First time replacing screen lost speaker sound but the screen was fine so I said ok.. screen went out again I return they fix it but now I can’t open my phone and apple is telling me that it’s not an authentic apple display I call and was told to call the Upper up Sunday I just got off the phone with a guy who tells me he’s in another store and that the only way I can be helped is to pay another $200 for repairs I will not be returning or telling anyone to go here you are better off with Geek Squad you’ll end up paying the same price in the end save the headache you just mad I’m telling you ripping people off

Bought a phone charger yesterday. And when I got home to use it it didnt work.

Talk to Tory and he was the guy who pretty much sold me on doing business with this company. Thanks Tory! The guy who fixed my cellphones screen order the parts, paid him half up front. They arrived sooner then expected. So, he got ahold of me I dropped it off came back and works good as new. They even advised me to look and see if it be cheaper just to get a new one. They said that because well they care, and they didnt want me to over spend. You dont find that around town very often anymore. Very professional, cared about me as a customer and consider my budget and if I was getting the best deal. Would have cost me more somewhere else and my provider only had a $900.00 cellphone. So cheaper to get it fix. Thanks, and if I need my phone fixed again I know where to go.

I went in there last week to get my to get my phone unlocked and the gentleman behind the counter got very rude and disrespectful I turned around to walk away and then he starts cussing at me you guys need to get rid of that kid he was very rude to the gentleman that was in front of me all I did was ask him why he was there by himself if he wasnt allowed to do anything then when I turn around to walk away he wants to start cussing at me. Didnt have a name tag so I couldnt tell you his name but he was a heavy set White young boy

The tall one is very professional and is always smiling and in a cheerful mood! He fixed my iphone 8 at a GREAT price and had it done in less than an hour! They have great customer service and get stuff fixed quick and correctly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Please read these reviews before you go to this place!!! They will try to scam you for hundreds of dollars. I went in to get my cell phone screen replaced The price was fairly affordable but after I got home my phone started glitching and my screen started calling random people and texting random people. I called in a few days later to see if they could fix my screen and they told me if I did not have the receipt and then they couldn’t do anything for me but I was able to provide them my billing receipt through my mobile banking app which they did not accept. The owner argued with me and told me that I Would have to pay for a new screen and that he was trying to run a business. I definitely would not recommend this place to any family or friends they do not sell good screens

I’ve had my phone worked on here before but yet again it has been with excellent service. Thank you to the red headed gentleman who fixed my phone, set me up with a new protective case and a cool pop socket! Very kind, and reasonably priced and time efficient! I will continue to go back and refer my friends as well!

Red-Headed feller behind the counter was very respectful and professional. Was able to fix my Iphone XS Max in like 20 minutes and i gave up hope on that damn thing but ole buddy got it working again. Now i can actually use it as more than a paper weight. Thanks again bubba

My grandma is 82 years old. She bought a case there and the man was very rude. When she got home she noticed the bottom of the case was cracked. So she went back and the guy was very rude and he told her that she had dropped it and there was nothing he could do when she had not dropped it. And when she told him she didn’t he told her to have a nice day. Then as she was walking out of the mall a security guard stopped her and told her the guy told him to tell my grandma she is banned from ever coming there again. Worst customer service ive ever seen before

If I could give -100 stars I would! This place is a complete scam. Fixed my phone screen for $120 and then a day later screen started messing up and is worse than it was before. I lost receipt so brought in bank statement as proof of purchase and still refused to fix it when they’re suppose to fix it in the 6 month warranty. Do NOT go to this place for help! They’ll just end up scamming you

Straight WHAT ??? BLOWN AWAY!!! Best cell phone repair experience Ive ever had on this PLANET bar none!!! I was expecting a hefty price tag of $150 + and it taking a few hours. I walked right up to the booth no apt. necessary and showed the man named Drew, my completely OBLITERATED iPhone 7 screen. Drew said no problem, I can fix that easy in 20 minutes, itll be $120. Just so happens I had exactly $120 in cash in my pocket. Drew told me to come back in 20 minutes. I returned in that amount of time or less and he was done w/ a completely BRAND NEW glass and lcd replacement and it works perfect!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a quick and easy cell phone repair!!!!

AMAZING! After several months of having a broken screen, the last straw was yesterday night when I dropped it AGAIN and this time it was really done for. I couldn’t wait any longer. Well I took it to CELLTECK and he fixed my phone in 15 mins!!! I didn’t even have to call or anything! He did an incredible job, great customer service, great price!! Thank you!!! I took them a working phone that had a cracked screen and they had two people working on it. When i went to pick up my phone it was in worse condition then it was before. He told me the charger port got broke while in their care and told me it would be more to fix it. So after explaining to him my phone worked when i brought it in, he didnt. Believe me because originaly his worker started on it first- he slammed my iphone on the counter and shattered the back of it and threatned to call the police. Worst buisness ever and I still have a broke phone. I even drove 3 hours just to see these people. What a shame. Bad service and even worse workers.
