that information to my account. Should not be any more trouble.My husband purchased my ring set 10 years ago, and we have the diamond warranty that requires we have the ring checked every 6 months. Some background about this review: when we originally purchased the rings and brought them in for inspection, Jared employees always struggled to find our information in the system. I found that bringing my inspection records helped alleviate that problem. A few years back I was told it really wasnt necessary to bring the record because they updated to a new system, and thats held true until yesterday. Took my rings in and the lady asked about inspection and the rhodium dip (I usually get the rings dipped once every year since Im already there for the inspection). I said yes since they havent been dipped since last August. She found the information for my diamond wedding ring, but couldnt find information for my wedding band, and proceeded to question whether it was bought there. She even mentioned shes supposed to charge $50 for a ring not purchased at the store. I told her out of the 10 years Ive been going Ive never had them question me regarding the band, as usually you buy the set. I told her Id look for the 10 year old receipt, but I havent been able to locate it yet - and although Im sure it is somewhere I feel it shouldnt be necessary. I wish Jareds would have kept better records so that this wouldnt be such an issue! Hopefully, either Jareds will find the records that show the wedding band was purchased with the diamond wedding ring, or Ill have to hope I find my 10 year old piece of paper thats been filed away amongst years of paperwork is found. I will be bringing all the inspection records I currently have located with me when I go to pick up my rings.
Love the ring we bought from Jareds, the price was great and the service was outstanding. Darcy helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She is so well read on the store and is a great customer service person. That is something you cant find anymore.. well we found it at Jareds. You wont be disappointed by shopping with them.
After spending over $20,000 with these people and buying the extended warranty stuff so my watch batteries are replaced as needed and basic cleaning and service done. Well my wife goes down there to have the battery replaced because they finally reopened. Then they have signs up that they cant do repairs because of covid 19. So the thousands of dollars I spent on the extra warranty isnt being honored because of a fake disease. No where in the paperwork I signed does it say that they can just decide to stop honoring the extra warranty when they want to. Can promise you just lost business. I will spread the word that you take peoples money and dont honor your warranties.
I was misled by their sales staff. Choose a trustworthy, local jeweler instead.

Our salesperson was excellent. She showed us several different engagement rings and was very knowledgeable about the stones and settings. We settled on a beautiful Vera Wang which was sized within an hour. I love Jared. It’s always a positive experience every time I shop there.
I needed to have my wedding ring re-sized and went to Jared because of the customer service I received previously. We did wait quite a while but The gentleman who helped us was quite competent. He suggested adding to the band and went to the gold smith to be certain of his recommendation. Although it was more expensive than I had thought it would be, the workmanship was excellent and ready by the next afternoon. I’m so pleased with my rings and will return to Jared again!
Great place. Always looking to serve their customers, very friendly and helpful. Their warranty is great, weve had 2 diamonds replace without question. Last time I was there had at least 5 employees ask if they could help me while I was waiting on my semiannual warranty inspection.

Went yesterday 3-20-18 to pick up my custom made ring, and have the diamond mounted. All I can say if you want the best service EVER, go to the Jarreds in Knoxville Tn, and see Ellen. Darcy, who sold my wifes engagement & wedding band was a fantastic help to a nervous young man making the most important purchases of his life; Lisa has always been a blessing when I come in for my wifes yearly Christmas & birthday presents, as well as a big help in replacing the quartz in my Citizen watch grad present; and Ashley did a very thorough cleaning & inspection of all my wifes jewelry and worked tirelessly to repair my Citizen watch again when it lost a pin, as well as tried to revive my wifes Fossil watch. The staff of Jareds Knoxville location is the best anyone in the market for fine jewelry could ask for and I wouldnt trust my jewelry or my jewelry shopping to anyone else but Darcy, Lisa & Ashley. These three ladies are worth more than all the gold and jewels in the store.

Knew what I wanted before I arrived. Was roaming around the store for 20mins when I was finally approached. I related what I was looking for and after a brief search was told it was not in stock. Having the item and item # was a plus as it took very few minutes to place the order. My item arrived a day earlier than expected. All in all-a very good experience.

Nice people- but poor work. Wouldve been happy to give it a better rating, but its constant with this one. Ring promised at 1:30, show up at 1:35, dont walk out til 2:35. Diamond was put in crooked and popped out a month or so later. Again, very nice people, but so/so experiences and from the looks of other reviews, Im not alone.
Jareds has always been my familys go to jewelry store. But the service we received on 3/24 was beyond excellent. Roger was our sales rep and he went above and beyond. He will be the one I ask for every time! My mom had lost her wedding ring of 40 years and needed another ring to replace it but didnt want to spend a fortune. Roger took us right over to the rings in her budget instead of trying to convince her to buy something she couldnt afford. He was so friendly and made us laugh. He made buying a new ring something enjoyable even when my mom was upset. By far one of the best salesman in that store! He deserves to be recognized.
Jared’s is the only jewelry store I shop at! The employees are so sweet, and don’t treat you like you are a commission check. When my husband and I forgot to buy wedding bands and needed them ASAP, one sweet man walked us all over until we both found one that fit that day! We decided we would never go anywhere else.

This store is deplorable. The absolute worst customer service of any Jarad I have ever been to in my entire life. Not once, not twice, but every single time I have ever entered this store I have never been greeted. I have always had to wait and unreasonable amount of time only to then be waited on by an employee with lack of knowledge who was rude. There is one positive at this store..The actual jeweler himself is very talented and has great customer service, otherwise I would avoid this store at all cost if I didnt have to get a ring inspection every 6 months and for my repairs. My purchases have all been made at other locations.
Jared can be just a little bit higher but not much. I learned my lesson. I paid a different jeweler to size my ring and the soldering cracked and they didnt dip it in rhodium.. I ended up having Jared fix it and they did a top notch job..class A service..

Some of us know that your merchandise is marked up 900% of its actual value. Get off your high horse, Jared salespeople. We know you dont make Jack diddly for income.
