My experience with cricket and the staff was excellent yes I had to wait but it was worth it I had a grand time and also my mother had gotten a phone there after me and hers was excellent too. Thank you thank your staff and wish to continue the service with you for a while to come.

Good place, the people are friendly and usually helpful. They do have some decent phones now for less than 200 dollars and some OKAY phones for under 100. This is just a 100% cricket authorized dealer so you can not go into the store to setup a bridge pay if you need it, but the last was able to help me do it over the phone fairly simply. I love that their service is so cheap and fairly reliable. They run in on AT&T cell towers, so fairly good coverage. My bill is 80 a month every month, no hidden charges or fees nothing just 80 dollars. Thats 2 lines unlimited talk text and data, but data is bandwidth limited to 3 MB or something like that, over all happy with the service.

If you cannot answer the phone for longtime customers how can you exspect any more of my business .its truly absurd that even if your bust and your open pick up the phone .I have been with cricket since radio shack and the buyout. this is unacceptable and not business. had one question!!!
I really do not want to give this place one star. I was in there yesterday and two of the three employees were very rude, especially the male who I believe was the supervisor. I was in there to pay my bill and to buy a new phone for my son. They were very unhelpful the man had a horrible attitude, and when I went to purchase a phone as an upgrade he failed to mention any extra fees that come along with buying a phone in store, rather than online. Not to mention the waiting because he was too busy eating to come up front to help the other girl and the trainee. I ended up declining the phone, walking out, and going to best buy where I was treated so much better. I will NOT be returning to that store. I will just continue my tasks online because I will not be treated this way again.
I wish I could give this place a zero. I called cricket customer service to let them know and placed a report with the better business bureau.Went to buy a phone, was helped by the MANAGER. I had looked previously online and it was the same price in store for the phone. When my total came out way higher I asked why he said it was a fee they charge in store to buy a phone and my phone and Indiana taxes. Soon after I left I looked at my receipt and I was also charged for a screen protector I never said I wanted, I stated I would be buying my accessories online when he tried to get me to buy a case and when I asked why it was so much and what I was charged for her neglected to mention it.**Update: I called the store manager was not in, was assured by her Id be contacted the next day and the problem would be remedied but I never received that call from the manager not really a suprise**While I love cricket service never ever come to this store. Go to one of the other stores. Im not the only one that this happened to
Itβs pretty bad when I have to go home and figure out how to transfer my own contacts after spending 300 on a new phone . Definitely werenβt very knowledgeable of phones . Love the service but this place needs better employees

Certain sales people have no idea what they are doing. They just trying to make a sale.
Dishonest sales staff. I was debating about buying in store or online because the phone prices are cheaper online. The guy told me he would throw in a free case so i went with the instore phone, afraid shipping wouldnt make it in time for Christmas. When he told me the final price I asked him what all that included and he said the phone, first month service and activation. When i looked at the receipt later he also charged me $25 for a screen protector that he didnt even ask if I wanted. I am very disappointed with this guys dishonesty.

Service is hit and miss in the store there is a extra charge for upgrading or replacing your phone the service runs on at&t works good but for what it is i feel there is better elsewhere for prepaid seeing as there are hidden changes.
Mgr lady in the Kokomo Indiana store was extremely rude on the phone. I almost didnt go with Cricket because of her. Sales guy Paul just cut me off in the middle of a question. Still thinking of dropping them.

If you buy a new phone from them make sure you get in writing or they show you in a pamphlet what is covered under the manufacturers warranty. Also if you leave your phone with them make sure you take a picture of your phone to make sure there are not any dents Nicks or scratches before they do any type of testing.
