Showed up to upgrade my phones like a do every year(i pay for jump on demand). Start to go through the process and they tell me i have to pay both phones off and the proceed to give them the old phones to upgrade. Explain that for the last 7 years that i bring the phones to tmobile they upgrade them and all i ever do is pay the taxes. They tell me thats not how it works and that i have to pay them off and give them the phones to upgrade. I even show them in the contract that i could upgrade once a month if i wanted. They then tell me the only other way is to add 2 more lines to the plan to get the phones. After they say that now to get the 2 lines i have to upgrade to the magenta max plan which is $100 more a month. Go to cancel the account and they tell me i have 7 voice lines already on the account and they have been charging me $50 extra a month for the past 3 years when all i have is 2 phones on the plan.
I had the best experience at this store! I have been with T-Mobile for over 12 years and cannot say enough of how great the company is. However, the customer service you receive at this location is top notch! I recently switched from an S20 to an iPhone 12 and was scared to death. The team at this location made me feel heard and answered all my questions. The transition process was easier than I thought. Thanks, Guys!!
Visited this store several times last week. Stephen H. was our CSR. Some confusion in the latest offer for iPhone upgrades/trade in but he handled very gracefully - always maintaining calm composure despite somewhat complicated transactions. Impressed by his professionalism. If you ever visit this store, look for him/ ask for him by his name.

So a month ago I got surprised with a brand new iPhone for my 26th birthday and I have had the run around to ever T-Mobile store ! I’ve been to 9 different stores all the way from Daytona to Miami store including apple and NOONE COULD HELP ME ! I’ve been carrying around two phones for almost a month now !! My old phone and new phone because there wasn’t enough storage and I’ve got told different things to do at each and every store ! I even had to get my phone restarted and EVERYTHING deleted twice so I lost all my photos for my new phone !! after going to apple I had enough to the point I was going to switch carriers untilll I came in this store and spoke to JOSSE !! He honestly made my whole day he transferred all my stuff over from my old phone and got me everything back and fixed the service problem !!! JOSSE I can’t thank you enough !! You have no clue what you did for me today !! I will definitely be in anytime I have any issues with my phone !! I highly recommend him !! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT !!!! GO SEE JOSSE !!!

They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I was there. They put the case and screen protector on our phones as well as took the time to make sure all voicemails transferred over. This was especially important to me as they had the messages from a family member who recently passed away. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be returning for any future phone related purchases.

Super cold, guy was training girl (I think). He was doing a bad job at it. Im sure she was new but she was constantly getting distracted and going off topic which caused the visit to be extremely time consuming and when I thought about purchasing a new phone,, the lack of information caused me to seek a phone elsewhere. Customer service was just very disappointing. Wont be going here again.

All the team representatives at this location are awesome! I had a few issues and needed to pay my bill and each one of them helped me tremendously and treated me like a person and not a number. They are very nice and happy people and are all about giving wonderful customer service.

This is definitely the store to do your business with. I went there last year and wasn’t very pleased with the staff but they have recently moved a couple stores down next to the Ross and it’s A BRAND NEW STAFF that took care of everything I needed. Over sold me phones I didn’t need claiming they were free. A month later my bill is $100 more when I originally came in to upgrade my phone. When back to return the un used phones they refused to take them back. After a decade with sprint this store has lead me to part ways. They recently moved locations and I noticed a completely new staff for the most part. But the original location and staff where a bunch of commission driven crooks.

BUYERS BEWARE BEWARE!! DO NOT LEASE ACCESSORIES. They CHARGE OVER 100% IN INTEREST. My husband and I bought phones. They said if we bought $150 in accessories added to the lease they would wave activation fees. We bought two phone cases and a charger. $199. They said it would be $9.97 lease payment. They DID NOT SAY IT WOULD BE $9.97 A WEEK on a separate lease with Progressive!!!. They did not go over the lease just sent to our email. When we got home received email from Progressive Leasing saying they had charged us for 1st payment. We went into our account and saw that it was per week.( 52 x $9.97 way more than $199). Good thing we went over our bill with Progressive. We paid the accessories off right away so be would have to pay all those fees for accessories we would have purchased somewhere else. (Probably for less) We thought we were getting a deal with the waiving of activation fees. But were not. Ask questions make them go over the lease paperwork. Read other reviews.They tell the same story. Thought this was a reputable Sprint store.
Aldo is the man! I had a long unfortunate nightmare of a situation with this store but at the end of the day Aldo helped me through everything.
I went into this store to discuss some issues with my bill. Raisa R. was the representative that assisted me and I can not thank her enough for the time and knowledge she put into resolving my issue. She went above and beyond, and helped me to save money on my bill.

I have purchased several phones from this store over the years and always had excellent service until tonight. They clearly did not want to help me purchase a new phone. The salesman actually told me to go to the Sanford location. They close at 7. I walked in at 6:30.I guess they care more about the clock than the customer. I will not be back...
A million thanks to Elaina Stiles and Celina Alvarez, I went in desperate with my camera phone broken and they were extremely professional, helpful and nice. They even updated my plan on which I am going to be paying less and gave me a free Ipad included with the plan!!! I had to get a new phone at the end but they tried really hard to help me. When I came back to the store to activate the new phone I received the same espectacular service from both of them. If a supervisor is reading this they both deserve a raise!!! I would totally recommend you to go to this sprint location if you love to be pampered and have a 5 star customer service 😁

The customer service is horrible. They were dishonest about a plan and pricing. Between my husband and I we have called at least 10 times if not more and never receive a call back from the manager. Very poor customer service. Will do whatever it takes to leave sprint and I’ve been with them for several years.Follow up to above review. I have received my third bill. It is still well over what they statec it would be. When I called the store to let them know this and that customer service was telling me my bill would be more they claimed it was because customer service couldn’t see the discounts applied on their end and I just needed to give it time for this to kick in. Three billing cycles later I realize this was a ploy to buy time and get me past the 14 (or 15 not sure which it is) day window to return the bogus devices they sold to us. Now I’m stuck with them. They also claimed a “free” iPad with 5 line set up ( this meant adding 2 additional Motorola’s we didn’t need and haven’t touched).This was also false information and I’m paying $30/mo added on for service on this device they NEVER mentioned. I called customer service and spoke with them at length. They stated that what I was told at the store was not true and apologized. They also claimed they would investigate the situation and see what they could do and call me back and never did. I have been a sprint customer since 2004. I have never had any issues or concerns with the company. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with sprint. I have also been informed that if I want to leave them I’d have to pay well over $1,000 to break my contract. As soon as there is a reasonable price to break this contract I will be leaving sprint. To be honest I’d give this a -5 review if I was able to.
SCAM ARTISTS at THIS SPRINT STORE! They train the sales reps to rip off the customers. They added hundreds of dollars of accessories to our account at sign up we did not request and actually some of them we said a few times we did not want. They say they throw them in which is adding them to the lease which is a scam and overcharges and charges over 100% interest. Then they tell you their printer is broken and cannot give you a receipt so you dont know what you are paying for. I am reporting them to the better business bureau as this happened twice.
What a miss by Sprint. My wife ordered her phone and the store said it would be 5 days to arrive as they didnt have one in stock. 5 days goes by and my wife went to the store to find out they never ordered the phone. Typical Sprint.

After you you sign the contract no one cares about you anymore. My husband added an extra line. changes were made,our bill went rocket high.The cheap workers they have working in Central America and India is doing a shitty job. Cannot explain or help . Terrible customer service.
Avoid at all costs. Salesperson/Managers (Brandon & Aldo specifically) will quote the wrong price/monthly bill for your Sprint account, and not be able make good on the price. Your Sprint bill will be higher than what they quote.
Terrible customer service ! Ive been promised a call back from the manager Mark for a month now ! They promise lots of things when switching company and somehow those have been rejected and manager didnt know why and promised to find out and call back . Every time I call .. he is not in! And no one knows anything about my issue. Plus I was giving a number how much I would pay a month and turns that is a bigger number. At this point I just want my old phones back and leave this awful company

The manager tricked me into leasing accessories while leading me to believe I was leasing a down payment for my upgrade phone. When I went to fix the situation, was told she couldnt do anything. So upset and disappointed in this location that took advantage of my frustration. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Ive had Sprint since 2000 and never dealt with service like this.

Don’t go here. Our neighbors signed up and referred us to sign up as well. We were both promised a per line bonus for this of $50 per line transferred. After multiple calls to this office and the Sprint help line and going back to this office in person we were finally told after multiple attempts to complete forms again and again online and many versions of them promising they were expediting the issue and making it right and store supervisor to phone help supervisors that indeed they were never going to honor their promise. They used the claim that it was too far past that particular program offer, even though multiple times prior I was told the issue was valid, the problem fixed, and the gift cards would be mailed right away. I have NEVER been lied to like this by any cell phone company before. They also gave us both a set price monthly but now it has gone up by $100 a month! Take your business elsewhere, these people are just scam artists with bait and switch like car salespeople!!!!!

Lies..lies..lies.....They told me that to get the new Iphone 5s on the launch day that I would simply need to purchase a 50 dollar gift card to hold it, so I did. 3 days later they still had no new iphones in stock while every other store in the area did. I ended up walking into Best Buy and purchasing one on the spot.So then when I went to the Sprint Store to get a refund for my gift card they told me that they offer no refunds. If you cant hold up your end of the deal by reserving a phone on the date that you promised it would be in stock, then how dare you not offer me a refund. Best Buy was offering iphone reservations with no money down but Sprint demanded a 50.00 fee and they couldnt even deliver. This store is a joke and I will NEVER purchase another product from them. If this is how Sprint allows their stores to conduct business then Ill be looking at other carriers.
