Came to buy a pair of headphones that the Best Buy website said they had in stock. Naturally the headphones were not to be found even though there were four items supposedly at the store. Four employees later, we gave up as it seemed they were actually not at this store or to be found. I ended up going to the La Jolla store that said they had multiple quantities of the same product, and they had them.
Super helpful staff! Each has specialty knowledge so when you tell the door man what youre after he calls the right person to come help. They will even admit when they dont have what you need instead of trying to sell you a substitute. They have a great selection of awesome electronic and phone gear. Christmas shopping here makes my family happy.
The sales people were excellent. I dealt with three employees. All of them were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They were easy to work with. They quickly checked online for the price of the product, then immediately honored their matching price promise without a blink of an eye. I could not ask to be treated any better than how the staff treated me. They were just great. I also want to mention the Car-audio Installer. He was just great too! Following my recent experience in purchasing a car-audio system I recommend shopping at Best Buy.
The cherry Hill store is exceptional. The guys at geek squad have always been super helpful. And this is coming from a computer science professor. I prefer not to open my computer so they do it all for me
What can I say Best Buy is one of the last remaining Brick & Mortar stores and that is just to bad. I Frequent this store all the time even if I can get what I need from online stores. I still enjoy the one on one interaction and I would never go to get advice just to use that advice to make an online purchase, thats just wrong. I realize the inventory might not match some of the on-line stores. Here is something you may not know and thats for the purchases I have made they match the on line price. I will continue to patronize this business even if what I need is a bit more expensive. I generally go because I want what I want at that moment. I like that I can touch and sometimes test what I am interested in buying. I have always had great service and if a service representative not have an answer they will find someone who does. The Best Buy brands are less expensive but for me and my needs they work fine. So please keep these store viable and stop in once in awhile.
I just have to say I had a very good experience at Best Buy the cashier help me very much because I had placed an order online and he ended up helping me fixed the mistake. I had ordered a car stereo online that have free installation; however, the free installation wasnt showing up so the cashier help me fix it and reordered the unit so I would get that free install that was advertised online. He was very nice and helping me I would definitely recommend that store from my experience alone. I am a little upset I couldnt have the stereo installed today but he was kind enough to help me schedule an appointment for further out.
Outstanding service! Sales and Geek squad were amazing! I bought a new computer and had all my data from my old computer transferred over. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend this store!
I work at Pacific Sales and its always nice to go to a family store. Always clean. Respectful and professional. Its nice to say its family. If they dont have the answer they will find it. Its nice to have a peaceful shopping experience! One of my more favorite b.b
This is a smaller location than some others in the county, but the store is well laid out and the staff is always helpful. The purpose of my most recent trip was to pick up a couple of family favorite holiday movies and the store had all of them conveniently shelved together for the season. They had everything in stock that I was looking for and I was in and out quickly.
Staff were quick to see if I needed assistance and sociable enough to be comfortable around. Thanks to them I was able to confidently choose my purchases based on their helpful recommendations. I am grateful for their help and will return if the product I got is not as good as I paid for (I doubt that will be necessary).
Abdul was absolutely amazing. I was in a real bond to get a phone repaired and he spent 4 hours helping me decide what I wanted to do. They are all so friendly and low key.Thanks guys
The Geek Squad at Best Buy diagnosed and fixed my computer within 24 hours. The hard drive was bad and called me to see if I wanted to replace it with a similar one or a Digital hard drive before they proceeded and they advised me on that choice. They did a great job and were very helpful and the price was right. the next time I have a computer problem I now have a one-year contract to get my help directly from Best Buys Geek Squad. They are good.
I dont like having 8 people ask me if I need help while shopping in the same isle and I usually just leave. They sometimes have good stuff on clearance. All Best Buys are the same way with the employees.
Had to replace our microwave and had a Xmas gift to exchange for it. Everything was very smooth with the exchange. Only downside was the limited inventory... And inventory that is in stock but not on display. Granted, fairly soon after Xmas, so that can explain some issues.
Employees were constantly asking if I needed help. They were setting up things for me to try that werent even supposed to be on the display floor. The lady from TVs was helping me with lap tops even though it wasnt her area. Everyone was great.
I went in to look at the 2 in 1 computers because I did my research and Best Buy had the best selection and the ability to test them out. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable about the products, and set me up with a Microsoft Surface Book 2. It fits my needs perfectly
This is a small store, so they dont have as much selection as some of the larger ones. Never the less, Im always happy with the service I get and I think the prices are good. Check them out for appliances too... Some really good deals if you are looking for low to mid range products. The computer section is a little light, lots of selection in TVs.
They have a very good selection of stock of electronic goods. And are very helpful in directing a person looking for computers to sound equipment. Very outstanding business! Two thumbs up!
Better customer service than Fries Electronics. Today I was in the TV department. This 19 year old kid gave me exceptional service. He loved his job and was eager to help me make the best buying decision. Totally stoked.
Easy in and out. They usually have what I am looking for and have a decent selection of video games and anime. The staff are fairly knowledgeable and friendly and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont want or need.

Car audio staff is great. Will take care of your vehicle and treat it as if it were their own. Ive seen some very clean setups come out of their facility. Will take on older cars and newer.

I came in for some ink. I initially asked for someone to help me. The gentleman began to laugh and said whatever. I waited 10 min and no one showed. I picked the ink I hoped was the correct stuff and went to a register. I was redirected to another... Twice. Finally the same guy who I asked for help in the first place rang me up. When I asked where is everyone he rolled his eyes and said I cant do everything . Once he saw me upset, he attempted to help but I was over their lack respect. If u go in dont expect too much.... After all they only get paid $10/hr.
Car stereo man Topher was very helpful and polite. Turns out I only needed an adapter plate fromthe store, since a friend did the install of a new unit. Miguel was also helpful and politefinding the right part for me. Since they are a big store, with oftentimes many customers, patience isneeded sometimes waiting for someone to help. It worked for me today.
This Best Buy isn’t your basic Best Buy. They are very helpful and go above and beyond. They opened several packages finishing me the correct adapter. This location rocks.
Just not a great experience anymore. You cam tell all these stores are running a shoe string budget. It shows in the general lack of service, limited product offerings, and condition of the store. It used to be fun going to Best Buy but now it feels like it inherited the dying store vibe of an outdated Sears.
I prefer shopping in-store, rather than online. Best Buy will price match any competitors sales price, so while Im shopping in the store, I just Google the items im interested in, and look for the best deal. This Best Buy always matches the price. Staff is AMAZING!!!!!
Wow. Where do I begin. Nathan was the best!!!! He was so incredibly helpful. He price matched our phones but they only had 1 in stocks at his store so he set it up & transfered my sons stuff from his old phone for us, then he got on the line with my carrier and dealt with them for me also. I had to pick my phone up from another store and it took me quite awhile to get my phone connected & everything transferred over. I wish I could have had him in my pocket to help me. Great customer service the best Ive encountered in a long time.
Seemed like the lost step child of the best buys... not impressed... I guess it better to just order it online and have it delivered... and never step in another best buy again....
This is a smaller Best Buy. As a result, the store is a little congested with merchandise. It is hard to find employees here to help you. Parking is always good. Its annoying that you cannot pick up games from the floor and have to ask for someone to get one for you. In store pick up is hit and miss. Sometimes you have to wait a long time. Oftentimes, no one is at the registers and you have to check out through customer service. This is lame and takes a long time.
I went in to pick up a set up true wireless earbuds. They did not have the earbuds that i ordered, of course i was not happy since i had a confirmed email and my account had $65.00 less dollars in it. The manager on site took care of this by selling me a better pair for the same price. I still have to wait for my refund on the first purchase but i can patiently wait while i listen to my new ear buds.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had with purchasing an appliance. I went through three, yes three! different attempts before I was able to get a working dishwasher installed. First attempt - faulty dishwasher with bad pump, second attempt improper fit despite verifying the dimensions. Third attempt, they delivered the wrong Bosche dishwasher! I decided to just keep it because I couldnt deal with another return.A year later Im having problems with this dishwasher and placed in a service call (I purchased a three year Geek squad protection plan). Of course and completely unexpected - they never transferred the new product serial number to the new plan so I was unable to schedule service.
Employees whispering without a shame. Bought stuff online went to pick up. They tell me I have to wait for email from Best Buy. Totally stupid. I could just walk in there and buy it myself. Used their stupid gift card for purchase they tell me its pending on fraud check....nonsense. Months before went to buy a laptop. I called the assistant who said that they will get laptop for me. Waited around 30 minutes with my mom like an idiot. No communication nothing. They all just walking around. Nobody had grace to come and tell us they dont have it in stock even though website said they did. This Best Buy is exceptional how useless everyone are. Rest of the stores seems to be better but not by much....last time I ever deal with this joker company
Went there to purchase an upright freezer. They had it in stock but not on display. Store associate refused to open the box to show us. If we would have liked it we would have walked out the door with it. Poor customer service. Going somewhere else.
There was a guy named Nathan that was very helpful and hes trying to help me get my points straightened out because I had two or three separate accounts with Best buy and Citi Best buy Visa they were they were very helpful 😁
If you need any help with your item or made a mistake with your purchase do not buy from them. After shopping at costco or any other retailer I was shocked with how unwilling they were to help and were open about not putting customer first but store policies first. They segment out customers by elite members who pay more and get better treatment and policies on issues with items or returns.

I was at home and found the item that I wanted on their website. I could order the item and pick up the same day at the store or have it delivered at my home at a later day. Long story short I went to the store to get the item, but they couldnt sell it to me since the inventory they had was reserved. They offer to order the item online. Now the fact is 845pm; the store is about to close, whoever they are reserving the full inventory isnt at the store so he will not be buying the item that night. They are most likely to get replenished the day after. They lost a customer and Amazon will keep getting my money.

Dont be Misled by Best Buy! They cheat you with so called Universal iPHone!I have been shopping at Best Buy for years. But now it might come to an end. End by their Universal iPhone tricks.My wife and I went to the best store, which located at 8401 Fletcher Pkwy, La Mesa, CA 91942, and purchased an unlock iPhone X. However, what they gave to us is not unlocked iPhone. Its a universal model which will be locked to a carrier on your first activation. For example, if you insert a T-mobile sim card into your new phone. It will be locked to T-mobile forever. Actually, they dont have any unlocked iPhone. What they are selling must first be activated using any USA SIM but will actually LOCK to that provider. This is so-called universal iPhone. Its absolutely a locked phone. And no one at Best Buy told us the details about it.I asked for an unlocked phone and paid full price for it (actually best buy charge $100 more than the market price). They gave me a universal locked phone instead. If its not cheating, I cant come up with any other words. And I searched on google, I figured out that I was not the only victim. In fact, there are tons of unhappy iPhone users complaining about the same problem - that their “unlocked” iPhone became mysteriously locked.The only thing I asked is my illegal right. I paid for an unlocked iPhone, I got it. If you dont have one, just dont charge me or mislead me with the wrong one without telling me any details. Anyway, I will keep fighting for my right. No matter how much it cost. And I hope my message can be an alert to any other customers who plan to shop at Best Buy. If you are not that big fan of Best Buy. Just keep away from it. It charges more and misleads you.Whats worse is their attitude towards their customers. When I talked to them about the issue. What they said are There is nothing I can do. Best Buy has the worst return policy ever! They refused to do anything for an unused, unopened item that is still on their shelves because it was purchased longer than 15 days ago. They wouldnt even do store credit. I have only ever bought a few items from best buy because they are located near me, but it just isnt worth it. You can find everything they have in their store online for much cheaper. Also, I have had experiences in the past with employees lying about a product to make a sale. I will not be shopping here anymore!!
The only reason I knocked a star from this bestbuy is because of the lack of knowledge of the mobile phone services staff. The staff who was trying to help me get a new phone came up with these numbers that were no where close what it actually was. I ended up going to Verizon directly and they took care of it as it should have been. Other than that, this is a nice bestbuy, staff are friendly and helpful and you can find what you need most of the time.

Theres a service guy in the back named Christian ..He is a good tech did a stand up job and it was very professional.about it and I liked his demeanor. I thought the installation was screwed up. but he did a really good job . And dealt with me real well. and he plugged it in and everythings fine thank Thank You Christian . This is the worst shop ever!! i bought new TV from them, but that was totally broken. Therefore, I tried to return the TV. HOWEVER, actually, whole different TV inside the box, and they said there is no evidence the TV is the one I bought from them, so I COULD NOT RETURN IT!!! So far, they sold me piece of crap and robbed my $400!!! who open the box and check the inside at the store? i dont wanna give them even one star! i dont know why they named BEST BUY. they should change the name to WORST BUY!!

They sold me a an empty box without the product inside and refused to own up to it and take it back. Now I gotta do a credit card charge back. They didnt try to be helpful at all even though the costumer service on the phone asked them to issue a refund.
I purchased a 8 tablet for my son with warranty incase it got damaged and a month later the screen cracks. After best buy gave my wife the run around for 2 weeks i find out the tablet i purchased 2 months ago is no longer orderable.The only options given: get credit and pay more for a bigger tablet (10) or down grade to a smaller one (7). Im happy for the credit but why sell a warranty on a product that cant be replaced? And yes a 7 is a step down from a 8 when watching movies on a tablet.Best buy you failed because we called amazon and they said they never stopped making this tablet size.

The consistent issue at only this location seems to be a lack of proper management. In that every time Ive come here there are no cashiers, with no signs to alert you that you need to make your purchases at customer service. Beyond making things tough on employees it is very frustrating as a customer, and is the reason why this best buy is my last resort for any best buy purchases I make.Standing in line waiting for a non existent cashier only to be told by an employee thats been standing around for 5 minutes that I need to go to customer service to check out is not my idea of a well run store.Your mileage may vary, but in my experience the Santee and El Cajon locations are much better run.
Stopped in to make a payment and buy a smart tv for my daughter. The guy wearing a yellow shirt the stands in the entrance was staring at me like if he wanted to fight me. I asked why was he mad and with a rude tone he replied Im not mad and tried to stare me down. We made our payment and just left the store. I owe and have paid Best Buy way too much money to be treated in this manner.It is Thursday September 7th at 8:15pm. Who ever this guy was could have care less of us.Very disappointed and disrespected.

As soon as you walk in, all the employees are on you trying to help (a tad overwhelming, admittedly) and I finally asked for help only to have the employee completely disappear. Weird.
The playstation rep. Was cool as hell in the store. Tge employees not so much. Cpuldnt answer one question i had about head sets. So i left and ordered better ones on Amazon
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Went to this Best Buy today and I could go on and on about what occured, however all the other reviews pretty much sum up my experience. I would suggest if you want better customer service than this store provides, go to Wal Mart, at the very least the their associates can give some direction and help with some issues, unlike this Best Buy, land of no nothings. Also if you order a product on line, dont expect to be notified, until several hours have passed, only for them to tell you that the product is no longer available……….very frustrating! No more Best Buy for me, my other regret is that the rating system doe not allow for a negative ***.

We ordered a washer from these guys roght? We don’t get our delivery till rwo days after we were scheduled too, and then when we get it they deliver the wrong washing machine, and that they no longer have the one we ordered. I don’t know if this is incompetence on bestbuys end or the delivery service, but it sure as hell seems like they sold is a washer they didn’t have in stock and tried to just give us something else. Will %100 never come back here nor reccomend them to anyone. Not the first time weve had this type of problem with them.
Its an OK store. I was there for computer parts like a motherboard and there was not much to choose from. Had to buy online.

I needed to talk to a manager. After a considerable wait, they brought over a short Asian girl to help me, who claimed to be the manager. No matter what, she had a no can do attitude (I dont want to reveal what I was asking for, because it will give away who I am, but it was not outside of Best Buys normal policies).. She may be the most unintelligent and obstinate person Ive ever met. Perhaps she should read up on the companies standard operating procedures, that is, if she can even read. No wonder Best Buys is loosing millions! How can they hire an idiot like her to be manager?

My boyfriend and I went here to go look at tvs, since hes been asking me to go with him for a while now. We looked for a bit and found the one. It was a nice 39 smart tv perfect. It was fast and easy, cant miss all the tvs in the back of the store.
