After my truck was hit from behind my insurance company claims department recommended Caliber Collision as a preferred repair shop. During the next six weeks I was given promise after promise about the completion date. Caliber tried to give me my truck back with seat belt and airbag lights still on. A Caliber employee claimed he didnt see that the lights were on and that they thought it wasn’t caused by the collision. Then the Caliber manager changed their mind and replaced the seat belts and crash sensors. But left the airbag lights on. After six weeks Brandon, the manager, told me all they had left was to install the new seat belts, so after several times hearing more empty promises and excuses why they couldn’t complete the work, I told Brandon to give me my truck back complete or not. There are also parts still missing on my new bumper that they also claimed they did not notice until I pointed it out.

I was completely satisfied how Kaitlyn kept me apprised of the work and when my vehicle would be ready. Also, I believe Caliber went above usual services to ensure all was to my and the Geico Insurance Companys satisfaction.

They was so helpful and up front and understanding. Keep me up to date sometimes 2x a day on my car. I was worried cuz it was the people ins that schedule it but u would have never known it here. They was totally professional and friendly

We needed our car repaired after a deer ran into us on the highway. They worked with our insurance and kept us informed of the process at each step along the way. Were very happy with the workmanship.

They did an excellent job with my repairs and did them in a timely manner.

My insurance company said this was there only recommended facility in my area.When my truck was towed there, they called me to inform me that they would need to move my truck to a new facility and asked for my permission to do so. I have them permission then. Over the next 3-1/2 weeks I received 4 more calls asking for permission to move my truck. It took almost a month before they even started working on my vehicle.

Took vehicle in with front end damage due to hitting a deer, about $7000+ worth of work. we were told it shouldnt take longer than 9 days, it was there a month. we were told they didnt know when parts were coming in. a part got lost and it had to be sent again and they still didnt know when it would come in. When we did finally get the truck back the grill wasnt secured, the hose to windshield washer fluid was leaking, the steering wheel where they installed new airbag was loose and the back license plate light was damaged(not part of repairs). We picked up truck on March 19th we were told they would order the hose that was leaking and they would call when it arrived. as of today April 14, 2021 we still havent received a call. Not sure where the part was coming from. Will NEVER go there again and most definitely not recommend them to anyone!

I am extremely happy with the level of customer service I received and the work on my vehicle is impeccable. I was surprised at how quickly my vehicle was ready and they communicated with me regularly to make sure I knew the status of my repairs. I brought my car here in July. They called me while on vacation to see if they could deliver my car for me cause they needed to get it out of the shop so I didn’t get to see the car until I got back. When I got my car back, I noticed there was a crack on the trim that was supposed to have been replaced. Called about it and kept getting the run around. They kept saying they would call me back & never did! When I called to see about the part, Rick claimed it was on back order and that he would give me a call back when it was done. Here it is November I still have no call or email from them!!! Do not recommend.

Great professional quality work and paint match

I stopped in for an estimate, on Wednesday. I called Thursday and said I wanted to go ahead with the repair. I was told. I needed to come in to sign a release to get the part ordered. I stopped back in on Friday to sign the paperwork and was told they already had my part and could fix my car right then! 30 minutes later, I was on my way. They even had snacks and water for my kids!
