Very happy with the service here. Switching over from a horrible carrier where every time I was on my phone my calls were dropped multiple times. So nice to be able to talk to friends without multiple call backs!

We were facing a dilemma with our physician on-call coverage. Codey worked patiently with us, coming up with multiple options that were both functionally effective and respective of our budget. He even tracked down the best phone option for us from another location. Thanks Codey!

Ryan was awesome! I had visited the store over the past weekend and I let him know that I needed another phone. I told him what I needed in a phone and once he knew that he suggested two. I chose the phone with the better options and made an appointment with him for 6/15/2020. Even though the store was packed, he remembered my face and remembered our appointment, so after he finished working with another client, he worked with me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him!

Danielle in the Verizon Seymour, IN store helped us to set up a business plan. She was patient and answered all our questions with a smile. When we ran into an issue she didn’t stop until she figured out a solution to the problem. She saved us money and made it a wonderful experience. Danielle did an excellent job and not only is the only reason we stayed with Verizon. She is the only one I will do future business plans with. My girlfriend and her son had a horrible experience today just trying to get him started on his own phone. Being a 15 year Verizon customer I was appalled at the rudeness they were subjected to. Having been a supporter of local business as opposed to online sales I am going to make my next purchase off the Verizon site. Remember, you might be top dogs now but bad experiences will ruin your business.

Whitney waited on us and she was amazing!!! She knew we were coming in to switch and save some money and she helped us find all of the phones we wanted and got all 5 of us in the right plan! Store was clean and orderly and she even stayed past closing to make sure we were all set! She was the best! Cant wait to experience the Verizon network!

Very friendly and professional!! Luke helped to restore our faith in Verizon, as he fixed all the mess done to our account from the Kokomo Verizon corporate store. Luke worked with us almost 2 hours, undoing the damage done to our account in retaliation from the other store. I will definitely return to this location (and NOT the other one)! Verizon...you kept our business, thanks to Luke at TCC. Close down the other store and let TCC restore the brand integrity of Verizon that the corporate store in town is destroying!

Went home for the holidays and decided to get my wifes smartphone setup on a data plan here. Saw lots of good reviews so I was fairly confident they could handle this. I was wrong.The employee here did NOT setup our accounts as we asked. He totally ignored our request for a combined 8gb account and just signed her up for a separate 2gb plan.DONT GO HERE

This is NOT a verizion store! This is a money funnel store aimed at taking advantage of customers. My old S4 stopped working, I happened to be in town for my brothers birthday. I ask the staff John about getting a new, better phone. He was helpful and nice, however maybe through lack of knowledge or other, talked me into an J7. This phone is garbage! The 14 day return policy is a joke. I dealt with phone until my new phone came in the mail. I went to return the J7 and they tell me they cant because of damage. The phone was in my pocket and has what looks like, a bad paint mark on one corner that you can barely see that looks like a manufacturer error. There isnt even paint missing. I never dropped this phone or anything. Then they tell me a real store could overlook this damage but they are not a verizion store. It says VERIZION right on the frigging building!!! They say that phones must look new and that its possible this is a new phone thethat got over looked. But they still wont make it right. All the managers happened to be on vacation so I had to speak with someone on their phone. This guy basically said, to bad, thanks for $260. So now Im stuck with a brand new phone that has half the features I was told it would have and Im out $260. At the end of this month Im canceling my service! Enough of this company raising rates and not standing behind products or up for customers.

I bought a new Samsung 7s edge was lied to about when I would get my otter box lied to about the type of case I was getting I was told by Derrick that case would be at my house in two days 7 days later back glass shattered and Derrick tells me he will take care of it and then he dont call and changes stores so now I have an 800$ phone that is not water poof and now a month latter I call Verizon to find out who the real Boss is Chris Newman and Im waiting on him to reach out but 24 hours latter and nothing this place is B..S AND STAY AWAY
