Was sincerely interested in my needs and catered to my direct requests and aide me in my purchases that were exactly what I came out to find. Im thinking the young ladys name was Cimena ..When visiting Zales you should ask for her you will be quite satisfied with your results

Hailey is our salesperson for life. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. No pressure and she helped us find exactly what we needed and stayed in our budget.Customer service is a lost art, but not with her. We didnt even go anywhere else bc we felt we found the perfect rings with Hailey guiding our way.

This Zales is located in West Town. I have necklaces, chains and rings from here. My two favorite things are the crowned heart necklace with a Ruby and my oval morganite engagement ring. I bought my necklace for myself as a gift and I never take it off. It hasn’t had any wear down even with me sleeping in it, showering in it, and exercising in it. As far as the ring, my boyfriend got it for me and I treat it how I do my necklace. It hasn’t worn down. This shop has a very convenient ship to store option that you can do for Free. Items over 200 also come with a lifetime diamond commitment as long as the jewelry is cleaned once every six months at your local Zales . Completely worth it in my book.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here, and I had to have it resized. I called to see if it had came in a couple days after the expected arrival date one the receipt, and the man one the phone never asked for my name ( I assumed he looked me up by my number on the caller ID). After a couple minutes on hold he came back and said it wasn’t in yet. A couple days later my fiancé went in and asked if it was back, and he was told it had been back for a couple weeks. I had supposedly given them not one but TWO wrong numbers to call when it came in 🧐 We went back in to have a diamond replaced, and the man helping us said if we wanted to see anything we could grab anyone while he filled out the papers since it would be a while. As a lady walked by I started to ask to see something, but before I could even finish she cut me off asking if someone was already helping me and went and grabbed my salesman 🙃 It goes without saying that the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend shopping here if you are looking for pleasant/stress free experience.

We have never had a bad experience at this location! It’s great that even when the store is busy the associates will acknowledge us and let us know that someone will be right with us. The manager, Liza is super! She has a great memory and always greets us by name and even when someone else is already helping us, she comes over to say hello and asks how we are doing!Highly recommend her!

We went in yesterday 12-6-2020 and we’re met but a lady in a pink shirt I didn’t get her name. She was very rude she looked me up and down and made a face. Which I let go because maybe she does do black sweaters and jeans lol. But she was like is there anything I can help y’all look for. We just told her we were looking (with masks on) we were looking for a engagement ring that I liked. She directed us to clearance once again that’s totally fine but I’m hind sight she was being rude. My boyfriend took down his mask just below his nose to itch his cheek while we continued to look and she practically ran to us and very loudly said sir if you’re going to do that leave. She was in a pink shirt and had light brown hair. I didn’t get the name but we went to Jared’s and guys amazing customer service there!

I ordered a ring and right before it was supposed to ship zales canceled my order without warning or reasoning but still sent the ring out without my knowledge then also took the money out of my account without letting me know prior by the time this happened I ordered another ring since I had no idea it was on the way when the other arrived I put in a request to have the new order canceled but they flat out ignored the support ticket and charged my bank account again this time over drawing my account by 700$ leaving me with no options on how to fix it besides driving an hour away to get the money back to cover the ring fee but not the over charge fee this company is just a massive scam at this point and I most likely will never order from them again the only decent thing about them is the quality other wise has one of the worst customer service and cancel order system I have ever seen

Me and my boyfriend went to this location to look at rings on a Monday evening when it was not busy. We were shopping around looking at bridal sets and engagement rings. Upon arrival we were greeted very well and things started off great. However after spending some time here the woman helping us was almost argumentative when showing us rings, barely commenting and even going as far as to say when I asked to see a ring you looked at one just like that and didnt like that one. She never pulled the ring out for me to see and after another 15 minutes of looking we decided this was not the place we wanted to do business at. Looking for something like this is supposed to be exciting and not make me or my partner feel like we were someones inconvenience. We took our business elsewhere. This is not the first time I have been here and felt unwelcome! I wont be back.

Very poor customer service. My husband bought me beautiful diamond earrings but within a week the back broke. Luckily we signed up for lifetime care and turned them in to zales to be fixed. My husband recounts 1 phone call a couple of weeks later that they were done. When he went to pick them up the backing was not straight and he asked to have them fixed again. We have not seen the earrings in about a month and a half. When customer service was called they reported that they called my husband. No call was made and in my husbands call log. We asked to return since buying the earrings and only having them a week should negate the 60 day return policy but nope! I will never shop at zales again and will tell others not to shop there as well. Between the poor customer service and the apparent poor quality of product everyone should avoid them!!

These people take too long for any repairs or sizing. Their jeweler is not local so they have to mail everything out and it takes a month to get it back. Kay’s Jewelers across from Zales has a local jeweler so you get your item back same week!

I would not recommend this Zales. The sales staff were rude. I got attitude and short answers. I took my ring in to be soldered and the lady told me 10-12 days but ended up being 16 days. Go in and pick it up, diamond was missing after the receipt clearly said inspect and tighten prongs. Luckily I noticed it before I made it out of the store. I was told that i wasnt going to have to wait the full 2 weeks, they will put a rush on it. I waited, then went to pick it up. When my mother and I walked in, there was 1 customer being taken care of and 3 sales reps doing nothing. The one lady we approached was on her phone, she was clearly annoyed when I told her why we were there. While inspecting my mothers jewelry, she signed off on the inspection before looking at the jewelry. Which my mother didnt have that piece of jewelry. My husband spent good money on my ring and I feel they do not care. I will not return to this location. I will make a drive to Pigeon Forge. The staff at that location is fantastic!

I’ve been in multiple Zales in other locations and have had very good things to say about them I came here. My girlfriend and I were standing in there looking for about 5 minutes and no one came to assist us or ask if we were looking for anything particular. The only interaction we had with an employee was an older woman who told us not to get close to anything because it’s very expensive. If I was in a Zales, I would obviously know things are expensive and that I’m not just looking around so that’s how you lose a sale. Considering I wasn’t even given the chance to experience my time at their store, I would give it a 0/10 and would strongly not recommend.

This place is the worse!! Me and my fiancé went in to look at rings since we already have a credit card with a 5000 limit from them. We didn’t even get approached at all ... we literally walked around 10 mins and not one person said anything. One lady was with another couple. The other two pretended to be cleaning . It annoyed my fiancé so much that she volunteered to leave. Never again!! I’ll just be going to the zales outlet in pigeon forge/ sevierville area. They are much nicer and don’t judge so much.

I was shopping for an engagement ring so my first stop was Zales. The lady was nice enough and asked if I wanted to see how much I qualified for financing. When I agreed she said all it does is just sees. Well I ended up going to markmans for a way better ring. A few days later I received a Zales credit card she signed me up for without telling me.or agreeing to it. So now I have a Zales credit card and a hit to my credit score that I didnt even want in the first place. Just save yourself time and go to Markmans

Liza the assistant manager is very rude and hateful, honestly cant believe anyone would hire her! I sent my ring off to be sized down, got it back and the shop had MELTED one side, left the bottom VERY thin and left solder marks on the inside. I showed the ring to Liza who told me its my fault for having it sized and they will not repair the ring unless I pay around $250!!!! I have a lifetime warranty and Im not the one who messed up my ring. This is unacceptable. I would be ashamed to call this a jewelry store when they obviously know nothing about how to work on jewelry. Save your money and go to a store that cares.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Zales at this location until I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Haley. I dropped off my ring about two weeks ago to have the Rodium plating recoated. She was short and rude then when I dropped it off. But, I thought maybe she was just having a ba day. A few days I called to check on my ring because my phone had crashed so I called to make sure I had not missed any phone calls from them; when I called Haley answered and said we will call you when your ring is in and wouldn’t let me explain my situation. I went to pick up my ring a day or so later, and sure enough Haley was the one giving me my ring back. I wanted it inspected and I expressed that before I even dropped off the ring. She proceedes to tell me I have to have the hard paper work in order for her to inspect it. I have been a customer at Zales for over 10 plus years.. anytime I forget my hard copy they will print off for record that I had it inspected and sign off on it. I explain this to Haley and finally she reluctantly printed off a copy for me. There is no sense for Haley to be as rude as she is. If you hate your job that bad, get a different job. Haley is a poor excuse of customer service. She comes off as a nasty individual and that enjoys making customs feel inferior to her. I can’t imagine her coworkers working with her as she is one of the managers. Zales, you are better than this and Haley is a poor representation of the Zales I have always loved.

I went in today with an issue of having a lost earring, this is after I have previously gone in 2 times within 6 months to get a new back because it wouldnt stay on. I spoke with Liza who was apparently the store manager and she was absolutely no help. Liza did supposedly call her DM, Cheryl, who also was not willing to take any responsibility for the issue. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service and still have gotten no where with this issue. I even offered to purchase 1 earring as long as they waived the warranty since these were only 6 months old and I was told they wouldnt honor that. So here I am, with 1 earring and not a person willing to help. If my manager ever heard I treated customer this way then I would immediately be written up. I hope there are reprocussions for treating a customer poorly. I will absolutely not shop with this company any longer and I hope others read how poorly this issue was handled and make a good decision before purchasing.

I took my ring in to have it serviced and a prong was missing, so they sent it off to be fixed at the beginning of May. I was told a couple weeks. Called to check on was given the run around. Finally got it picked up three and a half weeks later. My ring was a half size smaller, one of the diamonds was discolored one was loose. The band was warped, and it was cockeyed. All it need was a prong fixed! Needless to say it wasnt my ring. I was told what would you like us to do? We can give you a different ring. Im like no I want my ring. So, they sent it back off to fix the mistakes. Got it back, still warped, much lighter metal, and the band was thinned. Horrible. So upset. Never go to them!

I like my engagement ring but I took it to the store inside west town mall to get it sized and the first time I had to wait two weeks, I went to the store and asked about it. They sized it right but they didnt even bother to make it look like the original one. It is all messed up, so they said that they were going to get a new one, two weeks later they called and said it was ready, but guess what... they didnt do anything to it. For the last timeThey said they would order a brand new one but it was going to take a month to get that one. And here I am, still waiting for my rings. Im glad I didnt have a date set for my waiting before I got the ring. I love zales and all, I have been buying jewelry from them for a long time now. But this time Im dissapointed.

Store employees are indifferent to any issues, the manager is the worst of them.If you go in to price and you like the price buy it right then or the price will change in a day. The jeweler left his marks on the ring and the Polish job was horrible, looked like a 10 year old with a Dremel did it. If you have a choice do not go here. Im

I purchased a ring in the middle of January. I was told it had to be resized and it would take about 2 weeks, and it would be ready by February 15. I called the store as February 15th has passed and the same lady who sold the ring, then said that resizing takes 8 to 10 weeks and not 2. I want my money back and I will be spending elsewhere.

Bought a ring that was supposed to be 6999.99 original price...That was the price online and still is...The sale was 30% off in the store....I went and they charged me 9339.00 which is 30% marked up then took the 30% off...Never once has the price been over 9000 dollars online and they are refusing to do the 30% off the actual original price of 6999.99...Ill be taking my ring back..They are over charging then taking the 30% off....Zales is,a very crooked corporation
