Judging from the well organized, organic varietal surplus, helpful employees, and point of sale savings; Knoxville has yet another useful DIY consumer option.

This store is really nice and clean. Very new and has a lot of quality products. My only complaint is we bought a chocolate chip cookie that tasted like wood. I think the flour they used was expired. It reminded me of a rancid grain taste. It’s unfortunate because I expected it to be higher quality. I don’t think I’d buy any other prepared food from here because of the cookie that tasted like wood.

I love Earth Fare and I am so glad that they are open again. It is so clean and the people that work in there are very helpful and friendly. I love the lemon pepper Chicken so much. Great place to find a lot of great things and good prices.

Great selection of plant based foods. Produce section is very clean and well maintained. Store is not too busy if ypure worried about social distancing.

I worked and shopped at this location for a little over a year. The quality and price of the food is unbeatable, and the staff is great to be around and extremely helpful. If you want to shop at a place that cares about its customers and offers high quality food at a price lower than Whole Foods, shop here!

I was visiting the area for the day, and needed a few items. This store was clean, the produce and vegan options were substantial enough to find what I wanted/needed. Staff was very friendly! Lost a star for the trash out and around the entrance.

You can feel the positive energy when you come to this store. There are plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables you can choose. Don’t forget to check the cheese and wine section too. I find the best chocolate cake here. I did not have to worry about artificial ingredients when I buy cake at Earth Fare. The staffs are always nice, polite, and helpful.

Healthier food here than anywhere Ive shopped. Everything is very fresh, and taste great. I had a great experience the workers are super friendly. This is definitely my new store Ill shop at. Thanks Earthfare.

Ate at the hot food bar. The food tasted good and the cashier was nice. My complaints are $8/lb of food and every empty booth wasnt clean. Before I knew it, the cashier weighed my box and I was having a $15 lunch before taxes or drink. Looks like Ill have tap water to spend less. This place is nice, but the prices are; well, Ill let you be the judge of that.

Always a great shopping experience at this store. I never have to worry about looking at ingredients in labels because the site has strict guidelines about what can be in the products they sell and their meats are delicious. We eat at the hot bar when we go and then do our shipping. Been shopping here for years.

Im here all the time. Great selection, friendly staff, fresh produce, and cheaper prices that Whole Foods (maybe a tad pricier than Trader Joes for some things, though. You get what you pay for) Earth Fare also seems like a pretty ethical company to boot. Recommended!

Ive only been in the Earth Fare in Knoxville on Turkey Creek two or three times with my Aunt but the times that I was in there I enjoyed all of the employees kindness that they showed us both. I really enjoyed eating lunch from the deli there too!

The store is closed but the only mentions are in the reviews. The store hours should be taken down for a store that doesnt exist

Very disappointed in the new store. Total remodel, yet I have gotten items that were out of date by a couple of months. The prices have been significantly raised on several items that I normally buy. And a few of them have been deleted altogether. I have always driven over an hour to this store bc they have clean food, a clean store, and fresh items. While I must say that I still love the produce, the rest of the store has been continually lacking for the past year and a half (hot bar, friendliness & helpfulness of staff). Whole Foods is kicking your butt, Earthfare.

A great place to visit and have lunch or even get something for a snack. Great pizza, and lots of other great great things in the store. We stop at the Earth Fare stores as often as we can.

Clean place, food is usually good and fresh. Have found a couple rotten, moldy garlic before. Salad bar is great, pizza are amazing and cheap. Meat department is good, sometimes not the best and quite expensive.

Very nice store. So glad this earth fare carries a selection of perfume oils and attars(namely, Kuumba Made)as the other one in town does not. If they would start carrying Nemat oils, I’d be in there way more often to pick some up!*Edit: the other location in town now carries kuumba made too!

Used to love shopping at earth fare until they made corporate changes & cut out the vegan selections throughout the store. Still love the friendly employees, & how they try to improvise where they are allowed 2 on vegan options.

Lots of organic and healthy food options available. I like to buy the loose spices to fill up current containers as theyre usually cheaper to buy that way and the quality seems high. Their kitchen makes tasty fresh food.

Wont be back at lunch! Got food at the hot bar, was in line to checkout at the hot bar. The woman working that area put up the sign to go to another register right when it was my turn to checkout and there was no one behind me! That then sent me to the 2 open registers of which the lines in both were 8-10 people deep and backed up into the isles - all with carts of groceries. 20 minutes later I am still standing in line with my box of food that has now soaked the cardboard container and is disintegrating in my hand. The worker at the hot bar reopens that register and starts checking people out that JUST WALKED IN and got lunch. By the time I left the store my food was completely cold. Ridiculous.

I really love the actual store...some of it is overpriced for sure. But most of the employees are not nice or friendly. I have to stand at the deli counter forever before someone will even acknowledge me. Then, when they do, they act as if you are bothering them. ESPECIALLY the older gentlemen at the Bearden location. geez. The staff actually look depressed.Supposedly Whole Foods will be opening up soon- I used to shop there in Lexington, KY when we lived there. Much nicer staff and better bakery. Hopefully it will be the same here.But I will say that the coupon texts and daily specials here are really great.

Nice semi local high end grocery chain, a la whole foods, with high quality food and prices to match.

It is a great supplement to your grocery shopping. Tons of good meats, cheeses and spreads there. Bread too. However, they just dont have the basics. Namely Mayfields Milk. If they had Mayfields, Id never have to cross the street again. Sadly, thats just not the case.

The Store was Void of people except those working, as the Superbowl was on. I needed hehe in the Deli & there were two emp.talking in the bakery section gabbing away,looking my way every now & then.I turned & went into your drug store section to get something I remembered, & then went back to the deli section & closer to the counter this time.Those same two emp. still talking looked my way again and then one (boy) walked towards the other direction & the girl kept doing her pizza, but did look my way several times. I waited 8 to 10 min & she asked if I needed help! I walked towards her & said yes I needed help & she said well I cant leave my pizzas so youll have to wait a few min. Thats when I said never mind & it is a good thing for you that you do not work for me or i I would fire you!She then hollered back at me & went on & on. Then she said Dont talk to me any more, I said dont talk to me any more & she said it again so I went to see the Manager & she is an Asset to Earth Fare. We talked & she took care of the situation. I rated your store for that employee, only. Otherwise that store would get 4 stars for their service..MBGood

Nearly everything is unreasonably overpriced. While they have much larger variety than most, the same items available at TJs or others are significantly less... Obviously playing the we can charge more since we are located in an up class area game. Want to scream in the store at how arrogantly the prices are set, $11 for an empty gallon glass jug when glass gallon of apple juice is $7. How the hell is it more $ for an empty container... if they didnt have such great variety in the vitamins section(which is also outragously priced but can be expected) I would have given it a 2*

I was getting a protein powder here then they quit carrying it. So I dont have a reason to go there now.

I only go to Earth fare when I have too. Bad attitudes and ear ports abound...

This place is HORRIBLE, the employees are the most UNFRIENDLY people I have encountered, they say the PRICES that are labeled are WRONG. I DO NOT recommend coming HERE.
