Melissa has been absolutely amazing!!! She’s been so incredibly helpful and friendly the last 3 1/2 years that I had my unit with them! I enjoyed talking with her and truly appreciated her reminders and patience when life happened! I finally was able to get my stuff out and the hardest part was knowing I wouldn’t be talking with her regularly anymore! Highly satisfied with premises, security, and especially the staff!!!!💕🙌🏼🥳

I was trapped inside the fence for almost 2 hours last night with my 21 month old granddaughter! There are no signs posted nor was I informed that the gate didnt work after midnight... There is no 24 hour emergency number! Im still not exactly sure what my son did on the outside of the fence it caused it to open but Im very grateful that it did. I will never use the storage facility again!

Customer service is awful!! Trying to get ahold of someone in corporate is impossible. Employees will not give the number out. If you have a problem you need to leave a message and they might return your call. This place is a complete joke and the owner should be ashamed to instruct employees not to give out his number. Managers are rude and not helpful. This place is a disgrace. Take your money elsewhere, this place is a joke and a wasting of time and money!!

Harry the gentleman that works there is very nice the place is clean. And Harry is great to talk to. He loves to talk. I did not mind. His a real nice guy. I would do business with them again.

Since Melissa the former manager left this place has really gone down hill. It is not taken care of like it should be and they have let weeds really take over the place. The gentleman that works weekends is not or let me say was not that friendly.

Climate controlled? Ha! A bird built its nest over our couch. Water damage on our table. Mold everywhere. Our furniture was ruined. It would have been better to put our belongings in a barn. Use this place at the risk of your belongings. When management was shown the damage, they said they couldn’t find a leak. Wouldn’t refund our money much less compensate us for our losses.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I rented a unit from what use to be Aarons super storage and i loved the management, we used the unit for 1 month and we were moving to our new place. I spoke to the lady who worked there and I asked do I need to pay rent for Sept 2016 since we were moving out the same week that it was due she told me I did NOT need to pay anything. So we moved out and in the move and being in a hurry left the 2 dollar lock on the unit. Did not hear from anyone about needing to pay anything until a new company bought the property and is now called Assured Storage of Knoxville. Then i started getting letters to add my debit or credit card that i owed them money. So I called and explained the situation to the new management and also told her that we did not have the key to the lock anymore since we were under the impression that we didnt need a key for a place we had nothing in. I explained what the lady had said before about not oweing anything else. I got another letter saying that they were going to sale all the stuff in the unit if i did not pay them in full!! Well there is nothing in there but OK, once again I called them today and talked to a very rude and non-profession woman who informed me that i owed from last year STILL because we never found the key to the storage and they DO NOT keep lock cutters or keys. I understand not having a spare key but REALLY you are a storage facility and you dont keep lock cutters but you sent a letter saying you were going to sale everything in the unit SO how were you going to get in the unit??? I was told she would call a lock smith to come out and get this BILL ME for the charges!! I told her i can see you doing that, this is a rip off and you are just charging people for no reason after they communicate with you. I was told it wasnt her problem what the previous place told me but i guess it is my problem that i didnt rent from them and after speaking to this lady i can guarantee that i wouldnt of but its my problem now that they dont cut locks off. I have rented units before and have never in my life heard that a business would do this to customers basically just to get money. I cant find anything saying how to contact the owners or a corporate office number for them. This is just insane to do customers this way. It blows my mind how rude she was and that she would conduct herself this way.

A bit overpriced but they usually have a great first month rent offer if you just need something short termfor storage. The staff is very friendly here and helpful.

Most secure storage in Knoxville friendly upfront and very reasonable not to mention in and out in 30 minutes is just amazingly fast.
