Poorly trained employees with manager who has attitude/ethic issue. Employee (Justin) was providing false information and reluctantly looking up information after multiple requests. 2 of the staffs states unable to print out information on what I would pay on my next statement, only providing rough estimation on calculation on their phone. I know this is not true since I was able to get it at different store later that day. When asked for manager, (who seems to be annoyed that I would not let Justin sign me up for the internet service ahead of time while i’m still considering it-yes that was suggested!), and she refused to look me in the eyes and states “Justin will help you”. Manager also provide wrong information on the free apple watch program for Firstnet user, and again, refuse to help, and want me to work with Justin. I felt so unwelcome I had to leave the store. I was served with a sarcastic and loud “Have a good day!” from the manager as I was walking out. Overall, staffs were poorly trained and unhelpful, this obviously stem from the manager with poor attitude and work ethics. They have completely changed my perspective on AT&T.
WOWWWWWW let me just say this was hands down the worst experience ever. the store had trash: candy wrappers, energy drinks by the phone displays. the man i spoke to could of actually cared less if i bought a new phone. he wasn’t clear with anything he was telling me and on top of that answers his personal cell while in the middle of the conversation. extremely unprofessional experience and i will just be buying my new iphone 13 from the winter park location. beyond disappointed.
Store manager wasnt very pleasant at all. However the young man named Kaden was extraordinary my second visit. Thank you so much for the much needed hospitality.
I went to this store shopping for a new phone. They were very knowledgeable of the new phones available and the difference between them. Very nice and friendly to! I would shop from this store any day and would highly recommend this location to a friend!
Kaden was amazing and provided amazing customer service. This was the first time I had to open a new account and I was surprised by how easy and simple the process was. Definitely saved lots of money and will come back for any other needs.
By far the best service I’ve had from any AT&T store. Berenice was great! She helped me upgrade my phone and found an area on my bill that I was overpaying for something. From what I observed while I was there, they had great customer service from all the employees. They seem truly interested in helping their customers regardless of how long it takes or involved it becomes. That’s not the experience I’ve had from the other stores. This will be the store I go to from now on.

This store is amazing! I come in at least 2-3 times a month for my business, when I come in I see Joe & Berenice. They are always happy and willing to help me with whatever I need. They are both proficient & excellent at their job! Thank you both for all you do!
Bought 2 iwatches couple months ago when they were promoted at buy one get one free. Check my bill and come to find out that it only covers up to $300, then you pay the rest. That was not explained to me by the saleswoman we dealt with. So now I am paying for a supposed free watch and customer service only says sorry!! I went back in and talked with a different saleswoman about it and she even agreed with me that it should have been free and I shouldn’t be paying the extra. Nobody knows their own promotions and isn’t informing their customers, leaving them with the bill while the company just gets it all.
Had a wonderful experience buying my new iPhone 12 Pro. The store manager Bekah was very friendly and very helpful and was able to get me exactly what I wanted and was able to help me with every question I had I would definitely recommend the store to other people!
Kaden did an excellent job assisting me with setting up my ATT account. He is an excellent listener and solved my set up issues perfectly. Definitely one of the best ATT team members in the country.

Bernice is fantastic. She was able to help with a difficult phone cancellation, problems with the online account, and sat patiently with us to help resolve the issues. I was able to purchase a new phone very quickly with her help.
I literally spent 3 hours on the phone pulling my hair out because AT&T’s support is apparently offshore in India now and the people are ZERO help on the line. All I wanted to do was activate the eSim on my iPhone 12. Smh.BUT...I finally gave up and stepped foot in the Lake Mary AT&T store to be greeted and completed in less than 3 minutes!!If you need something done, just go to the store. The people at the store are so pleasant and efficient.Savanna and Bernice both tackled my activation together since I was the only one there for a moment and they knocked it out faster than I would’ve ever expected!! Give these ladies a raise!!!And fire the people on the customer service line. If AT&T had more employees like these ladies, across the board, Verizon wouldn’t be stealing all their long time customers.Customer service is more important than the cell service itself, in my opinion.
Just upgraded 2 phones. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They also set up and made sure the phones were good to go before I left. I have been using this store for years and have always had great customer service. I will keep coming back! Thanks again for making the shift to new phones easy and efficient!
I visited the store yesterday for the first time with my son. He wanted to get 3 lines. Jo asked my son how she could help and my son explained. Right away a male employee who was seated on another desk, with a very judgemental face,asked my son : What do you do for living? My son, who has a very nice position he cant disclose, just answered that he works in customer service.I want to point out that even when people are not supposed to judge by appearences, my son is a very low key young guy with a very clean look.Right away I noticed that this employee was still looking at my son with a very judgemantal look from the back. I could not believe it!My son is a very humble gentleman and we did not answered to this employee in a bad way because we have education.We left the store and decided not to go back to this store ever again.After I left I called the store and spoke with Jo to ask for the store manager name who happen to be on vacation.She stated that sometimes they ask custom ers where they work to see if they can get a discount. But that was not the case here.She was the one assisting us and never mentionedanm employee discount. In the other hand, his question was completely different and judgemental after he heard that my son was looking to get three lines (one for him, for his brother and for me). What do you do for living? It is not of his business specially when you are not the one assisting the customer.Cant wait to speak to the manager
Today was my first day buying a phone myself at a phone store, I went into AT&T and was helped by Berenice and Thanks to her it was the best experience I’ve had, it went so smooth, she put my screen protector and case on and was very friendly the whole time! I will be back, thank you guys so much

Bekah is the absolute best. Not only did she work with us to get us the best deal ( saving close to $115 a month) while adding high speed internet to our bill. She took her time and made sure we understood everything and were happy. I highly recommend working with her and att. I have been a customer for over 17 years and the savings and customer service are by far 10/10.
I had a really great experience at this store! I had worked all day and wasn’t looking forward to sitting in a store all day but Tyler helped me quickly and efficiently. They also complimented my tattoos! I will definitely be coming back for all my at&t/iPhone needs!
Tyler is awesome and made my visit to the store to add a line of service so easy and painless. Very pleasant to talk to and even took the time to listen to me rant about TV shows and my new phone. Tyler is def an asset to this establishment.Everyone else was very welcoming also and there was a zero wait time. I walked right in and was helped by Tyler and greeted by them all.The only thing I can say not in such a positive light is they should change the way they train reps. I didnt realize until days later when my bill came that my rate plan was changed without me being told which raised our bill. My wife had to spend an hour on line with ATT to switch it back as they said it was no longer available smh. I dont know if this was purposely done or by accident but its not good.
I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years, transferred to AT&T and it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. The customer service is the worse. After being on the phone and chat for almost 2 hours, customer service told me to go to a store. I called the one in Lake Mary and spoke to Caleb. I explained the issue and he didnt want to be bothered and was cocky as hell. I will never do business with AT&T again. We have also been speaking to a representative to move all of our company phones to AT&T which I will NOT do now. Caleb, next time know who you are talking to and the repercussions of not helping someone out over the phone. Customer Service is EVERYTHING. I paid more for Verizon because their customer service is A+ not to mention how much better their coverage is.
Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First, my wife’s new Iphone wasn’t working properly and the store manager told her it would take a couple of days to update...we went to the corporate store and they had her phone working in minutes. We also returned the AT&T cable/internet equipment within 24 hours because the service was going to be spotty where we lived. Now, 6 weeks later we are still being charged fees (non-equipment return, etc;). Apparently they didn’t enter the returns (we have a return receipt), insuring they would still get their commission. Visit a corporate store...or ant store but this one!
The lady with the pink hair is very rude! She never looks at me when I went to the store for a new phone. She has a very nasty attitude, look like she doesnt want to be working. I’m sorry but this is the last time that I go to your store. This lady needs some customer service classes or at list education. Every time that I ask for something she was looking her phone ( Instagram) and answering rude. I took my new phone and run away from the place. Worst services ever.
Amazing experience at this AT&T location. I was helped by Berenice who is absolutely stellar at doing her job. She helped me patiently for around 4 hours with setting up a new line, new phone, transferring my contacts, and backing up to iCloud. She got me a great deal and set up autopay for me. What an awesome employee! I highly recommend this location and Berenice!
Came to the store to look for a new charger and Rebekah took her time to educate me on the advantages of having a wireless charger vs a regular cord. She was very helpful and it was effortless. Definitely recommending this store

I visited this outlet to get a prepaid connection and had a fantastic experience. The person incharge was super friendly and patiently answered all my queries. She went out of the way to ensure that I was all set up. Full marks for customer service.
Went to this store about a year ago and had great customer service. Went in today and in my opinion I was treated like dirt. Walked in and stood there for approx 5 mins without even a well be with you in a minute. There were 2 reps and 2 customers. A welcome would have been appreciated as I was standing there like I was in a time zone or such. I was FINALLY addressed..Dont like to mention names, but it wasnt welcoming. Peace out!
Great customer service.I went in to get a new phone, my screen was cutting in and out and I could barely see anything on my old phone. Savanna helped me for about an hour and a half go through the process of syncing my new phone with my old contacts and stuff, with a broken, nearly unreadable screen. I had a problem syncing my photos and went back a few days later and Savanna was there and helped me quickly get all my old photos on my new phone. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Went to this store this morning, because I read positive reviews for employee, Victor, and store manager, Rebakkah. I was lucky to have Victor helping me. My son and I were switching from Verizon to AT&T. Victor knew exactly what to do for me, since my son was at an AT&T store in Brooklyn, New York. He was patient and kind with me. I watched him treat another customer with patience and kindness also. He made the switch a pleasant experience and I am loving my AT&T experience. I wasnt buying a new phone or spending any money in the store, but Victor treated me like a valued customer.I highly recommend this store and Victor.
This store is always so inviting and clean. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help. This is the only Att store that I go to since I am new to the area. If you need to find your way around the Lake Mary area the Store manager not only helps you solve your phone problems but also gives great suggestions of where eat as well.
After having a very slow & unsatisfactory experience with the customer service reps on the phone, I went the to nearest dealer located on Lake Mary Blvd. Savannah was outstanding. She helped resolve our issue while showing extensive knowledge on the phone and line troubleshooting. We ended up leaving the store with 2 upgrades and happy customers. Never attempt to have the reps from the online 800 #unless you have about 2 hours of spare time to waist. I have learned my lesson & will shop the Lake Mary Blvd location from now on. Hopefully, Savannah will be there to assist.

Casey helped me with a Christmas gift for my daughter, a new phone. He showed us an awesome bundle that we purchased as well. THEN... he helped my with my ancient phone insurance, and set us up with Direct TV. He was so patient while my daughter went home to get her lap top to back up her phone. All and all he spent about 3 hours total with is to include stellar customer service. I have been a ATT customer 28 years and he by far has the best customer service skills and a calm, patient demeanor, and very knowledgeable in everything we asked and for other customers as well while we were in the store. Casey is one of the many reason I’m still with ATT.
I went to the store for a phone swap from a iPhone 4s to 6sPlus and the employee helped me. He cut the SIM card so it fit into the new phone and it worked perfectly. He had a good attitude to help and was efficient and courteous. Ill recommend this store. Never go to the Sanford store. They have bad employees. Ruff and inefficient employees.

I went today to get a new phone and the sales girl rebecca was so rude. She would ask me a question, type a line on her tablet, and then send a text on her cell phone. At one point she answered a phone call and asked the person on the phone what kind of cookies they wanted her to bake for them. Did that really need to be done while helping a customer? It was overall an incredibly unprofessional encounter.

Went in on my lunch break to figure out why I am unable to receive call notifications on my Iphone. Nothing was fixed. I felt as if I knew more than the gentleman helping me. Phone still isnt working properly.
I had a very good experience at the Lake Mary, Blvd store, I went in for my iPhone upgrade . Mohnish is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field and able to solve all issues. The team needs a bit more experience but all very nice people and try to be very helpful and are courteous. I would recommend this AT&T location for fast, friendly and no issue service. .

No stars! Disgraceful customer service. Had the worst experience w/my daughter & her boyfriend. Were not helpful at all. Lazy & disgusting attitude & judgement from 3 employees. This store needs serious training in critical thinking & how to provide above & beyond customer service to the community. Bring back Savannah, who knows how to help a fellow human being buy your products. Yes, it was really that bad! Never again will we visit this storefront! We completed our purchase online & will have a new phone mailed to us.
Savanah is the most knowledgeable, efficient, most intelligent sales person with over the top customer service. My old phone just died and of course I panicked.Savanah helped me buy a new phone and more importantly she set up all the things (that frustrate me) on my new phone. She did such a great job. I went into the lake mary att store yesterday very frustrated with my phone. When I walk in I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. She asked me how my day was going, and I told her hopeful once you help me I will be better. within seconds Rebecca had my problem fixed I hugged her thanked her so much. I will be going to this att store for now on. This is why all my services are still with att.

I came in because my phone was broken, and I had borrowed a phone from a friend but it wasnt working. Victor was EXTREMELY kind and helpful, taking time to get the phone working, and also transfer over pictures and media from my phone to the new phone. He was the only one working at the time, and still went above and beyond to help me.

I had a problem with my S8 plus. The sales clerk was very helpful trying to resolve the problem but was unable to.
Walked in twice today. Each time the store wasn’t full but both associates were with clients. Stood in eyesight of reps once for 9 mins and second time for 14mins each time without any sort of greeting or “we will be right with you”. I was ready to switch from Verizon and buy a new phone today. I even gave it a second chance and was never acknowledged. Lost a client and wasted 25 minutes of my day.
Was in there yesterday because im new to att so i got me a new phone yesterday the note 8 which i like it and victor and the store manager are really nice and it does not take no 2 hours for service

Went to the lake mary att store to get my sim card activated because the apple store and the att store in the Altamonte mall could not figure how to scan my new sim card. I am to the lake mary store and was greeted by Rebekah who took of my problem in 5 minutes and I now have a new active phone and could not be happier.
