I needed help solving a problem with my Android, and Bruce was not only extremely accommodating but very professional and has a wonderful personality. He was very patient with me, even on trip two when he had to explain again because I had not written down his instructions correctly. He is a real asset to your team.

Beware of getting hustled. My younger brother joined my plan just days after I switched to Metro. We had to go in-store at separate locations/different times since he lives in FL, and I live in CA. The representative at this location gave him a difficult time, and though he couldnt understand, he was charged significantly more than expected to share a plan. Thats because the representative created his own account as a 1-person plan (despite him providing my account details to join my plan), and also added phone insurance without his knowledge. Hours (literally) of phone customer service later, my brother finally got his reimbursement for our next billing cycle.

I bought my phone at this store because with my current phone I could not get a signal where I live and could not recieve or send calls. The salesman assured me that their phone would work. It did not. Had the same problem. Also he didnt explain the fine print which is the phone could be returned but only within a certain number of days and must be returned to the same store. I do not recommend this store or this company. $200 wasted

Im really had the best expeience with Jason . I not good in tecnology, but he took the time to explain to me everything that I ask him. He went beyond to help me, beside that he speak my own language spanish and it was more easy too understand everything. Is a good idea to have a bilingual person in MPCS.Thank you Jason, I was a manager in P.R. I used to supervised employees in my position and believe that he doing excelent work and he care about customer services.

This is the best location Ive ever been to. The 2 ladies at the store at the time I went were awesome. Thu went out of their way to make sure me and my friend were happy. Id recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service.

Beware that purchases on accessories and upgrades for phones are final, went back the same day to return accessories that were still in their original packaging and was told that they could not give a refund, only an exchange. I argued that after reviewing my receipt I misunderstood the promotion that was going on for the accessories and made a mistake and would like to get my money back, they refused even though I literally just swiped my card 15 minutes prior....I understand this policy, but they should take care to inform the customer beforehand, the only time I was made aware of this policy was AFTER swiping my card. I left the store frustrated and with the feeling that after they get your money, you are no longer important to them. Word to the wise: make double sure that your total is correct and everything has been explained before swiping your card! This will be last time I go to that location.

Being in the business world 35+ years, its rare, especially in Florida, to find someone who took time setting up our cell services. He was kind, honest and sincere. Without hesitation, I will encourage you to go see Yohaun at this location. Very knowledgeable in the cell phone business and enjoys what he does. Very fair pricing and very good products.

Call this location to ask a simple question on how to change payment types and was given a very rude answer and told those are my only options wont be using them anymore

For the last 3 years I have been a happy customer of this METRO PCS location. Everyone was always polite and helpful, however lately the employees have become horrible. In the last month I have hated going into this store. Bad information, rude employees, lies, bad attitudes, and finally ghetto street mentally. I actually had an employee (Hispanic female, dark hair, dingy front teeth) yell and start a confrontation with me. She claims she is a manager. Then she got on her phone to call someone to come to the store to confront me. UNBELIEVABLE! ! I will never return to that trashy dump again! My cash works just fine at another vendor.
