Here out of town for business. Cracked my screen protector at work so I came to this location for a quick replacement. Ended up buying some Bluetooth headphones as well. ANTHONY was very informative about the product I inquired about and was also very friendly and personable. The guy deserves a raise and a promotion 🤙🏾
Sorry excuse for associates. We walked in, no acknowledgement to us. Sat there for 30 minutes, 30 minutes, and not a word was said to us. Not a “We’ll be with you shortly,” or “give us one second.” No acknowledgement when we walked out either after not being helped. It was clear, that this lady was finish setting up this guys iPad, but he was too busy flirting with her acting like he didn’t know how to re-arrange apps on his iPad. Won’t be back, and they just lost a huge sale because we came to switch over and purchase an IPad. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Gave my friend a great reason to switch from his previous phone provider and the whole experience I am and would recommend fully to anyone in the area of seeking a top grade of; cellular phones, services, accessories, plans/add-ons, etc. and the price of everything is not only unbeatable for the rebates and rewards I am suprisinglly shocked by the generosity of the company giving to new customers and the current customers who have referred new customers to their network.

BEWARE! Never accept any kind of promotion that they are including an item for free because it isnt free. They will charge you behind your back. Sprint has done this twice already to my mother. I am so happy I left sprint. What a joke you guys are.

He was patience, professional and exceeded all of my expectations. He backup my phone and paired my Bluetooth. Though Steve was the one helping me, their entire team is well knowledgeable and always willing to help with attentive ears. Thanks guys.
Came into this store looking to pay a bill, the customer service rep. noticed that my iPhone 4s was outdated. He began to tell me about their promotions and looked further in my account to see if he could save me some money, without me even asking. To keep this simple, I left the store with a brand new iPhone 6s, 2 extra gigs of Internet, paying $20 less than I was before. I couldnt have had a better experience at any other cell phone store. The manager even gave me a big discount on a cool case and glass screen protector! Big ups to these guys at La Mesa, definitely not your stereotypical sales people here.
I had placed an order over the phone, and it was very complicated. I called in and spoke with Silver who was able to cancel the order for me and explain everything perfectly and most importantly provide me the phone same day. Great customer service and assurance in store, I highly recommend this location for anything you need.
Very helpful, I came into the store very upset about my phone and its recent problems. I really have to give my sincere thanks to Adrian & Amber. I have been on the thin line of canceling my service with sprint. But Adrian and Amber really went the extra mile to fight to keep my service. Adrain found us the best plan and phones. Amber assisted with getting our data transferred over to our new phones and stayed longer than she needed to In order to help us. I had already been to Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile in the past two days looking for new service. But they spent an extra hour with my husband, TWO CRAZY KIDS and AFTER HOURS. Their customer service was more than I could have ever expected. They got us two new phones with cases, and screen protectors and found every possible way to lower our bill. And the fact that my kids ran around like wild monkeys, they were still professional and curtious to my family. Adrian & Amber literally saved sprint from loosing a loyal customer of 5 years. I hope to see you two any time I come in.
This is the most helpful store ever! They are really patient and take the time to answer all of your questions. The store manager Silver also remembers us every time we come in, makes us feel pretty awesome:)! Great customer service, clean, and quick. Highly recommend!
We switched to sprint a few days ago, and so far we have had the best phone experience. Alexis has made the switching process so easy. She was able to get all my pictures and contacts over, which we were told at verizon wasnt possible. I love my new phone and we love Sprint.

Usually I avoid going to the Sprint Store at all costs because I have never had a positive experience. I always end up owing money, getting sold something I dont need, waiting forever, and end up leaving frustrated. This Friday my Note 4 finally took its toll and it was time for the dreaded evening at Sprint. Steve was an absolute life saver and if I ever need anything again, I will definitely make the 40 minute drive down to Grossmont for his help! New phone and all 7,000+ photos transferred in and out in 30 min.

I never received my rewards and no one at the sprint store where I got the service wants to help, I was told when I got the service back on July 2019 to get 500 dollars in accessories and I was going to receive a store credit to pay for them and paid almost 300 dollars in taxes, however the rewards were never received and sprint continues to charge me for the accessories every month, I do not know what else to do as the employees at the Grossmont sprint store are not willing to help and they only say they are not responsible for what it happened when I got the service because they were not working there, in the mean time my bill is higher than I was promised and I been with the service for 5 months now, went back on September 14 to give it some time for the processes to be completed and they told me I was actually never registered, so they finally enrolled me and was told to wait another 5 to 7 weeks to get the reward to pay the accessories now it’s being again almost 3 months since then and I am still paying for accessories I never even wanted in the first place but I was told it was part of the deal and I needed to get them, can someone help, I am getting to the point of considering filing a legal complaint since this fraud and false advertisement
I recently switched over to Sprint from Verizon because I was being gouged by overages. I was always paying close to $500 and now Silver and Stephany were able to lower my bill to $280 with all new iPhone 7s as well as fully covered because I do have teenage kids. Stephany went above and beyond in setting up all of our phones and even our car blue-tooth. Extremely satisfied with the service I continue to receive in the store no matter how much I visit and call the store, they are always very helpful. If you are looking to save money and for the best deal go to this guys and they will take care of you, tell them Linda sent you!

Got a replacement phone through insurance, and I was able to go to this location and activate my phone. I was also struggling with my gmail, but they were able to help me reset the password and get my information back. Great Team, definitely recommend this location.

Was having trouble figuring out of setting on my new phone. I called in to this location because this is where I got this phone. The guy who answered said he knew what to do but it was too hard for me to figure out on my own and he would have to talk me through it but he didnt have time. I called back a little later and ask him to talk me through it and he said he couldnt but if I brought it all the way into the store he could fix it. I dont like getting the run around like this.
Best sprint store of all time!! I lived pretty far from this location, but its worth the drive. Every time I come in they treat me with respect and never refuse to help!!
I came into the store to take a look at the size of a Gallery S6 and some young kid, salesman fired one question after another at me - I was there to ask questions not be grilled like I was on the witness stand. I just walked out. Ill take my business to Verizon.

I will never use this store again.I wanted to upgrade to the new galaxy so I went in to figure out which one I wanted. The man, whose name I dont remember (half blonde hair and tattoos, whom has no customer service) showed me each phone but recommend the 10+. Not even a week later I was having network issues but I thought I would give it time to work itself out. It did not, my phone is always on roaming, I have to call out multiple times and when it does go through it will drop the call. My pandora and social media doesnt work unless Im on wifi (I have unlimited data). When I went in I spoke to stephanie, who told me all I had to do was update my PRL and phones profile. This did work but for all of 30 minutes. I went in and spoke to another man who told me that these phones were having these issues since it came out. Really wish I knew that when I was originally looking at it, not just something to get me to get that phone. Of course, I was annoyed at the situation but I remained calm and understanding. I was told I had to drive to mission valley to another sprint store because they would be able to help me more than the grossmont location. So I drove over, only to be told that the location I got the phone from was the only location that could help me because thats where I purchased it. At this point, Im getting super frustrated. I go in a 3rd time to talk about exchanging the phone but was told there was no promise the new phone wouldnt do the same thing and that there should be updates coming out that would fix the problem. So I dropped it, I was mad and obviously wasnt going to get any help from them. Well then my mom called me and said it went straight to voicemail and when it did it said the Verizon customer couldnt be reached. This was obviously concerning seeing as I have sprint. I called in and spoke to stephanie again who said she would reach out to someone and give me a call but it would take some time but give her and hour and a half. No call. I went in the next day, which was a Wednesday and apparently it was her day off. I spoke with the same man who recommended the phone to me, whom when explaining what was going on didnt understand what I needed from them. He had terrible customer service and a youre inconveniencing me attitude. I asked if he could leave her a note to call me with an update. It is now Saturday and I have not received ANY kind of call or email. I will never go back to this location. If you want terrible service this is the place for you!
I was in the store to activate service to a replacement phone, as well as get my data transfer. Had a couple of issues swapping my information over, but in the end I had all my stuff on my new phone. Extremely pleased, highly recommend this location, they go above and beyond for customers.
Coverage isnt great. friends and family would call and we can not understand each other. i thought it would help cut my bill in half and its more than what i was paying for from my previous carrier. Wes who helped us out has excellent customer service.

They had asked if I drive for Lyft, and I did so they helped wave a couple of fees for me . I would recommend this location to my friends and family that were interested in Sprint for sure . 5 stars .
SAVE YOUR MONEY !! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! If could give Sprint a lower rating I would.. they charge you so many things and don’t even tell you that you’re being charged for it.. paying so much money for the poorest quality connection.. $200+ for a monthly phone bill is ridiculous.. and the connection sucks balls.. they go by your zip code.. so I can’t go anywhere buy my zip code to have good connection..

I was at the beach with my grandkids and unfortunately I missed placed my phone. I went to a store near my house and had the worst experience of my life, they werent helpful were just awful. I went into this store and expected to recive similar service, but boy was I wrong. This was by far the best customer retail store has ever offered me. I walked and the manager greeted himself and handed me to his assist manager who took care of everything. I walked out with a new phone made it so painless! This is the best sprint store in san diego. The manager and the staff are always willing to give a helping hand. We switched over to sprint about a year ago and we couldnt be happier.
Pros and Cons developed while being helped by an employee named Steve.Pros:-Walked into the store and was greeted and asked if I needed any help.-Offered me a lower priced unlimited plan.Cons:-Wanted me to switch my number for a lower down payment.-Wanted me to apply for an extra $8.60 a week for some package that I didnt need to lower my down payment but pay more monthly.-I wanted an IPhone 6s Plus, Steve told me nobody in San Diego county has it except a store that carried a 16GB when I wanted a 64GB.-Kept pushing the IPhone 7 even when I told him I wanted a 6s Plus (I understand it just came out and hes a salesman but I stated I wanted the 6s Plus).-I said I wanted to go to a different retailer and he stated that I didnt want to and that I should just buy a phone at his store.SANTEE SPRINT STOREPros:-Very friendly, was greeted and helped immediately by associates named Roni and Veronica.-Had an IPhone 6s Plus in black, like what I wanted (Remember when Steve said nobody had it?)-Lowered my monthly payments and got me out of the store in less than 15 minutes.I have nothing but good things to say about the Santee Sprint store.

My first experience in this store for service was amazing, my second not so great. According to the web page they are open until 8 pm for service, to find the technnical staff goes home at 7 pm, I go on line and make the first appointment of the day at 11 am, but when I arrive I am told the technical staff does not come in until noon.

I recently went to the sprint store in Santee and spoke with the branch manager regadring my phone and the water damage that I occurred. He was so life less, unhelpful, rude well you get the hint. I started to buy a new phone with him and I thought why should I give this jerk my money in commission when he doesnt deserve it. So long story short The Sprint store in Grossmont was my life saver. Edgar and Stephanie helped me get my phone ordered through my protection plan then 2 days later spent along time making sure that I got my pictures transferred over and my contacts ( there was a lot of pics! LOL ) The store closed at 9 but they hung out til the mission was accomplished. They won my business to that store and my word of mouth for great customer service.STAY AWAY FROM SANTEE SPRINT !!! GROSSMONT IS THE BEST SERVICE :)

Sprint store down in Vista on Main Street the representatives are very very helpful and go out of their way to help people with stuff they have me on numerous occasions even though I didnt buy my phone at their store yeah I got it down in San Diego to another the Sprint store in Vista has gone out of their way to help me with that phone and the problems I have with it.

Im asked about a sprint - and now I just forgot one of my friendss cable for a smartphone (well, what are you going to do (and you have to go urgently, and without it, and not go with the hand)) - so where I just did not look, well, nowhere and everything. And then I think Ill jump into the Sprint - and theres ba-a-bunch - hangs and just, and Im waiting, and even a three-meter (!) - well, just a simple gift.
