Great Location, Great Service, Clean store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is mine and my kids favorite.

The staff at the Lake Mary location are very helpful. They took time to answer all of my grandsons questions. And help them figure out waht games meet their interests.

Pulled up on Sunday, 9/6, and saw this sign (back in 5 minutes). Sat in the parking lot with a van full of kids for 20+ mins. Nobody came back. Leaving now but I hope the irresponsible kid running the store right now gets fired.

I went to pick up my pre owned ps4 controller and then decided to have a look on the games, while Im looking at the games a couple of costumers went in looking for games or accessories, and asking questions or if the games were available (because now you have to ask if they have them available even if they are on the floor), the staff member Chelsea (a young lady) was there by herself attending and taking care of the costumers even through the phone while some costumers were still being attended, she was answering all kind of questions, she managed to be so kind and very helpful towards everybody even under pressure. The prices on the games were misstagged or not updated to date so she made sure to honor the price and was very friendly, even though they didnt have some of the games I wanted to buy, because of the great job of the staff member Chelsea I rate the store 5 🌟.

Made an order to pick up in store. GameStop charged me and gave me a confirmation number. The next day I was supposed to pick the game up and I get a notification on my email that my order has been cancelled and I will be refunded in 3 days. Who does that? How is that ok? I call the store and the associate says there is nothing he can do. Well thanksThis was my last straw with GameStop, because they always find ways to mess it up. I’ll just go to video game galaxy in port orange and spend way less money then I would here.

I tried calling over an hour before they closed before I drove 30 minutes to buy a console and their phone was experiencing technical difficulties over 6 separate occasions I arrived 2 minutes before they closed but they had already closed the register and wouldnt help me.Horrible service and work ethic to close the register before they close with the open sign on and their phones should be on so that people can contact them.

How could you go wrong with a game shop? Good prices and friendly staff. A great location with knowledgeable people!

This particular game stop has the most knowledgeable staff in my opinion. Not the best store layout, tight quarters when browsing. It does get busy in there so have time to know what you need. As far as trading & purchasing new or used games goes, can you find better? Sure, but its the policies and procedures they have to go thru in order to be able to offer used at a discount so be patient people.

The employees are always nice and store kept clean, no doubt. But I feel that they rip people off with the buyback process and they sell a lot of bunk consoles that are supposed to be refurbished. Plus they make you sign up for their stupid club just to buy a game. They have always seem like crooks to me buying a game from someone for $5 and then reselling for almost $30 and that is supposed to be justified...

DO NOT GO HERE TO SELL OR TRADE ANYTHING!!! This place will just try to rip you off; I went in to sell my PlayStation that they sell for $120 and they offered me $10 for it when it was in perfect condition! Staff wasn’t overly friendly either, it just seemed like they didn’t care and wanted to be left alone.

Kind staff, for me thats all it matters specially now when we are living in society with everything is done with machines and self check outs. be sure to say hi to cute girl with green hair if u visit there :)

There is a reason I keep going back to Gamestop. There are always great deals and the customer service is great. Being a powerup rewards member, I keep those points going so theres always some sort of discount when I come back.

Employees make arbitrary decisions based on their own interpretation of policies. What they force on you is not even mentioned on your receipt! They do whatever they want even after you disagree. Buy from other locations. Theres a number of them close by.

Bo & Jose we asbolutely amazing. I purchased 3 Nintendo Switch consoles from GameStop 2 of which had the protection. My son bike the joycons so I took it in to get replaced. At the previous locations I purchased the Swith and protection it was not told to me that I would have to register the devices for the protection plan. To make a long story short they were able to help me locate the receipt info from over a year ago. Getting all this information helped me facilitate the exchange and get my sons switch replaced. Bo and Jose also helped me transfer the save data to his new console. I cant express the level of professionalism these two gentlemen gave my family and I. Due to this interaction I will only be shopping at this store going forward. THANKS GUYS!!!

Store was packed yet staff was extremely helpful to not only customers but each other as well. Kept lines moving and were very professional. Lots of location choices for this store but this is the only one Ill go to now.

Employees are honest and kind. They do whats best for the customer. Pre owned games are like new when I get them if theres a game I want that is pre owned, so I trust the quality. I do not buy what I dont want, and I continue to shop here because I do not feel pressured to buy what I dont want.

Gamestop WILL go down very soon! Every retailer who wants to survive and thrive accepts returns easily and cheerfully but the guy who wants to think is in charge makes returns a harassment! They have a return policy that they interpret whichever way they want. And IF he actually refunds your money, he makes it look like a huge favor! Bankruptcy is in horizon for GS if they continue treating customers like this. Learn from Circuit City and other bankrupt retailers, GS. By the way this many 5 star reviews look abnormal and fake. You know what I mean?Stay away from Gamestop and specially Lake Mary location.

These people put you under pressure to buy more. I mean a mild suggestion is ok but they try way too hard. They make it very unpleasant to shop at this location. I wont shop again at this Gamestop and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience and will not return to this location. Bought a 3 month Xbox Live membership and was told the code on my receipt gave me a bonus 3 months which would make anyone excited. Then I get home and tell my son about the amazing deal and go to enter the code. After entering code it says its for bonus content for Madden 2019 and not my bonus 3 months of Xbox Live I was told I would be receiving. I called the store and spoke to the same lady who I originally dealt with and explained what happened and she was basically like oh well that sale ended January 19th...ok so why did you print me out a code and tell me I got a bonus 3 months?? Oh well hope you can use the content you got atleast was her response...i dont even own Madden 19 and think Game stop employees should know when their own sales end and not false advertise that I would be getting an extra 3 months of Xbox Live when that was a bald face lie. The lady lied straight to my face and then offered no adequate resolution to the obvious issue. Management should look up who was working Wednesday January 23, 2019 between 7:30pm-8pm it was a middle aged lady and management should train her on how to tell the customer the correct thing and if she tells a customer they will be receiving something and they dont receive it, she should honor what she promised me. Avoid this location and spend your money at a different location or a different retailer all together which would be the best advice I could give you reading this.

I love this GameStop!!! I go here all the time and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Jose is my all time favorite, he’s extremely helpful and hilarious lolY’all need to give my man a raiseeeee 🗣🗣 he deserves it forsure!!
